I explained the issues (dry cracked lids, burning red eyes for days). After inspection Sofia recommended a serum to strengthen my lashes which was weak from wearing strips while on my search for a lash tech with experience with sensitive eyes. Sofia is amazing!! My lash extensions stayed on for a solid 3-4 weeks, which is a testament both to her incredible work and to the tips/info she gave me after my appointment. (It was my first time EVER getting extensions, so I didn't know much about upkeep, but I walked out of there with solid knowledge and the literal tools needed for maintenance.) The lashes themselves were gorgeous and looked really natural on me, which is what I was wanting. And aside from making sure I'm comfortable during the service, Sofia's also super personable and has a great energy to be around. When I went it to get my lashes removed, I found that my natural lashes were still very healthy. Can't wait for the next time I get extensions! It is hard to compare to my old lashes since I usually did a hybrid style and with Sofia I did the classic look, but they looked great and the fall-out seems to be minimal which is always the goal! I should have had her made one tiny correction when I was there as one side is slightly more full, but that is on me-not her! The best lash place I have ever been to, hands down. The owner is the best and always remembered my name and what I liked. Her glue never irritated my eyes, and I always looked so cute coming out of an appointment. She was always booked up, but for good reason because she is a pro.
