Terrible customer service. It took the lady over an hour to do a fill. A fill was $60. That's expensive for a fill. There was a hair under my nail that I didn't notice at first. she didn't want to remove it bc she would have to take the whole nail off. it disgusted me. Then she gave me the wrong color. I told her I didn't like the color. She kept trying to convince me to keep this ugly color that I said I didn't like. I show her a cateye design. simple French cat-eye. My nails were thick and chunky. Nowhere near what I asked for. At this point I'd already been there over an hour and I was ready to go. I went to pay. my boyfriend came in to pay. she swiped his card and never said thank you. she just walked off. no receipt or anything. RUDE. We left and then ended up coming back to get it fixed. I hated the nails. the cat-eye looked like chunky kid glitter polish. I told the manager what happened. When he removed the color, I pointed out the hair in my nail. he said "what do you want me to do about that?". I said well it's not my fault. he's like well it's not my fault I didn't do your nails. He said he will just paint over it. While doing my nails, a mom called in saying two of her daughter's nails had popped off. she said she just got them done Saturday (today is Wednesday). They told her to come in and they don't close til 7:30pm. it was about 6:30 pm. They get there before 6:50 and they tell her it's too late and come tomorrow. then they didn't want to redo the nail bc it had a design. he said he's not going to do a design. the whole thing was just bad. he was very rude. I'd never go back. read more

As a service provider myself, there is no reason why if something is being changed the price is not talked about with the client. I was under the impression that the french tip design I got was still in the range of price on what i was originally getting. I paid 107 and some of the nails have different shapes, for 80 dollars on acrylic nails I expect for them to be good quality read more

This is my 3rd time going to this nail salon and the experience I had today was not at all like the other times. The other 2 times were good but today was awful. I went in a few minutes early for my 2:30 appointment and i noticed that my nail tech was still with a client which is fine since I was a little early. They told me to sit down and I was sitting for 20 minutes before I walked out. They say that appointments take priority but clearly not. At 3pm she called me and told me that she was ready for me and asked where I was. I also noticed another client who walked in also had a 2:30 appointment that was sitting for a little until she wasn't taken back. I guess appointements don't really matter there. read more

Im so happy i discovered this place! I always go to Dan and he does an amazing job on my nails, is so quick & is so nice as well as everyone else there! It's always so nice & peaceful here and the pricing is truly amazing considering how so many salons around try to overcharge for even the simplest services! Definitely go check him out! read more

Terrible. I wish I read the Yelp reviews before making an appointment. The Google reviews are misleading and I almost wonder if they are real because my experience was not good. Lenni rushed through my gel manicure, was sloppy in polishing my nails and was going to leave a visible smudge on my thumb until I asked her to fix it... and then seemed to have an attitude about it. Lackluster service. I also had a pedicure scheduled with her but thankfully another woman did it and she did a good job. I spent most of the pedicure, picking the dried polish off my skin from the manicure. Despite the pedi being good, I absolutely will not be returning for another service. read more

The technician randomly overcharged for the services. No clear explanation was ever provided for the charges, and he tried to argue with me about it. I will NEVER again come to Magic Nails. They overcharge, are disrespectful, and do messy work. read more

This spa just changed owner and I totally fall in love with service they provide. Lennie and Nisa go above and beyond the standard customer service as they will make sure that their clients are happy before they walk out the door. Cost is affordable compare to other salons in the area. Highly recommend! read more

The new owner Lennie is fantastic! She truly listened to the idea I had in mind, and my nails turned out even better than what I expected. The store is clean, spacious and very bright. I feel pretty safe amid the whole Covid situation. Will definitely come back, highly recommended! read more

I came in today wanting regular polish with a fill I usually get gel but decided to just skip on it this time. The woman that did my nails was rude There was only one other girl there so it seemed nice and quiet upon arriving and I eventually discovered there was a reason no one else was there. They were reusing tools that were not clean on me and when I asked she gaslit me. One of my fingers started burning badly after she applied something on my cuticles. I mentioned it and she gaslit that as well claiming I had a sensitive cuticle. I've had my nails done for years and never had that happen. She asked me to pay before painting them since they were going to take a while to dry. I agreed and paid. I told her I was waiting to leave my tip until after the service was completed and she threw her arm up at me and mumbled something. I felt pretty uncomfortable so I sat there to let my nails dry for only a few minutes so I could just leave. Also I was told a fill for regular nail polish would be 25$. They said they were charging me 8$ more because they needed to file my nails?? Isn't that something you're supposed to do in general when using acrylic? I would've left no tip because of this but I wanted to be better than that. She was no where to be found by the time my nails were dry so i signed the receipt and put it on her desk and left just for her to come running out right as I was getting in my car to ask me "hey where's the receipt I need the tip." Can't say I'll be coming back here after that. Hopefully they use this feedback to do different with others. read more

Very poor work and customer service. 3 of my acrylic toe nails came off within 4 days of the service. My mother was told she was not welcome back because she wrote a review about how pricy the very poor services were, instead of apologizing for overcharging for poor work. I went back to make the tech aware of the poor quality work and she proceeded to fix the nails that had came off in an extremely sloppy manner while complaining to me about my mother's review. About 2 days after going back to have the work fixed, 2 more of my toe nails came off. This situation was not handled professionally at all, I ultimately should have been issues a complete refund for all the issues we've had and I would not recommend getting services at this shop to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by just going somewhere elsewhere!! read more

They took me in as a walk-in and were very accommodating, everything was clean and professional looking!

I was in from out of town temporarily and thought this nail spa would meet my needs...not so much. Had a decent pedicure however, when I asked for dipped nails she was going to my nails in the same color as my toes. When I asked her I wanted my nails in a different color she got irritated. Did my nails with one dip of powder and then gel. They were bumpy and thick. I didn't find out until I had my nails done somewhere else that it was just gel polish! I was charged for dip nails! I might add I tipped her $20! I do not recommend this spa they are not honest and take advantage of customers. read more
