However, they were pretty careful and gentle on her feet. For my gel manicure, everything was going okay until she started doing my cuticles. The lady ended up cutting me multiple times and was not going as slowly as she should've been to avoid hurting me. When it came time to choose a polish, I asked if she could do a design and she said "no." That is fine of course, but I wish they had specified on their website that there are certain nail techs that can/cannot do nail art. By the end, I kind of just wanted to go home and put a bandage on my cuticles. The polish was not applied very well, so it is patchy and there are air bubbles. She also got polish on my skin. I really wanted to like this place but in the future I would find somewhere else.

The other nail salons I called wouldn't take me because they were "close" to closing. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the time I walked in the door. They were able to do a nail fill for me and a polish change on my toe nails.
