I have been lucky enough to have received multiple skin treatments with Lana Tran such as skin tightening, smoothing, resurfacing, CO2 laser, IPL/fractional/Ablative laser treatments, and micro needling. Prior to finding Lana, i had various treatments from other estheticians and i can positively tell you that she is one of the best out there! She is extremely knowledgeable about her work and keeps up with the latest developments. She has a delicate touch that is unmatched and i have had multiple episodes of heavy handedness causing excess damage in the past with other practitioners. I highly recommend that you consider seeing her at Sunrise Nails & Spa for a consult or treatment. You will not be sorry! read more

My wife and I visited for pedicures. I don't remember which package I had, but I was very happy with the price and service.

First time visiting Sunrise Nails and sadly might be the last. It was a pleasant experience until it came time to pay. Tu was good at following the design and color matching. She was pretty thorough at shaping the nails. Overall happy with the service but very disappointed in the pricing. I made sure to review the pricing online before choosing my design and requesting it. Being from California, was very surprised to see the high charges for simple designs (2 "designs" per hand). To be charged $5 extra for French tips ( 3 fingers) and an additional $65 for designs (2 fingers) is ridiculous. I have gotten much intricate designs including rhinestones, blooming gel, and 3-d for the same if not less. It's a shame that such a pleasant experience ended up with such a sour ending. Be sure to ask for pricing beforehand regardless of what they have listed on their website. read more

I was trying to go to my typical nail salon but they are sadly closed until December. I saw this place on Yelp and reached out. I got a message back quickly and was able to get an appointment in today. Vivian did my acrylic nails with design and she is an extremely nice lady! She takes her time and asks questions before putting all the polish on to make sure the shape and color is what you're looking for. I had a great experience here for my first time. I will definitely come back. It's a very clean salon as well with a lot more products than I've seen at other places. read more

The service was wonderful! I asked for a specific nail design and they had all the materials on hand to do it. The nail artist knew all the techniques needed to do it. The salon was clean and music was great. The quality of service and the end product was great! I was able to give a comment here or there about adjustments I wanted and my nail artist was very kind and receptive to the changes I wanted. I will definitely be going back! read more

I was very impressed with this spa and the pedicure in July 2024. They are located right next to Giant. Loren (Lauren) did my nails and she was awesome! Everything is very clean. They opened a new kit in front of me, wore gloves, and even the "bubble maker" came out of the foot tub to be sanitized! The pedicure chairs looked like they were new--good massage function and there was a tray for phones and cup holder. I'm a bigger person but didn't feel "squished" I the chair. Their variety of colors and gels appeared typical--but even these were clean and I didn't see splashed on the sides. Some of the names I saw were DN, CC, goldline, Kiara sky, mood--but I just pick what I like Service was great. I didn't have to wait. Loren did my pedicure and she was very calm and didn't make anything feel rushed. She cut and filed my nails, treated the callouses and cuticles, used scrub, did a foot and calf massage with lotion, double checked her work, gave me new "sandals" and painted with base and top coat before walking me over to the drying area. They also offered a drink when I arrived--water, soda, and they also have tea (and I think coffee) available. They have a dryer for hands and feet in front for good parking lot and people watching. Music was quiet and seemed to be a mix of pop/dance--very much aligned with the nail place vibe. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back! read more

Sunrise is the new name of the nail salon that was formerly known as Maniluxx. I went for a manicure and pedicure a few weeks ago, and I was happy with the quality of the service. Kevin did powder dip on my nails, and I appreciated that he took time to make sure that my nails looked and felt even. I definitely will return soon! read more

The good news is that they were able to get me in for an appointment on the same day; the bad news is that the mani/pedi was mediocre at best. For the pedicure, I was charged an extra $10 to remove the polish. My nails weren't cut/trimmed, and the cuticles were neglected, which meant that I ended up getting a hang nail, which still bothers me. The manicure was just okay, with a similar service as the pedicure. Plus, for a mani/pedi with no polish, paying $100 is way too expensive. I won't be a repeat client. read more

Visiting family for the summer and I needed an overdue pedicure. Did my research in the area and thankfully found this nail shop and KIM! The shop itself is serene, plants, coziness, music in the background but not loud and the nail tech's are quiet overall. Kim offered me hot green tea and a water which I gladly accepted. It's a nice gesture and shows hospitality overall. (I cannot stand a loud nail salon while you're trying to squeeze in an hour of self care.) This place is friendly, inviting, and quiet. My Sweet Pedicure package came with callus remover and paraffin wax and it was well worth it. Thank you Kim, you made my day! I've already booked another appointment for a few weeks. read more

My daughter and her friend got their nails done there On. Friday. When my daughter was getting her nails done she had asked if they do GelX and they did not so she got acrylics done. They never did her cuticles, shaped her nails nor clean under her nails. They just glued nails on. They did the same to her friend. The cost with tip was 65.00 each. Then next day her thumb nail broke on Saturday night. She had said they just put a little drop of glue on the top of her nails. We live 35 minutes away from the salon and it was Sunday. We ended up just taking all her nails off because they were not out on properly. Would not recommend this place. My daughter thought they would try a new salon because of the GelX on their website. When she asked the person doing her nails they said we don't do that here. So we learned the hard way to stay where you go. read more

By far the best Nail salon i've been in the Northern VA area. Love these ladies! Very professional with warm welcoming smiles when you first walk in. definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time. Especially their pedicures, I could almost fall asleep during the whole process. The gel acrylic I got lasted me over two weeks now. Their wax was not painful at all, Moon was very detailed with my eyebrows and took her time. Their new reward system is the best for every dollar you spend is one point! after a certain amount I believe is $10 dollars off any service, so make sure you sign up. Will definitely return back! read more
