But since I like mine full and fluffy, I usually go every 3weeks- month for a refill. The main reason why I got lashes done was when I was going on vacation- it makes my life so easy without the hassle of wasting too much time on getting ready, trust me.. I am all for saving time because I'm that girl who takes her sweet time getting ready lol! I highly recommend the lash extensions! I have had them done prior at other locations and Wink and Ink surpasses all of those experiences. The process was so relaxing I almost fell asleep (that never happens), I also loved getting the spooly after for care as well. My lashes stayed almost perfect for about a month and a half, but I only applied makeup a handful of times during that period. I received so many compliments and questions if my lashes were real (love that!) when I got them done I think my fiancé thought I was nuts, but after being out and about having so many people comment on them he was shocked. WOW,..THE OTHERS ALL MUST BE FAKE REVIEWS BY FRIENDS AND FAMILY R E A D ME I've been getting my lashes done for about two years. When going to another place of business for a year straight, they kept my lashes very healthy. After spending so much time and money with Vallora, my lashes fell out. No I did not do anything different. I maintained the same lash routine I've always maintained, yet they managed to make my real lashes fall out. My real lashes were plentiful in quantity, and fairly long but missing that mascara look I desired. Now my lashes are short and thin. The tech that usually did my lashes spoke on how full and healthy my lashes were on a few different occasions. As time went by going to Vallora, not even 5 months later they were half gone. Sadly, when I started getting a fill it didn't look half as full as they used to. What brought me here today is the disgusting customer service I was unfortunate to experience. I received a "fill" and it literally still looked like I was in need of a fill. Out of all the lash techs, I knew mine took the longest. She is much slower than the others. I continued to book with her because she used to take her time and make them really full. Although I have had much fall out due to Vallora. I knew it could've been fuller. It was closing time so she wanted to go home rather than do the job so she cut me short. Rather than trying to only think about the companies pockets, they need to consider spacing the last appointment out a little more from closing time. I told my tech I wasn't happy with it and that I would like it fuller. I was never hostile. Never nasty. At all. Not even for the slightest moment. She advised I come back in the morning so that she could fill them in a little more for me. That they could be fuller but she ran out of time. & Without me even asking, she suggested I pay in the morning. I didn't think it was a big deal since she is the one that nonchalantly suggested it and I was also a regular at that point. Rather than her honoring her word the next morning as promised. I received a phone call from the owner saying they will not be finishing my fill. Asked if I paid and I told her how I actually didn't even ask not to that the tech suggested I wait. So there was no misunderstanding of what took place between Valerie and I. Then she goes on to say she doesn't think that Vallora is a good fit for me and I should look elsewhere. As if I did something wrong. I was not expecting that at all. Honestly, It just doesn't even make sense. Is it that you have damaged my lashes to the extent that you can no longer make them look as nice so you disposed of me? That's the only thing that makes sense to me. What a disgraceful company. I highly highly recommend you go elsewhere. They will damage your real lashes until they are half gone. Then once your "fill" no longer satisfies you in the window they give you. They will dispose of you too. Literally. read more

Valeria did my brows and she took her time to carefully wax only the necessary and even took the time to outline my brows and showed me if I was okay with the shape.
