Tracy is THE one. When she does my nails, they last all month. At other places, I would see signs of lifting at 2 weeks. With Tracy, I don't have to worry about it at all. My most recent nails lasted *7 WEEKS*. They definitely could've lasted longer, but I broke my nail and needed to get it fixed ASAP. All I'm saying is that lifting and chipping do not exist if you go to Tracy. She is also patient when I'm trying to figure out colors/designs, gives really good suggestions, and takes her time! I'll DM her on insta if I'm not sure about a design. Heaven_nails_tracy I don't take the best photos, but here's proof that the nails last! The photo of the white nails is after 1 week, red nails is after 4 weeks, and dark brown nails is after 4 weeks. Cat eye and checkered nails photos were from day of the appointment.

Came here on a slow Tuesday morning with my SO to get a pedicure for the first time! It was quite a nice experience to be pampered being a man. They sit you on a massage chair and have you roll up your pants so you can soak them in a special warm water bath. I had Tracy take care of me today and she was fantastic from start to finish. I don't even know what was going on but my toes all the way to below my knees feel really smooth. The treatment was heaven spa pedicure. I'm pretty sure she used more than 10 different types of products for my feet and legs. The used a warm towel to wrap my legs and worked on them one at a time. The total process took a little less than an hour. I'm really pleased at how smooth my feet are and how clean my toenails are. I would definitely do this again! I learned a lot today!

4.5/5 Came here for the first time after getting a recommendation from a family member and seeing how close they were to my workplace. Wanted to pamper my mom and came here after work on a Tuesday around 3pm. Appointment process: This was so easy. I just called and they had both me and my mom scheduled in less than 5 minutes! Appointment Day: * They took our temperature and had us use hand sanitizer as soon as we walked in (YES! I love when businesses are proactive and taking covid seriously). * My mom got a pedicure and a manicure (they had her get the pedicure first). She had Tina and absolutely LOVED her experience there. Tina was great and gave her some nice suggestions for colors. * I just got a gel manicure (pictured) with Kelly. She was so kind and helpful! I came in with an inspo pic and she did her best to match it for me. Even though they didn't have the gems to exactly recreate it, she offered other suggestions and really put an effort to help me get what I pictured. It really felt that she cared. * After the manicure, she massaged my hands, arms, and shoulders. She put scrub on my hands, lotion, and hot stone (what a TREAT!). Gel manicure + Simple design (on 2 nails) = $35 + $6 Manicure + Pedicure = $55 Both prices are prior to tip I took -0.5 because I felt a bit rushed. I guess Kelly's next appointment at 4pm came a bit early, so the woman at the front desk kept coming to where we were. It seemed like she was trying to speed up the process. However, I really appreciated that Kelly gave me the whole experience (massage, scrub, hot stone massage) while saying that she had time because the next customer was simply early.

This is one it the best salons I have been to! I had Tracy and she was doing my nails. I got the gel X extensions and she did an amazing job on the design. She also helped me pick what would look good and it came out amazing. I also got my eye brows done and she made sure they weren't thin. Would definitely recommend for people who like designs.

After a spa pedicure and gel manicure, overall I'm happy with my experience at Heaven Nail & Spa. My only complaint is that they charged me $10 to take off my SNS which I think is insane. I've never been charged to get this taken off... a few bucks ok fine, but $10 seems excessive. My nails look great and the appointment was quick. I love that they use warm towels, hot stones, and give you a shoulder massage. Most salons up charge for all of that. I'll definitely be back!

Gel manicure with nail art (Right hand)

I first went to Heaven in 2019 as I was looking for a salon that would do nail art in the Northern VA area. Each time I have been, I have not been disappointed! This was my first time back since the start of the pandemic, and I am so glad I decided to come back to Heaven after two years. I had to get gel tips removed and did a fresh coat of gel with nail art (in a festive feel too!). The paint job wasn't the cleanest on a singular finger near the cuticle, but we're all human! And they did a wonderful with the art and were soooo patient with my design ask. I highly recommend Heaven to anyone looking for some festive nails this holiday season! Cheers!

Let me tell you... I love their Spa Gel Mani and Spa Gel pedicure. I worked with Lina for my manicure - and her attention to detail is unmatched. She made sure these nails were presentable for my engagement photoshoot as well as picked a nail color for me that suited my skin toneS I forget the name of the lady who did my toes - but she is honestly wonderful as well.

Tammy ateeeeeee!! This was my first time getting Gel X and she did not disappoint!! Tammy was so thorough and kind and patient with me. (I'm super indecisive). I got the Gel X Medium Coffin: asked to shorten and round the edges. Color is by OPI "Baby, Take a Vow". 10/10 recommend if you want to feel like a new woman!! I LOVEEE THEM!!

I've been going to Heaven Nail & Spa for the past few years, and no matter how many new salons I go to or try out, I always find myself coming back to Heaven! They do wonderful nails at great prices, nearly unbeatable in the area in terms of quality at the price ($35 for gel manicure). Included in the typical gel manicure includes a scrub, hand massage with hot stone, and oftentimes a shoulder massage while your nails are drying! On top of it they do beautiful nail art and designs, I recommend Lina or Jenna, who do amazing work! They also have a membership program which provides discounts for services and your own box. They do get busy and are by appointment only right now, but this is my go to place for wonderful manicures!

Came to get nails done before a wedding! Party of 6ppl--bride, mother of the bride, and 4 bridesmaids~ They were very accommodating! I think we called to make an appointment a little over a week before? I could not make up my mind with the shade of nude and my technician, Jenna was amazing! She suggested the PERFECT nude anddddd added some subtle sparkle on the ends~ it was better than anything I would've thought of! I wish I got the name of the color, because I love it so much! It's always been hard for me to find the perfect, not too pink and not too pale nude color for my skin tone~~~~ and this one is so perfect I've also never really tried the sparkle and love the subtle-ness and just the right amount of glitter~ Definitely a combo I will try again~

I found Heaven Nail & Spa through their great Yelp reviews! I mean this in a positive way: it was actually refreshing as a Vietnamese-American to go to a nail salon that wasn't Vietnamese owned. I had a good experience for my first time that I ended up purchasing the $10 membership. It's a one time fee that allows you to have your own box with a nail file and buffer. You'll also get 5% cash back on your purchases onto a card to use towards future services. They definitely specialize in gel nails and designs so the pricing is reflective of that but it's worth it.

I went ahead and made an appointment for a Gel X manicure and gel pedicure. I received a text confirmation when my appointment was booked as well as reminder texts as well for my upcoming appointments. I had a great spa pedicure experience and felt relaxed throughout my service. The gel polish was applied neatly and my nails weren't cut down too short; there was plenty of room left for growth. Moving onto the manicure... there was way too much glue added onto each nail and there was so much residue left underneath my fingertips. When the LED light was placed over each finger, I vocalized to my nail tech that it was getting pretty hot and she said "it's okay" (of course it was, because it wasn't hot for her!) and I just ended up taking my whole hand out because she clearly didn't care or listen to my concern. When the polish was applied, it was done neatly and I liked the final color result, but there wasn't any cleanup done beneath my nails. I was able to pick some of the glue residue out when I got home, but wasn't able to get it all out. The pricing here is reasonable and the salon is clean and well kept, but I don't think that I'd come back since I was brushed off during the process of getting my Gel X manicure.

I didn't go out of my way trying to find one that specializes in Russian manicures, but it just so happened that Diva Beauty Lounge was the one that I found. The scheduling process was super easy, I believe I just called them and afterwards had to text my information to them. Maybe a second later I got a text confirming the appointment, with a link to their Square website. I especially appreciated this aspect because I was able to see the location on my Maps app. On the day of my appointment, I noted the salon is close to Main Street/Old Town Fairfax but it's in its own area with ample parking. I accidentally went to the wrong building, but Vera was super nice and came outside to get me. When I walked into the salon, I noted how clean and neat it looked inside. It doesn't have a million pedicure chairs, but this is because they specialize in dry pedis, which require special chairs (look up dry pedis online, they're life changing). It wasn't super loud in there either, which added to the peaceful vibes of the place. I was offered a beverage once I got to Vera's work station and she brought me water. So right off the bat, customer service gets a 10/10. Next, I showed Vera what I wanted. She confirmed the shape, the color, and wanted to know if I was okay with my color being more sheer (I picked a pink that actually comes out more see through). This was perfectly fine by me, because I wanted more of a natural nail moment. Once Vera confirmed all that I wanted she got to WORK. When I tell you no kind of manicure compares to a proper Russian manicure, I mean it. They devote so much time to cleaning and cutting your cuticles (dead skin only, no live skin), making sure the polish isn't lumpy, and maintaining the shape, that it's literally giving a LUXURY experience. Despite having to take the time to perfect all of these little things, my mani really didn't take all that long and by the end of it, I was in love. Other than how perfect my mani was at the end, I especially loved that I hadn't been nicked or cut at all by the nail scissors. I have actually been to some places that say they specialize in "Russian manicure" and left completely cut up everywhere (an infection waiting to happen), but at Diva Beauty Lounge, Vera really took her time and ensured everything was done properly, safely, and hygienically. The one thing I will say about getting this kind of mani (or pedi if you so choose), is that it will definitely cost more than your typical manicure/pedicure. The reason being that it's a much more specialized technique and your nails just look that much better due to them taking their time and perfecting everything. If you're not the kind of person that can come often, I highly suggest getting a nude color (what I did) so that you don't have to come in sooner when it starts growing out. Otherwise, this is a great kind of mani to get if you're getting engaged, have a party, some kind of special event, etc. It's well worth the extra coin. And if you can come regularly, I say do it! This kind of manicure also keeps your cuticles perfected and helps your nails to grow out nicely. Overall, have got to give my girl Vera a 10/10, this was an A+ experience. I was super pleased with my visit and my nails, and can't wait to come back again!

Allure Nail Bar in Burke, VA was the MOST disgusting nail bar I have ever been to. I read good…read morereviews about Allure and thought I would try it out. What a complete disappointment. First off, the nail technicians that worked with me were very nice. So, I am sorry to throw them under the bus here. That was the only positive thing I can reveal about this place. From the moment I set foot in the nail bar, there were 3 nail technicians just sitting around chatting; no one greeted me until I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. The technicians just sitting and staring at me, said nothing, like, "Hello, welcome to Allure." After 15 minutes, I had several technicians try to rush me to pick a color and then disappeared when I was looking at the nail kiosks. Other nail technicians came by to ask me what I wanted then they also disappeared when I showed them a picture of what I had hoped to do with my nails and toes. One of the technicians waved her arms at to small kiosks and a display and said those kiosks (and display) were the only Gel colors available to me for what I wanted. When I picked out several of the colors, they told me they did not have them. Then, again, the technician waved her arms over the kiosks and display. Then, there was the issue of clear communication. Finally, I had to ask if I would be able to speak with someone in English because no one else was able to communicate with me (and I am not being mean here...I support cultural diversity and I love Vietnamese people and I was an ESOL teacher for 20+ years, so it is not a negative dig). Finally, I decided to go with a simple color that was available, but that was just the start of the horror. One huge red flag were the nasty nail polishes. These bottles of polish were like those out of a garbage can. They looked as if they had NEVER been cleaned---EVER; sticky gross caked on polish (all over the bottles) with visible handprints on the plastic bottle brush tops almost made me want to throw up. The polishes in the clear boxes were ALL disgustingly used 1000 times without ever being wiped down or thoroughly cleaned; the polish used on my feet was sticky and caked all over the top of the bottle, and the technician had to keep shaking the bottle to get polish out. It looked like the dregs of the dregs. I was so disgusted and disturbed by the polishes, I should have just walked out right then and there. Next, the filthy pedicure area was a sight. The chair arm rest table looked like someone had just eaten their lunch there and just left the grossness all over the little space. No one bothered to clean up. Maybe those three technicians just sitting around chatting could have done some clean up! Then I was told that the $60 Gel pedicure did not include taking off my two small toe calluses. This could easily be done with a scraper in two seconds, but it would have cost me another $15.00. I was dumbfounded that it was not included in the pedicure like it is at every other nail bar. My feet looked like ass despite the pedicure since calluses remained on the big toes. Unsightly! The technician's product and tool caddie were also filthy. There were crumbs on the surface, crud all over the products, other peoples' skin, dirt, and pieces of nail all visible on the surface. Some of the products had broken pump tops. Most alarming was that there was no visible antiseptic cleaner anywhere where tools are normally kept in jars. Nothing about that area was clean or looked like that it was even a priority. I am praying that I do not get some toe or foot fungus from that place! After the pedicure, I went over to have my nails done (Acrylic Gel). The nail bar was also just as disappointing and disgusting. Nail powder-dust everywhere, the technician's tools to remove the polish (sanding-file heads) were sitting in a gross, blackened, very unclean shot glass along with super glue tubes. The tools were clearly unorganized, uncleaned, and non- anti-bacterialized. The jar of the acrylic powder was so off putting (never ever cleaned or wiped down---crud all over the jars lid and around the threads of the jar were caked with grunge) and all lumpy. This gross acrylic powder display was in tandem with the dubious, cloudy, purple liquid whose jar was equally covered in filth. The technician then pulled out some random fat brush from a dirty drawer of tools and other junk. I was frozen in fear. Lastly, the UV light lamp was so crusty that when I placed my hands in it (like a cubby hole) I could feel the crumbly, lumpy, bumpy crud under my palms from so many who came before me. It is unfathomable that Allure Nail Bar in Burke, VA is not shut down for its terrible management for gross negligence in cleanliness and open display of filth in their products and their pedicure and manicure stations. Please DO NOT waste your health and money in this cesspool.
