While I did not mind paying for her quality of services, I was blessed with finding Gainesville Threading last minute and only paying $27 for exceptional services in a timely manner. Do not recommend Deena's brows unless you have time to waste waiting on her as she has been tardy in the past too. While I remained understanding before, it is disheartening to write this review on her.

We found this place and decided to try it out. I noticed that the technician used the string in her mouth. Other places I have visited no longer keep string in their mouths, but around their necks. Nevertheless, while watching my wife get her eyebrows done, the female technician worked fast and efficiently. The shop wasn't very busy, so we didn't have to wait long. I stopped threading about 2 years ago and just sorta tried to pluck the stray hairs and keep them neat. But about 6 months ago, I decided to stop plucking and let everything grow back and start over. I wanted to find someone who would understand that I wanted shape, but to also keep the fullness and I came across Pooza. She was so wonderful! I requested an appointment through Yelp and she responded very quickly. When I sat down in the chair, I showed her an old photo from about 3 years ago when my eyebrows were shaped, but thinner. I wanted to try and do the same shape, but try and keep the ends more full. She listened to my request and said she would go slow to make sure I was happy with the shape. Pooza was very professional and took her time to make sure my eyebrows looked amazing! She stopped several times to allow me to look in the mirror and explain what she wanted to do before she would continue. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed, even when another person walked in and sat down to wait their turn. She didn't trim too many hairs and wanted to keep my brows long and full. The salon had a bigger sign so it was easy to find then. The parking is in a lot like a standard strip mall. I walked in and it was clean and didn't smell like products like some salons. There are hair stylists and products in the front of the salon. I walked straight to the back where they do eyebrows. It was a private room. Room was clean and I was the only customer. Eyebrow tech was very friendly and social asking me about my holiday plans. She threaded one brow first and then asked me to take a look. I confirmed it was okay, then she did the other. I am satisfied with my brow shape and would return if I am in this area again. Unfortunately I live an hour away and was here for an office visit in the area. Overall, a good experience so I recommend this salon. Update: Had to remove a star because my left brow broke out after :(. I do not recommend tinting because they messed up ur skin & do not care about hi : I dont learn the lesson; giving the benefit of doubt; I tried a facial at $85 today; the aesthetician was polite however, the place was dirty, tiny room, I has to ask to replace the towel bc it was terrible dirty & multiple stains; not single products on table for the facial; no music, no candle or air refresher. ; no toner.
