I'm a very picky person, especially when it comes to anything related to my face, health, or body. I tend to take a long time to think before making any important decisions. Haylee is the best so far !!!!! She did my brows almost 4 years now and they still look great. The color stays the same unlike most people I have seen with a bit of blue on their brows. This year I came back for eyeliners and she did a wonderful job. She took her time to draw the lines and to make sure I liked them. She spent 3 hours just for the eyeliners because of my skin condition and it wasn't easy to work with. I went to see my eyes doctor yesterday and my doctor explained that most people don't know how important the glands right under the water line because if we do the permanent makeup and it touches those glands, then later on the eyes will get very dry. Definitely recommend!! I was looking for a place to retouch my permanent eyebrows and eyeliner makeup that I had gotten done 1-2 years ago from another place I was recommended to. Not sure what was wrong, but it faded to almost my original skin tone pretty quickly within half a year, so I was looking for a more experienced place at an affordable price. After researching in the area and scrolling through Instagram, I found "Permanent Makeup By Haylee" and decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER! I had my eyeliner done first to make sure the result was to my satisfaction before I committed to my eyebrows. Right off the bat, even before the appointment, Haylee sent me pre-op instructions so that I knew what to expect. When it came time for the appointment, she took her time to make sure the design was to my liking. She ensured the process was painfree and didn't rush it, which I appreciate greatly since permanent makeup is permanent on my face. Lol Skip to a 2 weeks later and I was shocked to see that the eyeliner still looked like new even after it healed. Of course, I also followed her post instructions, which she texted to me after the appointment to make sure I didn't forget what she had explained after the procedure. The aftercare package is also nicely packed in little packages that remain sanitary until you're ready to open and use them. Immediately, I scheduled for my eyebrows to be done as well, and let me just say that they also came out amazing! I was a little nervous when she was drawing the shape on my face, but she took my opinions seriously and made adjustments to my preferences. She made sure I was at ease and we went back and forth making sure the shape was to my liking. My face is a little crooked so I'm sure that didn't help lol. But when the eyebrows were done, I fell in love with the shape. Two weeks later, and they have healed up nicely. I've been receiving complements! Ill be returning for a touch up in another 2 weeks, but I wanted to write this review before then. Definitely recommend Haylee and "Permanent Makeup By Haylee" for permanent makeup! Linh gave me the perfect lashes. I'm a lash artist myself, so I told her what lengths and curl I wanted & she executed it flawlessly. The lash extensions compliment my eye & face shape. My brows healed beautifully and look so incredibly natural (like I grew the hairs myself!) with exactly the shape I desired. A colleague of mine had a horrible microblading experience with another brow artist and so when I decided to get my eyebrows done, I did an obsessive amount of research and eventually decided to go to Haylee. I wanted hairstrokes applied with a single needle tattoo machine rather than the handheld microblading tool and Haylee specializes in this technique.
