Listen, if you don't want to perform the facial because of liability or whatever your reasons are that makes sense, but please be professional and call me ahead of time. Don't try to give me a different facial I don't want and make me drive 20 minutes in the middle of a week day to then deliver the news so you can at least get some money out of me. I thought that was unprofessional. Especially since I had filled out an electronic form stating I was pregnant the day before coming in.
