Why do u have such old folks to do nails The quality of service is terrible and they over priced for everything never again read more

I typically don't leave reviews, but this is the second time. I paid $85 for the worst gel pedicure I've ever had. I kid you not, the (GEL!) polish peeled off my pinky toe within 3 minutes of being home. Under and beside my nail beds were not cleaned, not even attempted. Nor did I receive cuticle care. This is usually a part of even a basic pedicure and parts of my toenails still had old paint color or missed painted spots. I'm not wasting any more of my $ here. read more

Get rid of your oldest person. I have had her twice, tipped 20% because it was obvious she is too old. Twice she has messed up my nails. Using tools on natural nails that they use on acrylic leaving ridges at my base. Bad idea to let a new customer get the worst tech. I will never go back. read more

I hate leaving this review. I've loved this spa since I found it two years ago and have loyally had ALL my manicures and pedicures here since discovering it. But on my last visit, it struck me that I never see technicians use implements that are sterilized between each client. Imagine my horror a few days ago when I felt a mail that didn't feel right...it felt loose. I removed my own gel polish and discovered a horrible nail fungus -- in various stages -- on EVERY nail. I'm now on a four week regimen of oral and topical antibiotics. WHY DONT THEY STERILIZE THEIR TOOLS??? read more

I've been getting nail art done here for a couple years, they always do the best job and are able to recreate the photo I show them. The people who work here are all really pleasant as well, I miss them and can't wait to come back when COVID is over! I relocated for several months and really missed this place. I always get gel polish, no acrylics or tips. read more

At the recommendation of a friend, I came here on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure. On my arrival I found the atmosphere very relaxing, clean and airy, all of which made me feel like I wanted to take a nap; it was a good thing. The ladies there were very accommodating and pleasant. The nail tech that did my pedicure was very thorough and did a great job! read more

I'm no expert on nail spas....but I do know what feels good and what good service is all about. This was my second time here and yes...I came back so it was good the first time and even better the second time. A pedicure that is. You only get one pair so you better take care of them. Helen took care of me both times and I'll be asking for her by name when I return. For $35 you get the 'all natural' products and it's worth it. read more

Absolutely LOVED this salon!! I never post reviews for anything but they hands down deserve all the praise! First the whole salon is super clean, I've been to others where unfortunately that is lacking but this place was spotless! We get in are attended to right away, sat us in our chairs offered us drinks! They have so many services, we did the honey and milk pedi and it was amazing! My feet and legs feel so silky and I just feel so refreshed!! My toes look so cute now and all the ladies are so stinking sweet!! Can't wait to go back!! read more

So, as I am getting older, fatter and more blind, I find it harder and harder to clip my toe-nails. So, as a man wandering into a nail salon, I'll admit, I felt a little out of place. The ladies that worked there, didn't bat an eye. They typically give me a full pedicure (short of the polish which I politely decline) and don't even seem to get all that upset that I am ridiculously ticklish on my feet (I try not to squirm, but you know how that goes) Anyhow, I have been a few times and have always had a pleasant experience! read more

I went w my daughter today for a mani/pedi and mani. They said they had time for both of us but actually they didn't. I dislike the bait and switch tactic. My daughters gel mani was atrocious and had to be redone. The lady doing my pedi left mid pedi to service someone else and the dip manicure I received (using methods I e never seen before) is bumpy, wavy, misshapen and poorly done. I am headed out of town for a funeral and don't have time to go back and redo it. I'm sorry I tipped - none of the work was even subpar - and we won't be back. read more

It is the first time that I visit this place and I was going to do a nail retouch, pedicure and wax and I brought my mom too! The girl who attended me was a certain Nin with a hostile and rud attitude and I just told her how I liked my nails, she got upset because I told her! and with a bad attitude she scraped me with the nail machine. I didn't finish my work and I went to my mom. The pedicure was like taking a bath at her house! I don't recommend it at all. read more

My nail tech moved far far away and I was in desperate need for a new salon close to home. After reading many reviews, I decided to give this place a try on a Sunday morning. I was there as soon as they opened and was seated right away. The gentleman that took care of me, was nice and did an OK job on my full set. The shaping wasn't too bad and the gel paint could of been applied better. Not sure I would make this my go to place. read more

This five-star review is for Cindy. I followed Cindy to Essence Spa because I had been going to see her when she worked at her first two previous locations. Whenever I meet Cindy, she does a great job on my pedicure. She takes her time and make sure that everything is absolutely clean. She is also careful about the actual painting of the polish making sure not to leave any gaps. And if for some reason I feel that the polish needs to be reapplied, she will do it without hesitance. Cindy is my go to whenever I'm in the area. read more

This is my third time here but first time getting an spa pedicure(Tropical).I walked in about 4:50pm a few customer but not busy busy . But if your in the area plz go check this place out ! read more

Went in today for a pedicure with my best friend. We were "greeted" by a tech with an attitude. I guess she felt we were taking too long picking colors and told us to just bring the colors over so they could get started (she did mine). Our pedicures were fine, a little rushed compared to the last time we were there. Then when it was time to pay, she told me mine was $40. The menu stated it was $35, so I mentioned it. She seemed agitated that I asked and said the extra $5 was for my color. ??? My girlfriend's total was $35 and we chose our colors from the same color guide! We'll be using a different salon next time! read more

Stopped by at 6:15pm for a quick pedicure and was told that the salon is closed. Told them their website and sign outside listed the closing time as 7pm. Was then told sorry but to come back tomorrow while this technician was painting her own nails. I have no interest in ever giving them my business. Instead went next door to Amour Nails & Spa which happily accepted my business at 6:30pm, and had more than 2 techs working. read more

I've been getting my nails done for a very long time so I don't think I need a brief on why the crappy job that was done to them is acceptable. You can see through my gel, the shapes are uneven and since she drilled so much the nail was thin in broke off in 2 days. I came back after 4 days of the original job thinking maybe I should see if they can salvage this mess because I don't want to go somewhere and drill all the polish off because they didn't have the color to match. I asked for another nail tech and it was a problem and she tried to explain to me why it's uneven like it matters.. the point is it's uneven. You should not be able to see through some places on my nails. I also took my friend and daughter her that day and my daughters nails was chipped so bad before the night was over and my friends gel chipped the next day. Lastly they have very few colors to pick from. Never again! Oh and to add. I get super short nails no design so it's not that much read more

Welllllllll -- I came here for a mani/pedi. Though the guy who did my feet/nails was extremely sweet and personable, the actual WORK he did for me was "meh/so-so" .. First off, the spa pedi I received was not so impressive for $45 and he was a bit too rough for my liking w/the scrub .. It actually HURT .. Then as far as the mani went it was extremely quick and it just was not of what I'm used to. The only PLUS is its literally 3min from my apt. I will be trying out some other salons near my apt, because for $70 I was NOT impressed. read more

This salon is fairly new to this area. Only being in business for 3 months. The entry way is warm and inviting. The pendent lights add a warm touch. Helen was fantastic. She was warm and inviting. This experience was one for the books. I got a mani pedi during my visit. I also got gel polish on my nails. The pedi itself was good but the paint looks like a 5 year old did it. My nails were rushed and the owner just hovered over us and I could tell he was rushing the girl doing my nails. I was there at closing. My nails were not painted all the way and weren't in the light machine very long so I'm sure it will start peeling off soon. read more

I always get the natural products and in staying consistent with them my feet are so much better then they have Been in the past. I also get a French Pedicure with the occasional design, and the designs are amazing. Occasionally I get a basic manicure with gel polish and they look great every single time.
