Paru is amazing at lashes and she is super quick! To get a two week refill, it takes her about 15-20 minutes and my lashes are fluffy and beautiful every time! And the stay in for as long as 3.5 weeks but I go every two weeks because I'm OCD. You won't be disappointed! read more

I wanted to give this place a try due to the high reviews and the pictures of the before and after results of eyebrow threading. Since this place is so close to home, I decided to stop by here instead of my usual go-to spot - my mistake. The price is great at $8, there was no wait at all, and the service was really fast! Unfortunately, I was not happy with my brows and I got them done for an event this upcoming weekend! She left my brows patchy (I have a CLEAR bald spot on my left eyebrow) and the end of my right eyebrow was trimmed too short. I specifically asked to keep my brows thick and to just have it cleaned/shaped. I got a punch card as I was paying since it was my first time here - after 6 visits, you get the 7th visit free. It was my first visit and will be my only visit. This is why people are scared to try new places. I'm taking myself to my usual salon from now on. read more

I've gone here a couple of times and I can tell you that I would NOT recommend this place. Rita is awesome, love her, bless her, but the other lady that works there has no business working there. I've had her service me once a while ago for my eyebrows and she did a horrible job. I was embarrassed by how lopsided and uneven they were. I had gone back recently and needed to have my eyebrows done for a wedding I was a part of and my usual lady was not available. I had gone in and Rita was not available and I just needed this to be done asap. This lady sat me down and I had the most painful threading session on my life. I can take pain but it felt like she had no idea how much pressure to use and kept breaking the thread. I SHOULD HAVE walked out after that but I needed to have my underarms waxed as the dress I was wearing was sleeveless. This lady waxed my underarms and told me she needed to excuse herself to help out another client real quick. She proceeded to leave the door to the waxing room wide open as I was laying there half naked. She came in, DID NOT sanitize her hands, and then slathered the aloe onto my underarms with her BARE HANDS. My eyebrows were uneven once again but thank God the makeup artist at the wedding knew what she was doing. I ended up getting an infection under one of my underarms despite going home and cleaning them again with alcohol. I am honestly so disappointed in this place and myself for even thinking of giving her another chance. I highly suggest that you do not go here. read more

Update: The owner reached out to me after my initial review and offered to give me a lash lift by her. I went in and gave it another shot and must say she exceeded my expectations of what the lash lift should have been when I first went. I changed my review to a 4, because of the great customer service, just wish I didn't have to go back twice to get what I paid for the first time. Lash lift, not worth the money. I first want to start off by saying that this was my first professional lash lift. I've done it myself many times but didn't want to take the time to do it myself, so decided to see what a professional magic would do to my lashes...what a waste of money! I have very straight lashes, that even when using the curler just don't curl. I went in and everything was great during the process. At the end I had to ask for a mirror (she was hesitant to do, which I suspected why after). They looked as if they were somewhat curled but I just assumed I needed to get home and apply mascara to get the look I wanted. I paid and left. Once I got home I took a closer look and realized that my lashes are just slightly curled but mainly as pin straight as they were before. I gave it a day to write a review because I thought maybe I was just crazy. Well this morning I did my makeup and had to attempt to curl my own lashes after just getting the lash lift. Unbelievable! I took my wife there for eyebrow coloring, for better understanding she showed them the video more than 1 time, but still at the end they messed her eyebrow up, not anything closer to the video, they gave different reasons between the video and her eyebrow but to us none was making any sense, they give us an $8.00 discount but still that money can't bring her look back. Today I went in for my first time ever wax service, where I got full legs and Brazilian done. Definitely an experience. I have always gotten my eyebrows waxed in the past so I decided to try threading. This place is right across the street from where I live. They did an awesome job, and I decided to go for it and get my lip done too (have never gotten the hair removed on my lip). While I will say threading is slightly painful on upper lip (a more sensitive area then the eyebrow) I was so happy with the way both my eyebrow and upper lip turned out.
