To be charged $5 extra for French tips ( 3 fingers) and an additional $65 for designs (2 fingers) is ridiculous. I have gotten much intricate designs including rhinestones, blooming gel, and 3-d for the same if not less. It's a shame that such a pleasant experience ended up with such a sour ending.
