I always get scared going to a new salon but this place is a hidden gem. Cody was extremely nice and so friendly, we had great conversation! Went here for the first time with my friend and will not be returning. I sat for over an hour, even with an appointment, with only my past polish being removed. Was not communicated by the technician on why I was being forced to wait while my friend's nails were done way before me. Then, my service was rushed in under 10 minutes and my nails were done very poorly. Sitting for over an hour then having a rushed service was very disappointing. My friend's technician tried to force her to put on a tip when she stated twice she was not interested. Completely understand being busy but at least communicate with your client. read more

A really late review but this place is always a favorite to go to in my hometown! The workers are always friendly and I asked for flowers on my toenails with a French tip and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT! She asked me several times if I liked the design, and I said yes because it was a fantastic job! It was so well cleaned up and so well organized and the workers are so sweet. They take their time and smile at you so that you feel welcome. I've been here several times and every time I come out satisfied. The whole spa part of the pedicure is my favorite ever. My friend made a nail appointment for 3 of us on a Sunday morning. I ended up getting a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I had a great experience at this nail spa. I felt that the nail tech worked very efficiently and with lots of care. I felt very relaxed during my pedicure and the water temp was comfortable (not too hot). They also were very careful with cuticle removal and i wasn't bothered at all. They have a great range of nail polish colors and helped me find the color i had from an inspo pic. The spa was very clean, super friendly, and i had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend and i would love to return again some time soon. read more

I've been to Soleil Nail Spa several times and the last two visit have been disappointing. I though maybe the last time prior to today was maybe an off day so I gave it another try. Well, I won't be going back. The last two visits, the nail technician Cindy has changed up how I want my nails done even though I'm very clear before she starts and even show her pictures of what I want. The last time, she thought she would add to the design. When I told her I didn't like it, she fixed it so I was satisfied. Today, I told her I wanted white nails and showed her the picture. Instead she said she didn't think white would look good and what she had is mind would be much better, and that it would be close to white. Well my nails are salmon color ~ not what I asked for. So it is time for me to go somewhere else since apparently I can't get what I ask for. There are so many nail salons in the Vienna area. Soleil Nail Spa won't be getting my business any longer. read more

I got my nails done a little over a week ago. A nail came off on day 6, and the polish has already chipped on multiple nails. I asked for tips with dip, but she gave me press-ons (actual press-ons. they look like they are from CVS) and painted over the printed french tip. I paid $85. All the necessary distancing requirements are in place and they take temps at the door. Masks are required. They were friendly but the technique on the nail polish wasn't that great. The manicure looks unfinished. The bottom of my nail looks like it needs a fill in and you can see where they cut the cuticles (which I'm not sure why nail salons are so adamant about cutting.) The pedicure was nice, but they were clearly rushing on their customers because of the demand before a holiday. read more

This was my favorite place to get my nails done, THEN I took a girlfriend there to thank her for something. Half way through a SPA pedicure that cost close to $100.00, they moved her to a manicure station while she still had clay on her legs so they could free up the chair for another customer. Not only was my girlfriend's legs cold but she said she had never been treated so disrespectfully. The manager said there was nothing he could do about it (joke) since it was his decision to move her. What was to be a relaxing experience was now totally the opposite and we were no longer sitting together. My girlfriend would have walked out except for the fact I was there. After complaining to the manager he didn't charge her for her $20.00 manicure. I felt that it was the expensive spa pedicure he ruined. After more pushing on my part he lowered the price for her pedicure by $20.00. I think he should have not charged me for her pedicure. She will NEVER go back there. I feel I am unable to recommend this place for fear the manager will treat someone else this badly. read more

I asked them to use more grater on foot to remove callouses and dead skins but she hesitated. Even they do not use razor. This is a wonderful new nail salon in the Sun Trust shopping center at Nutley and Maple (several doors down from the Italian Gourmet). I got one of the best mani/pedis of my life from Jen. She did a beautiful paint job, shaped my nails perfectly, and was very gentle and thorough. Her foot massage was heaven. Everything in the salon is brand new and sparkling clean. She has a HUGE selection of top of the line nail polishes. She served me Jasmine tea and Vietnamese coffee. And there's a 20% off special for new clients! Booked an appointment for 2:00 pm and reached at 2 but was made to wait with no clarity on when someone would take me in. Finally upon checking it looking like someone might be finished by 2:20. Needs less to say I was disappointed and left. Next time around please do your scheduling so people who are there on time can be taken in on time. A decent pedicure is the only reason I'm giving two stars. Overall a very uncomfortable experience. I was in need of a new salon as my former one fell victim to decreased business so I decided to give Soleil a try. I booked an appointment as a new customer. When I arrived I was not greeted with a hello but rather was barked at to "sanitize your hands". The technician who did my pedicure did not interact with me during the experience. I have never had anyone put my sandals back on and then proceed to perform the pedicure that way. Additionally, a gentleman who works there kept looking over her shoulder while she was working, which seemed to make her hands shake more and more. Overall, there was no sense of welcoming and almost no interaction from the staff. Not, in my opinion, now you want to treat your customers if you want them to return. DON'T GO! The service is too bad! Im just leaving the place right now. I came for acrylic manicure, the lady told me it is $60 everything include with a simple design which I was agree with it. But she didn't didn't remove my cuticle, she didn't remove the borders of dry skin around the nail. She stained my nail with black color from the nail file and didn't clean it off. And on this black spot she glued the false nail. Also she used a very light amount of acrylic missing spots of my nail, when I told her: everything is going bad. She just finish to complete those spots with GEL color. Then, she -again- make dirty my fingers with the gel color and she didn't remove it. By the end she charged me $80!!!! When I said: "you said $60 and the service was too bad, ALL the ladies who work there started to treat me bad and they forced me in pay the $80 and even she had the courage to ask me for tip!!! Of course I didn't leave tip, but I had to pay the $80 because they started to treat me too bad at the first time I explained why I wasn't agree with this charge. DONT GO, Im going somewhere else for ask for help in clean my nails and fingers, and also worried me the black spot where she sticked the fake nail, because it is starting to burn a little. She skipped one foot completely and even got up to go text someone on her phone in the middle of the massage.
