I used to go to jades all the time when I was younger never had an issue. After 3 years I revisited them about 1 month ago with my daughter and my friend. Lady doing my pedicure was rolling her eyes and had attitude because I was holding my daughter and I accidentally moved and then she started speaking in another language to the lady next to her and then started mimicking me and my friends conversation right in front of us to the lady next to her. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I left with my 2 big toenails two completely different lengths and shapes. mind you I didn't pick up my daughter until after the nail prep was done, so I was as still as possible. I've visited quite a few salons in the area and I will always walk away disappointed. If I were to move away from the area, I'd still continue to book my appointments with them. read more

Went there after seeing amazing reviews on google. Wasn't able to make an appointment prior to going in for dipping & pedicure, but Ms. Kim was able to help me right away. However, when I went in on Wednesday early afternoon, there was only two nail technicians working so I do recommend making an appointment. Ms. Kim was efficient with both pedicure & manicure (SNS/Gel). I left the salon very pleased. I will definitely be returning again! read more

First and last time at this nail salon I came with gel on my toes and hands. prices that were 15 for a fill in and 23 for a pedicure which came out to a whopping 51??? I questioned the price and was told I was charged extra to take gel off of my toes AND hands and also when she suggest making my nails even that was 3 dollars extra??? I understand toes but I've never been charged anywhere ( and I get my nails done a whole lot) to take off my gel to get another fill in and I was never told about these extra charges to make nails even(?) until I got ready to pay. Oh also while getting a pedicure the girl freaking cut me and I started to bleed. I WILL NOT be back! I went to this nail salon for my birthday set I was hoping the reviews were the same as in person. I went in with my friend we sat at 2 different tables my friend showed her a set to the working and she went to the other working and starting talking about it and they started to talk bad about it . The girl told my friend we have to switch workers and I assume that's because she didn't know how to do the set . As we switched they were still talking then they started the work . The worker was very rude she did a half ass on my nails she didn't pants them all the way she made 2 mistakes and told me that it was my fault so I have to pay extra she kept cutting me and laughing. Went here for the first time with a friend to get a pedicure. The stupid woman kept cutting too deep into my toes. Anytime I would say, "Ouch," she would just shake her head as if I was getting on her nerves. Moments after the wench applied the nail polish, it started coming off. No one touched my toenails, yet, polish was chipping. Told the nail tech about it, and the manager fixed it. Three days later, polish is chipping again. I've had pedicures where the polish doesn't chip for WEEKS! This was the first time I've had polish chip in just days. Finally, after a few more weeks, I removed the polish myself only to discover a badly damaged toenail. I've clipped it myself, but I'm going to have to see a specialist for possible infection/toe fungus, etc. I will NEVER come back to this cheap, ghetto establishment. read more

I walked in on a weekday for a gel manicure. They sat me fairly quickly and started working on my nails. I'm pretty happy with the gel manicure, she applied multiple layers, and had me in the little heater for most of the time. On my request she didnt cut the cuticles, she just filed my nails, and applied the gel. Briefly applied some hand lotion and gave me a very short hand massage. It was a-ok, and i would go back for the convenience and the speed. If you are looking for pampering or a nice atmosphere, i dont think this is the place for you. read more

I have been going here 4 years. They are very clean and do a wonderful job, even on occasional special requests. They are always friendly and courteous. They run a little late sometimes but then again, so do i. Its a half empty strip mall and once you find it you realize its very well located for running other errands ( get your suburu maintenance at the sane time as your nails. And to be quite honest to pay $72 for my gel toes and my gel acrylic nails and my eyebrows I believe that is the most bang for your buck you can receive specially with the customer service and the attention to detail they perform. TERRIBLE experience, the salon was messy. When I walked in I found one employee laying on the couch and the other one just sitting there. I asked for dip nails and after being ignored I asked if I could see colors they had. While I was browsing through the colors one lady came up to me and said that she wouldn't be able to do my nails because she had an appointment in 15 minutes. Which doesn't make sense because the salon was EMPTY it was literally just them two. When I asked if they didn't accepted walk ins they said that they do but they asked me to come back tomorrow. HORRIBLE!!!! I went here for the first time today and was flabbergasted at what I saw. In general, it was a bit run down but not too bad. But the woman who did my pedicure cut me in two different places where one has not stopped bleeding. To make it worse, she kept telling me all of the things I have done wrong with my feet and that caused the bleeding....as if! She told me that I needed to come back every week because my feet are so bad.....I have gotten them done once a month for the past 6 years and never had an issue. She also insisted that I must have cut my nails in between visits since I bled and my nails were short, which neither was true. She never owned up to her mistake and I almost refused to pay but did not want to cause a scene, especially when I had been there a whole hour while she tried to get the bleeding stopped.
