I moved recently to Northern Virginia from Philly. I've gotten lash extensions the past 3 years and I honestly cannot find a lash place that has been able to do my lashes like how I normally get them. I've been to a few places in NoVA and every time, all the lashes fell out within 3 days.. (horrible retention), it was too expensive, or it just didn't look full enough, or the same. I ended up driving back to Philly every 3 weeks to get my lashes done because no one here was able to meet my expectations. I stumbled upon lash deluna by searching on Instagram for some lash techs and salons in the area. I checked out the page and their volume sets looked similar to what I normally got. I scheduled an appointment with Ellie K. and she took care of me! The atmosphere of the salon was super calm and relaxing. So I am able to take a quick nap when getting lashed. She did my lashes and my lashes looked FULL and the retention was amazing. I went for a refill (lashes on my eyes were from my philly salon) and she knew exactly the lengths, style and curl my previous tech used. I went today for a refill 2 weeks after because it's my birthday weekend . And my lashes looked super full already and I contemplated whether or not I even needed to get them done. Ellie works super quick and is super friendly! And her work speaks for herself. I'm honestly sooo happy I found a tech in the area that was able to do what lash tech's are supposed to do for a volume set! read more

I got my lashes done with Chan a few days ago and I LOVE them. Chan was very sweet and gentle with eyes. I opted to let her do whatever she thought would look best as it's been years since I've gotten eyelash extensions. I am very happy with how my eyes look and havent had to wear any eye makeup since I've gotten my lashes. The fallout of lashes has been alot less than other experiences I've had with lashes. They still look very full, no lashes laying sideways or stabbing me in my eyes. The shop itself is really cute, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. If you want extensions see Chan, she did a wonderful job and my lashes look great! read more

I've been coming to Ellie for about 6 months now, I found her through google. It is really easy to book an appointment with her and wow is she fast. Her lashes are perfect for me and gives me life! She's great with conversations and her salon is so clean. Her lash care also helps me maintain my lashes long term. I honestly want to be selfish and not recommend her so her books don't fill up but at the same time she is that phenomenal. I highly recommend her and honestly you'll become addicted to the work she does! read more

I'm not the type to wear a lot of makeup or put any effort into my daily routines but after getting lashes done by Ellie, I felt more confident and put together! I've gotten lashes done before but I never liked them because it didn't look good for how much I was paying. I highly recommend her services to you :) she knows how to style your lashes and personalize it just for you! read more

Love love LOVE this place!!! My best friend Elle recommended me to come here and thank God I did! Ellie the technician was fantastic. Customer service was amazing. I was running late due to work and traffic and Ellie was very understanding. She asked me tons of questions of what lashes I prefer and overall the experience was fantastic. Other lash extension places Ive gone to before my eyes burn, glue feels incredibly heavy. But this experience was much different. My eyes didn't burn at all and Ellie has reasonable prices that aren't too expensive and you get the better quality with service, lashes, and overall experience. Will definitely go here again, see you in three weeks Ellie! Can't wait, thank you again! read more

I really hesitant to get lash extensions for the longest time because I didn't want them to look fake. But, I'm really glad I found Ellie because I can't imagine life without lash extensions anymore. I've been coming to her for several times now, and she honestly makes me one of the many happy customers. She's very professional and I always get the exact lashes that I want during every visit. She is very respectful and detail oriented. She'll first assess the condition of my lashes and advise if I should get a full set or a fill. I personally prefer a full set over fills because my natural lashes are very thin and by the fourth week, they tangle very easily. But, she makes it very comfortable for me to share what I want and she makes sure I leave with what I came for which ultimately are healthy, full, soft, natural looking lashes. Availability / scheduling is very easy. I try to text her 3-7 days in advance and her responses are very quick for special occasions, she will take into consideration your tight schedule, so just let her know in advance and she'll make it work! Quality and care is very high. The environment is very comfortable, clean, and soothing. One specialist per room, so you don't need to feel uncomfortable about sharing the room with other client. I've received complaints for my lashes numerous times, so I'm glad I have Ellie!!!! read more

Omg run, don't walk, to lash deluna! I am a first timer to eyelash extensions so I was nervous on dipping my toe into getting my lashes done. Ellie was not only super welcoming but patiently walked through the different types and shapes with me during the consultation process. She was very honest about what my lashes can handle and professional when it came to setting my expectations! During the whole process, she made sure she was communicating what she was doing and she made sure to explain the importance of maintaining the lashes post-session! I love them so so much and cant wait to be a regular customer at Lash Deluna!! read more

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and I can say that Ellie and her staff are amazing people and give great results. I'm so happy I found a lash studio that offers great service for a reasonable price you will not be disappointed. When you first book an appointment you do get a consultation and go over what works best for your eye shape and I really appreciated that. The atmosphere is also welcoming and the studio is so cute! *One of the small things I also appreciate is how Ellie tapes up your eyelids to help ventilate so the fumes don't burn your eyes the entire session, she is gentle when she works and is very efficient. She makes you feel very comfortable when she does your lashes. The fallout I have from the lashes is minimal and only the extension falls when it happens. You can really extend the life of your lashes by brushing and doing a lash bath. I also haven't had any pain from my lashes poking my eye ever since coming here like I've had with previous places. I receive many compliments on my lashes and I will continue to go to Lash Deluna for as long as I'm here in Virginia. I have a pleasant experience every time I go to the studio and I look forward to my next session read more

Love this place! The entire staff is very professional and kind. The place is extremely clean and well managed. I have gone now two times, the first to get a lash lift & tint and the second to get a classic set. Both times I left happy with my lashes. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your lashes done. read more

I've been to a few different lash places and this is by far the most customer-centric experience I've had. The consultation was actually a consultation! Ellie made sure I knew what specific length and curve/curl I was going to get, down to the number/letter she would be using in order to achieve my desired look. This is important to me because in the past "not too long" and "not too crazy" was the best I could do to explain what I wanted. Ellie was efficient and actually only took ~45min instead of the 1.5 hours another place took. This is definitely due to her experience as she knew in the first few minutes that my previous extensions irritated me and caused me to rub and lose my natural lashes. The lashes Ellie did for me are way more comfortable and she made sure to add extra volume in case some fell before my event (that's three days away). I'm definitely coming back! read more

I've been getting my lashes done from Ellie since May 2019 and I've been extremely satisfied with my lashes every time! I never got lash extensions until I moved to Korea temporarily for 2 years back in 2016. When I came back to the NoVA area, I tried a couple other places and lash artists before finding Ellie but the quality was nowhere near what I used to get back in Korea... When I had my first appointment with Ellie, she was very thorough in understanding exactly what I wanted. A little background with my eye shape: I have monolids and my lashes become "hidden" whenever my eyes are opened under the hood of my eyes. I explained the situation and she put on longer lashes (C curl) than she normally would for her Asian clients. The results were phenomenal and I couldn't be happier! We tried new lengths and styles every once in a while and I have found my ultimate favorite which are DD lashes. I've never tried/seen DD lashes even in Korea and I am most certain majority of lash extensions place around the area don't have them as options either. Bottom line is I will never go to another lash artist as long as Ellie is available. She's such a lovely lady with full of smiles and positivity. I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for high quality lash extension service for reasonable price. read more

I've been getting my lashes done by Ellie soon to be a year now! Before I was iffy on extensions due to a bad experience, she turned my whole perspective! Once you get extensions(from her) you can never go back. She takes her time, very delicate, precise with her work and takes really good care of you! I wake up and go on a night out happy with my lashes. Wherever she goes, I go too! As for Lash Deluna; they are very communicative via iMessage :') the space is a whole ambience, plenty of snacks and beverages, you feel comfortable the minute you walk in! I wouldn't recommend my friends anywhere else! read more

End to end great service with Ellie at Lash Deluna. I was looking for a quality lash studio to get a lift and tint for the first time. Most studios in the area have really mixed reviews, but Lash Deluna was a pretty solid 5 Star rating so I felt pretty confident in my selection. Scheduling an appointment was very easy, just a few texts and quick availability. Arriving there, she was finishing up another appointment so I waited for a few minutes in the very sweet reception area. I love when business owners really make their space (especially in the beauty biz) comforting and professional. She also had a fully loaded snack bar for while you wait or as you leave. The lash lift and tint itself looks great! It's just what I wanted- a little extra curl and length to my every day lashes without having to apply mascara or curl them. It completes the natural face look :) The only minor "critiques" I would make are: 1) She has back to back appointments, so when I was brought in right after the last girl, she asked me to lay down on the same sanitary pad under my head from the last girl and I needed to ask her to change it. And 2) It turned out fine, but my eye was twitching a lot and she said she was worried I might have an allergic reaction - so I would have felt better if she did a spot test first since I told her this was my first time with these chemicals. Like I said, just things to consider! I'm very happy with the overall experience and results and would absolutely recommend. read more

I'm pretty new to the eyelash extension game, but after 2 appointments with lash de Luna I've fallen in love with lashes! They are so professional and always respond fast. Ellie has been doing my lashes and I love how they turn out! She did my full hybrid set in a fraction of the time other studios took. I've also noticed that my natural lashes never fall out with my extension which is a huge plus! The first appointment involved a very thorough consultation where I got to decide the length and curl of my lashes. Their advice for aftercare treatment has been super helpful and it's obvious how much care they put into their business. Thank you lash de Luna! read more

I've been getting lashes for almost 5 years now and I've tried numerous lash extension shops in NOVA. I'm finally settled down with Ellie because not only she is experienced 10+ years, but also this is how I can tell she is one of the TOP: 1. When the extensions falls, my lashes NEVER fall 2. As long as I clean daily and brush daily, it lasts 3-4 weeks 3. I don't feel any kind of uncomfortable feeling around my eyes and eyelids Gosh, I drive over an hour to go see her and I can't say enough how much thankful I am to her read more

My friend recently got her hybrid lashes done and i loved how they looked. She told me she got them done with Ellie. I decided to get hybrid lashes for myself and was super satisfied with the entire experience. The studio itself was cute and had hand sanitizer and disposable paper coverings over the bed. Lash Deluna is absolutely wonderful! I have gotten classic and hybrid extensions as well as a lash lift and loved the outcome and service each time. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Ellie surpassed all of my expectations. First, she was very professional, following all Covid protocols and making her clients feel safe. Second, she consulted me before she applied any of the lashes. She explained her process as well as what my eye shape needed to exhibit the best outcome. Thirdly, Ellie made me feel so comfortable during the process, I could have fallen asleep. Fourthly, afterwards, she thoroughly expressed what I needed to do to extend the life of my lashes. While lash extensions usually only last three weeks, mine are going strong entering my fifth week. I will definitely go again. read more

Absolutely in love with my eyelashes! I got my lashes done by Chan and wow, I have been getting so many compliments, especially from my boyfriend! The whole service was great! Chan was really gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My eyes felt great at the end of the service and the eyelashes felt very light! The place was also very sanitary and clean as well as super cute! The first thing I appreciated about Lash Deluna was the thorough consultation I had with Ellie and Chan! Originally I had requested classic but Ellie recommended classic volume mix because I had few and very straight lashes. Also I loved that Chan asked whether I wanted curlier lashes (D curl) as my last lash artist just went with what she wanted. The last time I got eyelash extensions was with someone else and it was not good. It was the first time I ever got eyelash extensions so, I didn't really understand the different styles. I remember I had a quick consultation and by the end of the service my eyes were so red and watery. The lash artist didn't really explain how to take care of them and I was really unhappy with the way my eyelashes looked over time.I thought maybe eyelash extensions weren't for me. However I saw really good recommendations here and I'm really glad I came. Chan really helped me by telling me what I needed to do and answered any questions I had. I really loved the dedication and time Chan put on my eyelashes and can't wait to go back! read more
