I came here because it was rated #1 within the small area around Potomac Mills. I was wary of going to a threading salon within the mall, but maybe they're all the same. I'm giving this service 1 star because I got cut across my nose bridge (between my eyebrows) and on my thumb and I lost some eyelashes. I didn't notice how bad the cuts were until after I left, because the whole area stinging is normal at first, and the cuts got more red and painful over time. I called ahead, but it was a general phone number for all Perfect Eyebrows locations, and they said no appointments for eyebrow threading, just walk-ins. I walked in to this location around 11:50 and there was one customer in the chair and 2 more waiting in front of me. There was only 1 employee, and she got to me by 12:20ish. I didn't mind the 30 minute wait too much, but I wish the employee would have communicated the wait time as I came in. The eyebrow threading itself was a lot more painful than usual for me, and my pain tolerance is high. I could feel that she was trying to get the small hairs between the brows, and she probably cut me trying to get these shorter hairs. This cut is a painful and noticeable red horizontal line between my eyebrows. The thumb cut came from me holding my right eyelid down and I guess it got in the path of her thread. I also definitely lost some eyelashes, and more were falling out after I left. I was not wearing makeup or false lashes. Maybe this is a coincidence, but I do not usually lose lashes during a threading. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of this employee. She was quiet and seemed very nice, but she did cut me. Overall, the eyebrow shape is pretty good, but I could still see some hairs that she missed. The price was around $12.95, slightly higher than I expected based on other reviews. Sanitation is okay. The chair is wiped down between customers, and she used new thread of course, but I don't think the scissors are sanitized between customers. She did sanitize her hands after customers, but did not wear gloves (may not be possible), and didn't resanitize after handling payments. I hope other people have better experiences, but I would not come back. read more

I came in August 23rd at 11:08AM. 1. The site says they open at 10AM. The open at 11AM, so I waited an open for them to open when I first arrived. 2. There was 1 person in front of me. When it was my turn the Esthetician told me to sit down in the chair WITHOUT sanitizing it. I brought that to her attention and she told me to sit in another chair. Never saw her wipe down anything. 3. She made my eyebrows so incredibly thin. I naturally have thick eyebrows and I wanted them cleaned up. She did not do that. Total price was $12.99. Just moved to Woodbridge and I luckily found this place to keep my eyebrows nice and trimmed, YAY! I personally hate waxing my eyebrows and prefer threading, if you're like me, then this is the place for you. The place is spacious, clean, with nice, bright lighting. There were two welcoming ladies there who asked me to be seated and then one of them helped me and asked for what I wanted to be done. The service was fast, professional, and she did a great job! She even offered me some witch hazel and a cotton ball to pamper my face a little after I got my eyebrows done. I was in and out in TEN minutes!! It will probably take me longer to write this review, LOL! I only asked for eyebrows threading and it costs $10; one of the cheapest price rates in the Woodbridge area (yes, I asked Yelp). Terrible owner who faulted client for taking the time to get her eyebrows right by threader who scarred her skin as well as refused to take off requested hair and lied about how long it took. I just recently relocated and a Threading spot was too on my list. I'm so happy I found this place. The first time I went, it was a Saturday, never again. THE WAIT! 45 minutes. There are enough service chairs inside for at least 4 threaders but it was only one working. On a Saturday. The next time I went, was a Monday and there was no wait, and still again one provider. Probably the worst eyebrow service I've ever received I have been here in the past and I received cuts. The manager is very disrespectful and I will be reporting him very soon. Who calls their client and harasses them over a co-workers refusal to fix someone eyebrows. I came for my first time at 7:30ish on a Monday, just 30 minutes before closing. Despite my unideal timing, Ranju was very polite and amiable. She took her time on my brows, didn't over-do it by making them too thin, and overall just did a really nice job. Good quality, calming music played, and the room appeared to be clean. We were never greeted or given an advisement that the wait would be long. All I can say is that the ladies do such an amazing job! I was so impressed the first time I visited the shop (many months ago) that I treated my mother to her first threading. Now, my mother has started going to the shop on her own. Which is a very big deal! I have never left the shop disappointed with the shape or thickness of my eyebrows (and each "threading professional" has done my eyebrows at least once). "Threading Professional" is a term I just made up, I don't know if that's the correct term but I like it The shop is always clean and welcoming. The atmosphere is great! I was skeptic when I first walked in because the same lady in Richmond, VA had been waxing my eyebrows for the last six years, but since I don't live there anymore I decided to look up a new place in the area. That was a mistake. When I walked in I asked about eyebrow waxing and the lady told me "we do waxing but not eyebrows; we only thread eyebrows but that's much better than waxing". I had heard that before, and since this place got so many great reviews, I said "why not" and sat in the chair. She went right to work and talked me through the entire process, although she a bit too enthusiastic; maybe she really wanted my money. But she was very nice. Here's my issue: my eyebrows STILL look the same! She cleaned up a good amount of access hair and I can tell a difference of how my eyebrows looked this morning, but they aren't clean and nice at all, at least not what I'm used to. I kept asking if she could clean my brows up a bit more, but she kept telling me she didn't want to take off too much hair and wanted to keep my natural shape. I completely understand that and really appreciate it, but where I wanted her to shape my brows was not the same place she kept talking about. I guess we didn't understand each other so I gave up, paid her, and walked out. Now I have to actually do my own brows and clean them up myself.
