Listen, run dont walk and secure you an appointment sis!…read more So my goal today after battling extremely dry skin was to leave with a set skincare routine. So let me tell you how I came in for a consultation with Erica and she immediately addressed my skincare needs AND was able to book me for a facial the same day! I was super impressed with the customer service and the overall experience and knowledge of Erica knowing exactly what I needed and setting me on the right track for getting my skin together. Now... this facial, I walked out looking all types of Glazed Krispy Kreme doughnut okayyyy! I didnt even have plans until later but I went to the grocery store just because I wanted to walk around giving FACE cause I looked that damn good! Mind you the facial itself was so relaxing, I fell right asleep.. like snoring sleep but Diamond was so gentle and made me feel so comfortable.. really the whole staff.. top tier black excellence! Im so excited to use their recommendations and see how my skin fairs out but I will be a whole repeat customer from here on out.. telling my friend to tell a friend and you too sis! Thanks again ladies, I look forward to being a repeat customer!!!

It did not take for some reason. She offered to re-do my lashs but only a particular week (3/4). I explained i had a death in the family & was out of town & if we could reschedule for the next week. She did not return my texts or calls for 2-3 wks & when she did her response -You didnt come the week i told you to, you waited to long, so im not giving away free services. i was so taken back with her response & lack of compassion. Not to mention she failed to return any messages i left her to set up the apt in the said time frame! So how was it my fault "to many weeks" had passesd & she no longer wanted to do the correction. Its good business practice to respond to your customers when they make attempts to contact you rather then blaming them. Her attitude while responding to me via text was of a rude nature. I will not screen shot & post the text correspondence because i believe that to not be good practice or professional. But i would not recommended using her services for anything. Save yourself the peace & go elsewhere! Theres alot of other options!

I truly just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Valeria for her passion, talent,…read morelove & patience for her craft. When it comes to giving you the best lashes and customer experience ever, Vallora is the place! This form of art takes alot of patience & love for what you do, so I know when I say Valeria and her crew at Vallora deliver nothing but exceptional service every single time! I have been to countless of lash artists and I have never stuck with one because of the lack of consistency in work, quality, & price and here at Vallora I have found them all plus more (which is Valeria), a truly beautiful soul! I feel so lucky to have found this gem, that I am constantly raving about it to everyone & anyone who complements me on my lashes. :) I knew as soon as I stepped foot in here I would shortly become one of those girls who became addicted to getting their lashes done every 2 weeks- month! I enjoy the benefits of not having to add mascara or false lashes every time I'm going out, or simply waking up... lets be honest ;) it is truly a life saver. The lashes I get are hybrids that give me a cat eye look. (LOVE!) I have big almond shaped eyes and so they give me just what I need to make me look glamorous and yet subtle. What I love about my lashes is if you take care of them properly they last you so long!! I remember when I first got them done, my lashes lasted me almost 3 months! Now that's what I'm talking about! But since I like mine full and fluffy, I usually go every 3weeks- month for a refill. The main reason why I got lashes done was when I was going on vacation- it makes my life so easy without the hassle of wasting too much time on getting ready, trust me.. I am all for saving time because I'm that girl who takes her sweet time getting ready lol! My second reason was because I was getting married and I refused to have my lashes coming off in the middle of me saying my vows lol BRIDES trust me when I say, get the dang lashes!! You will 100% not regret and can thank me later by saying Marby referred you ;) I will attach some close up photos without makeup & some when I get all glammed up. I am forever booked with getting my lashes done here and now I found out I can also get my brows done here too, so helloooo WIN WIN!

I tell her I like arched eyebrows and wanted to keep my shape. I specifically tell her I do not want rounded eyebrows. Well, my left eyebrow was over threaded and is now round on the bottom. i guess I should've known when she did not bring me a mirror to look at them. I am going to have to fill it in so it matches with my right eyebrow. She then tells me to go to the private area so she can wax me. Hands me wipes so that I can freshen up. When she comes back in, she rushed through the waxing because people were coming in. At the end, she puts oil on me and says she's done and walks out. I get up, go grab another wipe and start cleaning the oil off. It is then that I realize she left entire patches of broken hair all over. No such thing as a smooth feeling anywhere. I am not coming back ever! I will have to go pay someone else $60 for a Brazilian that should've been done correctly in the first place. Save your money.
