While I did not mind paying for her quality of services, I was blessed with finding Gainesville Threading last minute and only paying $27 for exceptional services in a timely manner. Do not recommend Deena's brows unless you have time to waste waiting on her as she has been tardy in the past too. Ms. Nishe (who I saw preforming Henna Tattoos another client) did my head massage. The massage by Nishe was nice, but now I feel the need for a full body massage. Saw the prices on the website and they were about average, so I called to make an appointment. When I called, there was no greeting or saying "you've reached *insert business name here* how can I help you?" I asked if I could get a same day appointment and was told "no I'm busy today"...ok it was a long shot anyways so I understood. When I tried to book the appointment online, I saw that there were many open time slots for today, so I went ahead with the booking process, picked 3 times that worked for me and waited for the confirmation. I received an email about 5 minutes before my preferred appointment time saying that it was declined. Now if you're booked all day, why have the discrepancy and show available appointments on your website? Again, I knew this would be a long shot so I wasn't too upset. The website clearly states that the salon is open on Sunday's, but when I tried to make an online appointment, all Sunday's were unavailable, as if the salon was closed all of those days. Another discrepancy. So are you, or are you not open on Sunday's like your website claims? I proceeded to call again and try to make an appointment over the phone, no one answered so I left a voicemail. Approximately a minute after I hung up, I received a text from an unknown email (iMessage) that said "I'll be out of town until the 21st". That's it, no greeting or stating who it was at all. This information was not depicted on the website. This also makes me think if there is only one person who is in charge/performing all of the services, which I don't think would be ideal for any business but whatever. I was really excited to try something new as far as hair care/skin care goes, but I will not be booking the appointment at this establishment and will not recommend it anyone else.
