I have difficult brows, not only are they totally uneven but a bad experience with a electrolysis left me with a bald spot. The owner is seriously gifted with threading skills. I went to get my eyebrows done and I've noticed the shop owner is not really in the salon anymore and it's mostly another worker. Me and my two sisters came in and we asked if the owner was there which she responded with no, We stayed and got our eyebrows done. both my sisters asked if she could fix it up a little bit and she just kept saying no because it would make their eyebrows look as certain way, and I work in the beauty, industry myself, and personally I've always learned work ethnic and been told that if the customer wants something you should be able to provide it. as long as you tell them that it's at their own risk, but once I got mines done, I don't know if she was trying to prove a point to my sisters that their eyebrows would look a certain way, but she left my eyebrows really uneven and I asked her to fix it up and she told me no so I had to come home and fix it myself and upon further inspection, she completely cut some of my eyebrow hairs and you can totally tell and it's so frustrating because my eyebrows are the one thing that I get done often and I've never had them be this bad. Also, I don't know what product she put on my face, but it made my skin break out and I have scabs in my eyebrows. I love the owner, but I just think the other wokers that are in the salon are bringing it down.

I tell her I like arched eyebrows and wanted to keep my shape. I specifically tell her I do not want rounded eyebrows. Well, my left eyebrow was over threaded and is now round on the bottom. i guess I should've known when she did not bring me a mirror to look at them. I am going to have to fill it in so it matches with my right eyebrow. She then tells me to go to the private area so she can wax me. Hands me wipes so that I can freshen up. When she comes back in, she rushed through the waxing because people were coming in. At the end, she puts oil on me and says she's done and walks out. I get up, go grab another wipe and start cleaning the oil off. It is then that I realize she left entire patches of broken hair all over. No such thing as a smooth feeling anywhere. I am not coming back ever! I will have to go pay someone else $60 for a Brazilian that should've been done correctly in the first place. Save your money.

She was talking but I couldn't hear her over the loud music. Which is fine, the music was good. But I yelled that I couldn't hear her over the music. Then she stayed where she is and pointed at her face and eye brows while talking. I say loudly again, I can't hear you, music too loud. But I motion to my face and say loudly, face threading please. This happens AGAIN, she makes gestures to her face and talks... at this point she knows I'm here for a threading and full face as I indicated through gesture and speaking loudly to her, because of the level of the music. In my opinion if a customer is coming in and needs to communicate ... go up to them and talk professionally to them. I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional.
