I was a first time customer in December 2023 and am coming back to update my past review to say that I am still very happy with Hayley! Every appointment always go smoothly and she's still very gentle so I've been falling asleep every time because I am so comfortable lol. She's really good at lashing. I go in and tell her "same thing" each time and I always come out with exactly what I want. At home, I never have any issues either and even when I go 3-4 weeks between fills, they still look great. I struggled finding a place for lashes after moving to DC a year ago. Paid all sorts of prices and had terrible experiences but Lash Me was one of the best experiences I had. Even better than what I had before I moved! I see Emily, and she was able to execute what I wanted after showing her pictures from my previous lashes. She always takes her time during each appointment, but is also quick and efficient! The appointments are relaxing and comfortable, and my lashes have great retention. After looking at many places, I decided I liked the way her work looked, her prices are VERY reasonable, and decided to book the classic volume full set. i got a lash lift here, lina was my technician. it was my first time doing anything like this and I was a bit nervous, but she was so sweet and understanding that all that anxiety melted away. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and she was extremely gentle with everything that she did! she was extremely patient, even when i forgot to turn off two alarms and she had to go over and turn them off for me! the ambiance of the studio is nice and clean, and it was very comfortable. at the end when lina showed me my lashes, i said "i never thought they could look like that!" a very nice and relaxing experience with no discomfort at all. lina made my first lash lift such a pleasant experience and i would definitely go back! read more

Hayley is amazing at her work! I booked an appointment for a Lash Perm/Lift. My lashes are long enough but grows straight down. The process took about an hour or so and afterwards, I immediately noticed that my lashes were curled up but a little too much. Hayley noticed my reaction and assured me that after a few days, it should go down. She texted me after an hour to check up on me about it, which I really appreciated. If I remember correctly, it should last about 4-6 weeks. It's been about a week and it's still the same, BUT I don't mind it now because I don't need to use my curler for a long time! Plus, I look more awake and refreshed every morning! Also, I had a few people compliment how great the lash perm looked and commented about how I may no longer need lash extensions LOL. Btw, I have to admit that it feels pretty good not having to dig for my eyelash curler and putting on mascara each morning though. It's one less thing to worry about. My initial set and first refill was done by Emily, she was great! This was my first time getting lash extensions so I had no clue what my options were. Emily explained the different styles, curls, and lengths to me. She also showed me photos which was extremely helpful for my decision.This was in June, after that I started seeing Lina for all my refills. Lina is very kind and considerate. She is also very gentle during the process. The atmosphere is very relaxing especially with the music they have playing, sometimes I fall asleep (sorry Lina ). I've been trying to find a great lash extension artist overall since I've moved to Virginia, and upon immediately entering the customer service was nearly perfect. The entire place is spotless! I also loved how if you weren't sure of your options, they provide a brochure and recommendations as to what best suits your eye shape and facial features. I also love how they have an iPad for consent forms and liability, such a quick and easy process if you're always running around and busy. Saves a lot of time! I saw Lina today for a full set. She was so patient and informing with me, it had been awhile since I got extensions and I wanted her opinion upon what might've been ideally best for my eye shape. I had my appointment with Lina for a volume full set and let me just say that Lina is super sweet and takes her time with the lash extensions to make sure it's perfect to your liking. I want to call out her exceptional service as she went above and beyond for me during the appointment. I have seasonal allergies and in the winter I have really bad random coughing fits due to the cold dry air (I swear I don't have Covid!) and there were several times during the appointment that I would not stop coughing and I was so afraid it was ruining Lina's work and that she was getting annoyed with having to stop and wait for me to be done with my coughing outbreak. Seeing that I continued to cough every now and then, she went and got some cough drops for me and then later got me water to which she helped me with opening it and guiding it to my mouth because I was blind with the bandages still on my eyes lol. Luckily the cough drops and water helped and soon after I was able to open my eyes and admire the amazing work she did! read more

Hayley is hands down the best in the industry. A 10 out of 10 rating across the board in-regards to quality, speed, professionalism, response time and cleanliness. I have been getting my lashes done for about 8 years and experienced quite a few stylist - I discovered Hayley almost 2 years ago and I'm BEYOND thankful. Quality/Speed: Hayley's workmanship is exceptional - not only does she create flawless lashes, her speed of work is one of my favorite things. I get volume lashes and they are very full, clean, not clumpy, and I never have an issue with them hurting me or falling out. Depending on the style, she does full sets within 1.5 hours and refills take about 45 minutes - after being a client for 2 years, I leave in shock every single time. Again, I never had an issue with any of my lashes and still none to this date... She ALWAYS makes sure you leave happy with the results and she makes you check them while you are on the bed and once again before you leave. There was this one incident where she was not happy with her work because I was late and she only had 30 minutes to complete a 3 week refill... She did not charge me even though it was my fault - I tried to fight her on this but she insisted. This just goes to show you she takes full pride in her work and costumer satisfaction. Needless to say, she only had 30 mins to work on my lashes but I was still so satisfied with the work done. Quality is a must for everyone but speed is important for those who have busy schedules. Another thing to note is that she never takes calls or handles any other duties during the appointment - she is solely focused on your lashes! Cleanliness: Lets talk about precovid first - The lash bed always had a disposable sheet over it and the pillow she provides, has a disposable pillow case as well. This was one of the first things I noticed at my first appointment. I believe it's a common practice for the pillow but wow, for the entire bed? Amazing. She washes her hands before and after each client and then uses hand sanitizer. COVID - She made small changes after COVID. I say small because she was always so thorough with sanitization. Now during COVID times, when you come in you have to sanitize your hands and put on shoe/foot coverings. After you leave, she rips off the disposable covering and disinfects the bed itself. She use to provide a blanket but she got rid of that for obvious reasons. I want to mention she always makes sure you are comfortable during your appointment, making sure you aren't hot or cold. When she got rid of the blanket she would remind you "please wear warm clothes if you tend to get cold because we no longer provide a blanket." During precovid times, I remember she would ask if I needed the blanket if she saw I folded my arms - she is just so thoughtful and really cares about your experience. She just moved into a larger space that is triple in size and it's stunning. Her old studio was just was beautiful.... She plays very smoothing music and encourages this to be a relaxing experience therefore she goes not engage in conversation - I almost fall asleep every time even if I'm not tired. Overall her office smells amazing, looks beautiful, and very clean! Professionalism: She is always on time if not early. She has this beautiful waiting area but I never got to enjoy it because the is very prompt. Also, her responsive time is incredible, she always gets back to me very quickly. I cannot stress how amazing she is and will continue to recommend her to all my friends, family, and strangers with high confidence. Her workmanship and speed is incredible. I get the C & L curl to create a more winged effect and the lashes always last at least 3 to 4 weeks, which is great considering how fast my lashes grow and shed. I just love the great service I receive when I see my girl Hayley. I've been with her for over a year now and she is the only person I trust with my eyes and lashes. Today was my first time at her new permanent location! The building is easy to find, I didn't have any issues parking. I entered the building through the rear entry, went through a few doors, up the elevator and I was at her suite, very easy to navigate. Her office is spacious and of course beautifully decorated. She just moved in so things are getting settled nicely. I had a place to hang my coat and my purse which is important to me. I want to feel like my things are out of the way, safe, and not draped over a chair. My appointments are about an hour and a half, I went for a more natural look today so I was in and out! Sometimes I fall asleep for what feels like five minutes and then I'm done! The way she applies extensions is ZERO PAIN, no uncomfortable pulling or smell of adhesive, I felt no burning from adhesive after the session. She plays relaxing music so I can really take a deep breath and enjoy my time while I'm being beautified. She makes me feel comfortable and she al does a "final look" at her desk with the mirror to address any concerns before I pay and leave. The appointment app is amazing as well, I don't have to make phone calls to schedule. I can schedule the entire year in advance if I wanted to through the app and I receive reminder texts before my appointment and email receipts when I've paid.
