I am highly disappointed! I've been searching for the perfect place to tint my brows and I thought I found it. First I was under the impression that their tint would be different and last longer but no. The tint does not last 2 weeks. 2nd the manager is not at all sympathetic about their customers. I 100% understand the waiver I signed about missing an appointment. However, LIFE happens and I wanted to explain my situation and hope for a refund. I made several attempts to contact her with absolute 0 success. A courtesy response would have been sufficient and I would have been a returning customer. After all it's only $40.00. I recently heard about lash lifts and needed to try it out. I found this gem here on yelp and decided to reach out. They answered my questions that I had almost immediately and I had an appointment set up quick. I came in on a Saturday for my lash lift. I was a bit confused on where the place was, but luckily went the right way and found it. (Park in the shopping parking lot and take the stairs of the building on the left, go all the way to the third floor, follow the hallway, and you're there) My appointment was with Jessica.I love her! She's super nice, friendly and fun to talk to. Most importantly, she did a fantastic job and I'm in love with my lashes now. I normally get extensions, but wanted a break since that requires maintenance and can be pretty costly. Now I only have to make appointments every 6-8 weeks so I'm very happy about that. It has been 5 days since my appointment and my lashes look great (especially with mascara on). They look the same as when I walked out of there so I'm super happy. Went last night and had my lashes lifted and tinted by Jessica. Due to the weather and a cancellation we were able to get started a little earlier which meant we finished a little earlier, too! She was super friendly and we talked through most of the appointment so it didn't seem so long. I'm 33 weeks pregnant so she even helped me up at the end since I was kind of stuck LOL The lift and tint itself was great, too. My lashes are already pretty dark so I don't know if the tint part made much of a difference, but the lift was night and day difference! I haven't been back here since January 2020. I used to be a regular here for lash lifts + tint. Right before my engagement party I went in and there was 0 lift! Not sure what happened but when I sent photos after to management and explained that my lashes truly looked no different, they gaslit me. I was told I need to come in to verify even though I had shown them there was 0 difference from my lashes prior and my lashes post lift+tint. I asked for a refund and they ignored me and kept insisting I come back in. I was super disappointed as I was a regular and I had trusted them so much in the past, but to be treated like that after my loyalty to them was horrible. I didn't get a refund. I got my first Spray Tan here and I was nervous of looking orange but the color was great and Jessica was really helpful in picking the color cause I had no idea. She's also really professional. I got my Tan for my wedding and it looked great. I got the Sunless Rapid Tan for reference. They also give you lotion to help your tan last before you leave. I thought that was nice too. read more
