I came here a second time for a keratin lash lift + tint and had a great experience! The new location is clean and beautiful aesthetic and the table to lay on was very comfortable with padding. The owner Tiffany is very professional and mentioned they took the feedback positively. They educated the staff and implemented some changes. My lash extension experience was very good. This was my first time doing extensions and Tiffany took the time to choose the right fit for me and explain the process. She was very gentle. I love my new lashes. I was also send home with the care instructions and got to pick an eyebrow brush. I must say that its really nice to be valued as a customer. Vi is one of my favorite technicians because she's very detail oriented and really takes her time to make sure you leave a happy camper. Her appointments are a little pricier (and can be more challenging to schedule) but still worth it. Regardless of who you choose, rest assured you're in good hands -- all of the artists use high-quality tools/lashes, and they're all well trained. The salon itself is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Full sets typically range from $160 to $200+ (not including tip), and parking is free in the Old Town Plaza garage (blue visitor spots on P5). She is a master at what she does. Always punctual, professional and a perfectionist. I get compliments all the time and her lashes last so long!! My friends always think I just got them done and I'm usually going on week 2-3 so I am able to get by with refills once a month. I cannot live without lash extensions. Every time I get my lashes done it really gives me a confidence boost and always makes me feel good! I work at a pool as an instructor so if you're reading this and are wondering if the chlorine makes it ware off sooner, it doesn't!! Just don't get them wet for the first 24-48 hours! I have been getting keratin lash lift for the longest while and have been looking for a salon near my house (my husband and I recently bought a house in Lorton) but every lash tech failed to satisfy me. I have dealt with unexperienced lash techs, rude customer service, overpriced, and low quality lashes you name it i have experienced it all! I have been coming here for a few months now and there has never been even a sliver of negative energy it always feels like you just stepped into a spa ready to be pampered. The front desk staff is excellent! They are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products they carry and all of the aftercare instructions which made all my nerves disappear. Now the MAIN reason I keep coming back is because of Vi. She is HANDS DOWN the best lash technician in all of the DMV area. I drive all the way from Maryland just to see Vi because of her extreme expertise. To call her a perfectionist is an understatement, she takes the time to calculate where each individual lash will look best for your eye shape and the style you desire. Not only that but she takes the time to get to know you and your skin type so that your lashes stay on as long as possible. **THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ACTUAL LASH SERVICE** Im super bummed to write this but yelp wants me to write more reviews so here we go. Backstory:: Im currently a SAHM, I have a 2 and 4 year old that go to three days a week school for 3.5 hours. My time to myself is limited during the week. Scheduling things is often tough and a obstacle specially as Christmas is rolling around. I decided to look for a lash service since I had been to the service years ago but only get beauty services done when its a holiday or something special like a wedding. I decided to take this week to try and do some things for me since its the last week of school. Saw that there was a last min appt for there same day appt at 11am. I booked it, paid the $50 to secure it and dropped the kids off at 930 and drove to Fairfax and sat in a nearby cafe for almost a hour to wait for the appt. I left and started to walk toward the salon and 13 min before the appt they text me saying there has been an emergency with the techs car and she won't be in till 1140. I asked if I waited around would the service be done by 1245 since I need to leave once again to pick my kids up in Chantilly by 120. They responded no and gave me a lot of other times but, as stated before, I have such little hours for these kind of appts during the week. Nothing really works in the afternoon. I asked if we rescheduled to tomorrow there would be any discount for the compensation of time I spent driving here, and driving back... waiting around just to be told to come back later. They offered $10 off because of the ongoing existing promo but I felt as if they really didn't value the time I spent to come here and wait and ten min before being told to reschedule. I had to ask 2-3 times for the $50 refund, where I guess the person was taken back by me asking if there would be any discount for the time I wasted to come all the way then cancel the appt, she responded "what type of discount are you looking for that would be feasible for your time?." Which for a business owner to ask, seems rude to me. Somewhat mocking that oh, what I said isn't good enough, what are you expecting..? Im more disappointed than upset because I also have worked in the customer industry and when something goes awry I have done everything in my power to keep the customer happy to become a repeat customer of the future and hopefully recommend others. To me, $10 didn't compensate the time I felt I had wasted when I only have limited time in the beginning. To other potential customers... I ask you to reflect on the WHAT IF this situation happened to you. . sure theres things in life that are unexpected, Ive dfinetly had a flat tire, slow public transportation, illness etc. But id expect something back to show they still cared about me. Anywho, my rant is all about the customer service I received for the last min cancel. I told them my situation with kids and their school and no one to watch them In the end and they never responded to my last message. If you have the choice, look into other lash salons. For $100+ service id expect better. read more

When I first came in, I was greeted by the nicest receptionist. The store is very modern and classy. It is beautiful. I went to Tiffany! She was very accommodating even though I was 25 minutes late.
