I don't know who the fuck did my henna but they sure did it wrong and it's not that she would rub the henna on her head as if she had lice, she clearly shouldn't be assigned do this if she doesn't know how to do it properly. My second time coming here to get my eyebrows done and it was such a bad experience. From the moment I walked I got an attitude from one of the girls. I simply asked to just clean my eyebrows and showed her how thin I wanted them and she completely ignored me. Now my eyebrows are thinner than what I asked for and I have a nasty rash. I know my skin is sensitive but it has never been like this. Would not recommend this place to others. read more

I very rarely have to wait when I'm here, the salon looks clean and well kept. I been here about 3-4 times and usually I'm satisfied with results however, I don't get that connection that I need from being a returning customer even though I will drive out of the way to come to this location. I am serious about my eyebrows and tend to drive near and far for a good artist that works with precision. I already think threading is too expensive in this area, coming from NYC, but finding that an artist is not interested in developing rapport is also part of the service so I'm afraid the hunt continues. read more

Ive been coming to Zaine Salon for over a year now. She always gets my eyebrows right. She remembers me and my friend. Every time we come in she smiles and asks how we are doing. I live in South Stafford but work close by so I always come during lunch to get my brows done. $12 for Eyebrows. Give it a try if you're looking for a sign to get them threaded. She didn't deliver what I wanted at all and my brows have never looked worse. I'm going to have to retouch it myself at home it was extremely unsatisfactory. The shape was horrible and my brows somehow looked even messier than they did when I came in. She used the excuse that my brows are two different shapes but as a professional that shouldn't be that much of a problem as I've had other people make it work. As a person with very thick eyebrows that have not been treated since pre-Covid. I was very nervous and hesitant in trying out a new location... My previous location was in Alexandria. After lots of reviews I decided to try Zaine... and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The location is right off of Route one and super easy to find. It is very open inside and clean (social distance approved)...FARAH WAS THE BEST!! She has such a sweet spirit and her skills are even better!! I told her everything that I wanted and not only did she listen, she executed perfectly. I have not seen my eyebrows this great in a very long time. She was fast, gentle and very knowledgeable about her skill set. She officially has a client for life with me!!!! Even when I used to live in WV I would come Down to Woodbridge to get my eyebrows done ONLY by the owner but yesterday was my second time letting the new ladies due them.... sorry but never ever again! It was my fault for letting them but learned my lesson! Okay I've been going here ever since I moved to Woodbridge almost two years ago and love how good my eyebrows look and how fast I'm in and out but there's a new lady right now, training I assume, and the owner lady just usually does mine but had the trainer do it today instead. She was going nice and slow and taking her time until she got to my right brow and ended up cutting my right eye lid. Not sure why I stayed after that but the owner lady ended up finishing the job. While I'll miss the perfection and efficiency, def never going back there. read more

I went To get my brows threaded and she literally took off 90% of my brows, I couldnt Even see my shape anymore....they were so thin and when i told her they were she told me that's not thin it fits your face...I literally Had thick beautiful brows and walked our with thin noodle brows....made my face look 10x bigger since the brows got so thin...she is so quick to slide your card but can't take her time to do brows & admit when she's messed up. Awful experience by far the worst haircut I've ever had! I'm embarrassed by it ! This is not a just bad haircut it is something I never thought someone was capable of . Really I look nothing like I did when I walked in. Big uneven chunk out of the left side . No fixing it. She knows what she did. I was only in front of the mirror when was Done. So after getting my eyebrows butchered at the threading salon at Potomac Mills Mall, I was on the hunt to find someone better. This place is literally 5 mins from my house and had good reviews so I figured I'd try it. I went in and Farrah got me into her chair quickly. Before she started, I let her know to try and keep as much hair on my eyebrows as possible. She was very nice and agreed to my request. She did an amazing job!! She told me where I needed to grow out my hair and that she would fix it as it grew back in. I definitely recommend this place and so glad I found my new eyebrow threading place!! :) read more

Threading is great. Owner runs the show and does most of the threading. She's warm and does EXACTLY what I ask. I shaved my brows off when I was younger so the tech has to be very careful or once they take them off, that's it's for months. I recommend you give her a try. Having thick eyebrows is something I'm proud of.. On my first experience i think the tech took way to much hair off. I'll take fault for that since I didn't communicate with her to just clean up. I would go again but next time I will make sure to communicate to just do a clean up.She was pretty heavy handed as well which made the experience a little painful. Hey what can I say. I went this past weekend on a Sunday to get my brows threaded. Not only was there not a long wait (one person ahead of me), the lady doing the threading was soo nice! I haven't had my brows threaded in ages, and so they definitely needed some help, but she was quick and made me look awesome! She was also really patient with me because I didn't quite know how to place my hands. If you're interested in getting your brows threaded, I'd really recommend this salon. read more

I'm picky when I go get my eyebrows threaded because most people I've been to just clean my eyebrows up rather than shaping them. This place, I showed her a picture of how I wanted it (which I usually do at other places as well) and she did an amazing job! It took about 5 minutes to finish both eyebrows and they both look awesome. It was only $10 and worth it. This is my go-to for eyebrow maintenance. Sure, the salon is small and located in a kinda sketch looking shopping center... but don't let that put you off. The location is very convenient (it sits right on Jeff Davis Highway); service is quick and reasonably priced; and my brows are flawless every single time. My go-to place for eyebrows. Equidistant from my former waxing place, I choose Zainie every time. Always friendly, quick and professional. My brows are perfect every time. I have even called late in the evening, the owner recognized my voice and offered to stay open for me (it took about 10 mins to get there and I called 2 mins before closing). Not the best feeling in the world but I never break out afterwards like I did when I would get my brows waxed. read more

I'm new to VA so I was looking for a good eyebrow threading place and since there were such good reviews on yelp for this place I gave it a shot. Very nice on the inside which is the one star... however, I told her my eyebrows needed some shaping because it's been almost 3 months since I had gotten my brows done. First off, she didn't ask what shape I wanted or even look my brows to see what kind of shape they were in... she just nodded and started going at one brow. I was a little nervous about that but given all the other good reviews I stuck it out. By the end my brows were completely uneven, one was higher than the other and they were different sizes... needless to say I will not be going back and now have to wait another 3 months for them to grow back and be some what even again. At least when they are bushy they are even! read more
