Needed a pedi and walked in on a Thursday afternoon. So glad I did. The facility is small (3 pedi chairs, 4 mani stations) but very neat and clean. Soft music plays, no TV, and a back room for waxing services. My pedicure was great. Li even tested three different nail polishes on my nails to be sure I was happy with the color (Germancure by OPI). I have gone here twice so far, with today being my second time. Helen, the esthetician hooked me (or rather my brows) with some great shaping. It was virtually painless. I have already gotten a few compliments on them, and my husband even noticed. Now, that's worth the ten bucks. I have also gotten my nails done here, and they do a great job. All of the nail techs are friendly, and they will turn the TV to whatever station you want. Everything is personalized...you make an appointment, and they're ready for you, unlike many walk-in salons where you wait for a long time. Regular customers have boxes with their own manicure/pedicure tools. Filters in the chairs are changed after each client, and nail files and buffers are not reused. I am so impressed with this salon, for many reasons. It is super clean, bright, and serene. The quality of the manicures and pedicures is top-notch; the works lasts far longer than anything I could attempt at home, and typically much longer than I've had at other nail salons. The wonderful women who work there. Not only that, they send you a reminder / confirmation the closer you get to your appointment date, & that's always a nice touch. ~ Atmosphere || The place was super clean, quiet & relaxing, with huge windows that allow for a lot of light. I liked being able to look outside & people-watch while getting my pedicure done. ~ Kim || Kim, the lady who I had the appointment with, was super sweet & accommodating! She greeted me by name & w a smile, & offered me a glass of water before she showed me where my chair would be. She made pleasant conversation, asking about my baby & the pregnancy, & I also noticed that her & the other nail technician present at the salon greeted everyone else who came in by their first names! Having worked in the customer service field for a really long time, THAT really impressed me-- it's always a very good sign when businesses have repeat, longtime clients that they have good camaraderie with. After my pedicure was done & it was time to dry, she helped me off the chair, placed my grody (lol) flats into a plastic bag & helped to carry my belongings over to the drying station. Like other yelpers, I agree that this place is small and you should definitely call ahead for an appointment. It is kind of tucked away behind Verizon in a small strip of shops. This stretch of Maple Ave has a ton of nail salons and I probably wouldn't have found it without yelp. Overall, I think that it is reasonably priced and they do a good job. While small, it is very clean and nicely decorated. I can only comment on their waxing services, as I haven't had any nail services yet. The first time I came, I had Sam do my eyebrows. She took the time to talk to me about what shape I wanted and we made a plan for evening them out. She did a great job. She wasn't there the second time I scheduled an appointment, but I explained exactly what I wanted and had another satisfactory experience. After trying so many other nail salons and was disappointed every time, I finally found this great salon through Yelp, and I'm glad I did. That's the only place where I got a gel manicure and it actually lasted more than 2 weeks. Most of the time it even lasts for 3 weeks and one time it even lasted for a whole month!!! Tao and Kim are simply the best, professional, welcoming and definitely justify the salon's name. This place has become my go to place for all nail services and I also referred a few friends of mine to visit there and they came out happy and relaxed. This review is for their waxing services only. I came here with my sister in March to get my eyebrows done, but ended up doing the whole face because the lady (I forget the lady's name) was quick, gentle, and did a very clean job. The waxing services take place in the back room. It's very clean, sanitary, well lit, and the atmosphere of the room is very calming. The table that you lay on is also the comfiest! The price is reasonable for the service. I would recommend this place for people who are timid about waxing! read more

You can see the sign in a very small strip of shops near the Verizon store off Maple Ave, parking is in the back. Make an appointment or call ahead - the space is small but has fantastic ambiance. Three nail and pedicure stations plus a totally relaxing room for wax services. They do a great job on wax and nail services. Extremely professional and friendly. Bonus - you can have your own box for supplies for those extra concerned about sanitation (although you won't be when you step into the salon). Had a pedicure for myself and my daughter several weeks ago. It was a nice pedicure and the space was nice. This place is my favorite nail salon in Vienna- and boy are there a lot to choose from. I used to come here about 6 years ago, but stopped when I moved out of the area. I recently moved back to the area, and returned to find it just as good as it was when I left (with some updated decorating, may I add). The staff are so friendly, and I love that they actually talk to you unlike most nail salons where the staff mainly talk to each other or not at all. Most importantly, the quality and attention to my gel manicures and pedicures is excellent, and my nails always look awesome when I leave!
