I typically don't leave reviews, but this is the second time. I paid $85 for the worst gel pedicure I've ever had. I kid you not, the (GEL!) polish peeled off my pinky toe within 3 minutes of being home. Under and beside my nail beds were not cleaned, not even attempted. Nor did I receive cuticle care. This is usually a part of even a basic pedicure and parts of my toenails still had old paint color or missed painted spots. I'm not wasting any more of my $ here. read more

Get rid of your oldest person. I have had her twice, tipped 20% because it was obvious she is too old. Twice she has messed up my nails. I hate leaving this review. I've loved this spa since I found it two years ago and have loyally had ALL my manicures and pedicures here since discovering it. But on my last visit, it struck me that I never see technicians use implements that are sterilized between each client. Imagine my horror a few days ago when I felt a mail that didn't feel right...it felt loose. I removed my own gel polish and discovered a horrible nail fungus -- in various stages -- on EVERY nail. First the whole salon is super clean, I've been to others where unfortunately that is lacking but this place was spotless! We get in are attended to right away, sat us in our chairs offered us drinks! They have so many services, we did the honey and milk pedi and it was amazing! So, as I am getting older, fatter and more blind, I find it harder and harder to clip my toe-nails. So, as a man wandering into a nail salon, I'll admit, I felt a little out of place. My daughters gel mani was atrocious and had to be redone. The lady doing my pedi left mid pedi to service someone else and the dip manicure I received (using methods I e never seen before) is bumpy, wavy, misshapen and poorly done. Whenever I meet Cindy, she does a great job on my pedicure. She takes her time and make sure that everything is absolutely clean. She is also careful about the actual painting of the polish making sure not to leave any gaps. And if for some reason I feel that the polish needs to be reapplied, she will do it without hesitance. Went in today for a pedicure with my best friend. We were "greeted" by a tech with an attitude. I guess she felt we were taking too long picking colors and told us to just bring the colors over so they could get started (she did mine). Our pedicures were fine, a little rushed compared to the last time we were there. Then when it was time to pay, she told me mine was $40. The menu stated it was $35, so I mentioned it. She seemed agitated that I asked and said the extra $5 was for my color. ??? My girlfriend's total was $35 and we chose our colors from the same color guide! Stopped by at 6:15pm for a quick pedicure and was told that the salon is closed. Told them their website and sign outside listed the closing time as 7pm. Was then told sorry but to come back tomorrow while this technician was painting her own nails. I have no interest in ever giving them my business. I've been getting my nails done for a very long time so I don't think I need a brief on why the crappy job that was done to them is acceptable. You can see through my gel, the shapes are uneven and since she drilled so much the nail was thin in broke off in 2 days. I came back after 4 days of the original job thinking maybe I should see if they can salvage this mess because I don't want to go somewhere and drill all the polish off because they didn't have the color to match. I asked for another nail tech and it was a problem and she tried to explain to me why it's uneven like it matters.. the point is it's uneven. You should not be able to see through some places on my nails. I also took my friend and daughter her that day and my daughters nails was chipped so bad before the night was over and my friends gel chipped the next day. Welllllllll -- I came here for a mani/pedi. Though the guy who did my feet/nails was extremely sweet and personable, the actual WORK he did for me was "meh/so-so" .. First off, the spa pedi I received was not so impressive for $45 and he was a bit too rough for my liking w/the scrub .. It actually HURT .. Then as far as the mani went it was extremely quick and it just was not of what I'm used to. The only PLUS is its literally 3min from my apt. This experience was one for the books. I got a mani pedi during my visit. I also got gel polish on my nails. The pedi itself was good but the paint looks like a 5 year old did it. My nails were rushed and the owner just hovered over us and I could tell he was rushing the girl doing my nails. I was there at closing. My nails were not painted all the way and weren't in the light machine very long so I'm sure it will start peeling off soon. read more

Original tech made my nails entirely to thick, and horribly shaped. To remedy, she overly drilled, which cleared out the paint from the cuticle area. Then she piled up another two coats which made the nails thicker. Owner/or manager had to re-do nails. Process was over an hour and a half. Thing happen, it's was a mistake, understandable.. until ... At the end they charged me $50 for a dip manicure.. not a full set .. just a dip manicure .. and had the audacity to ask me why I didn't leave a tip. Maybe $50 is their cost for a dip manicure, but most places charge around $35 for the same service, take half of the time, and do a much better job. read more
