This is my 3rd review of this place over the years! I will say they seem to be busier than they have ever been (because they really do a great job) I would recommend getting an appointment. I have been going with an appointment for a few months how and have had a lot of compliments on my nails. My last visit (6/29/23) I had to bring my 3 year old daughter and they happily put a firework design on her big toe for her so we could match for the upcoming holiday. At first I was super nervous about this place because on the outside it doesn't look nice but once you walk in it is very clean! Super nice place and nice chairs! Had to wait a bit because there was people before us but wow was It worth the wait! I won't go anywhere else besides here now! She was fast doing my nails but yet still making them super perfect! first time I went they cut me when cutting my cuticle and made me bleed and no one did anything about it or apologized. Second time i got acrylics and they were done very poorly. recently i went and they gave me square shape when i wanted oval and the next day air bubbles showed up in my nails. I went back and they fixed it but now it's changing colors underneath ... idk if the application is bad or if their nail polish is just super old but I'm pretty annoyed at this point. read more

The nail work was sloppy and the nail technician was rude and didn't listen to my request and didn't even care to glance at the picture that I had taken. Rushed my pedicure and didn't even paint my whole nail.... She didn't massage me either. Nails came out okay but she cut my cuticle and didn't even take all of it off on some of my fingers. I ended up fixing my cuticles when I came home. read more

This is my second visit here after being referred by a friend and I've had 5 star service both times. Helen and her daughter Kim seem to be always on staff and both are fantastic. Kim handled my gel manicure and Helen took care of the pedicure. There is a small fridge with drink choices and the facility is incredibly clean. My daughter and I went to this salon on New Year's Day for pedicures. The weather was cold and rainy. There was one customer before us in the whole salon. The technician didn't scrub my feet nor put lotion on them at the end. Then she overcharged us. I guess she assumed she wouldn't get tipped. So when my daughter paid for our services, she gave her a small tip. NEVER assume that you won't get a tip, especially with poor service. We will never return to this salon again. For the record we always give good tips. read more

I am absolutely livid by the unprofessionalism and rude behavior experienced on Wednesday, September 14th. I always make an appointment and arrive on time for my gel pedicure and manicure. Helen does an excellent job with my pedicure and I chose to stay with Kim for my gel nail fill because of her attention to detail. Unfortunately, I do not choose to deal with Kim's nasty attitude. Kim seems to think that just because she is a skilled nail technician that it gives her the right to speak to some customers any way she wants. I had a picture on my phone of a nail design, nothing complicated, and she abruptly informed me that I needed to fix my phone whereas not timing out; and then went on a "diva" like rant to say that she spends 5 minutes prepping her station and expects the image to be ready for her to view. I had to help her understand that I am not the one to be spoken to or disrespected in that way. Kim is a miserable, vile excuse for a human being and puts on great face when dealing with customers that she prefers versus customers like myself that she does not want to be bothered with. Keep your thank you because I don't want to be bothered either and hopefully, never again will Kim make the mistake of of having such a disgusting attitude that is unwarranted, unprovoked and unjustified. read more

They SLAYED my nails. They give quality service, their business is clean, and it doesn't smell of strong chemicals. I got gel powder nails for $40 and chose from a wiiiide range of nail color (like seriously a ton). She was very attentive to my nails, even minor details were fixed. I've been to nail salons where they do it just to do it, but they show their passion in their work. They are like a luxury salon hole in the wall with luxury work without the super luxurious prices and I love it. They got a new loyal customer in me. read more
