Visited Natural Nails last Saturday for a Men's manicure/pedicure. I normally visit another spa for this - but my regular nail "go-to" nail technician from the other salon was out on maternity leave - and this is where she recommended I go until her return. Everyone was very friendly. The nail technician did a good job - I believe her name was "Lily." $37.00 for the manicure and pedicure. Tipped $12.00 on top of that... Nice nail salon...

Wow! What an amazing job Steve has done! Not only is he good, but he has an amazing sense of humor and makes your experience so fun! I highly recommend! Excuse how dry my nails are from biting and picking them, haha.

My first visit was great but my second time was horrible, I'd advise you if you get the young girl that everyone is leaving a bad reviews on just leave, or ask for somome else, I'm shocked she still works there, she has no respect for the owner either. I went in the nice gentlemen told me to pick out my color, I did and sat down to wait but he said she was ready for me, when I walked to her she rolled her eyes and was pissed off because it looked like she was doing her own nails, and I interrupted her.( I wanted to say if you don't want to help me ill wait for someone else, but I didn't) I gave her a chance. Biggest mistake, she hurt 4 times with the drill was very rough and my left hand nails are way longer then my right, my thumb nail is sideways and she painted some darker then the others because she did 2 nails and then switched hands and then 2 nails, when i picked only one color. She was very stand offish and seems to not want to work.

Instantly when I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The man working there helped me pick my polish, and the lady that did my manicure was so sweet and patient with me! I wish I remembered her name, but I'll definitely be back for a pedi and all my future manicures! Highly recommend!

Friendly, clean, accommodating and affordable. I first came for my wedding manicure pedicure with a large group. They have five pedicure chairs, and 8 nail stations and a wonderful staff. When booking we told them it was for a wedding and they allowed us to brings our own alcohol to celebrate. I don't live locally but my mother in law does and we have come back when I am in town. Wonderful nails and friendly service every time. Will continue to visit when I am in the area, I highly recommend!

I went to Natural Nails a few months ago with my mom and my son (who was around 4 months old). Not only did my nails turn out great, everyone was so sweet and played with my son (even giving him a "foot massage" during my pedicure!) Today I returned, my son is now almost 10 months old, crawls around and gets into everything! Well, I forgot his stroller.... Instead of being annoyed or inconvenienced that this baby is running around the place, they played with him, they learned his name. They played peek-a-boo, they played with magazines, they carried him around like he was the best thing on earth. I can not describe the joy and happiness I felt today while getting my nails done. I will continue to be a patron of Natural Nails, and spread the word on how amazing their customer service is. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

A new salon that's been opened for 5 days. A breath of fresh air with a clean nice nail salon in Bealeton. A large selection of nail polishes. 5 Whale Spa pedicure stations and a child pedi station. Great service and a spa pedicure starting at $35. I highly recommend and will return for other services.

Really wish I could share a positive experience here, but, it's quite the opposite. The man at the front counter was very friendly and helpful, however, that's the only thing positive about this experience. I made an appointment and arrived on time for it. I then waited another 40 minutes for my pedicure to be started. The lady that did my pedicure (tattoos on her right arm and shoulder) had a terrible attitude and spoke to me like I was ruining her day. I thought maybe I was just perceiving her wrong. Nope. She was short with me and the man at the front desk. She used pre-used pumice on feet, gross! I was hoping to have a great pedicure, but she didn't buff my toenails down which in turn, left bumps and ridges in my polish. She also left polish on my skin on multiple toes. When my polish was drying, she told me to stay in the chair and just left me there to go work with another client. Super disappointed in her professionalism and her work. Will not be going back to her and I don't recommend anyone else to either. Apparently this isn't the first time this has happened. I have read reviews about her and her bad attitude with other clients.

A little bit of silver glam for my 25th wedding anniversary! I keep my nails pretty short, but they sure did an awesome job!

I live in Richmond and was in Bealeton visiting a friend and needed a pedicure. I booked an appt on line with Sophie. I knew nothing about Natural Nails Salon prior to my appt. The salon is bright, clean,and friendly. I was greeted on entering by Sophie and she explained where I would be sitting and to pick a color. I had scheduled the Classic Pedicure. Sophie did an exceptional job and made sure my toenails were perfect. I highly recommend her and Natural Nails Salon. If I am in the area again I will definitely book another appt.! read more

This was my first time trying out the nail salon after living in Bealeton for about 9 years. I'm glad I went for it! I had Sofia as a nail tech, She did amazing on my nail, she matched the exact color I wanted perfectly, didn't rush her work even with the amount of clients walking in and out. I definitely will be going back for my next set of nail. read more

My favorite nail salon in the area, I wish they were closer to me. This is the first nail salon I've been to were only 2 of the 5 techs are Viet. The owner is super nice and responded to my Facebook message quickly. My tech is Viet and the sweetest auntie. My pedicure was done well and she didn't try to upsell. The only trash talk I overheard was from the other Viet tech who did my daughter's mani and she did it in English and right in front of me LOl. She was appalled the owner didn't charge full price instead of kids price for my daughter who is 11. The owner did the design and she did the actual mani. I love that she didn't try to be sneaky about it and it wasn't true smack. All the ladies we spoke to were so sweet and the owner was hyping up every single tech there. I haven't been back yet because of the distance, but this my personal favorite in the area. Clean, great work, no trash talking behind their customer's back! Not even the snide remark about ugly feet or polish color! read more

Yepp the other reviews are true. Front desk girl is rude, they don't care about your business. Had an appointment and waited 30 minutes while 3 other people who came in after were taken before me. I left without even getting anything. Waste of time. read more

I had my eyelashes extensions done and it was the worst every. All the lashes stuck and unable to brush it I recommend never have your lashes done there because it is the worst ever and expensive. Never will go there again. The young woman is only there to make money and poor customer service. Now my lashes are all messed up. read more

I went Saturday evening for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was so relaxing and the gel manicure was okay, some nails didn't get a 3rd coat (I got a light color so it needed layers) . Most of my nails have bubbles in the polish that didn't set. Keep in mind , I just went on Saturday, it's now Monday and my toe nail polish is already chipping . I'll stick with Envy in Warrenton. read more

I don't go get my bails done very often but I am so happy I finally went to this local nail salon! Nail techs can be hit or miss, but Eva and the whole crew took care of me and my daughters with care. I couldn't appreciate it more since both occasions were right before they closed. Walking in any establishment right before they close can be so annoying and they totally treated us like it didn't matter. Thank you!! Perfect nails, perfect service! read more

Took me as a walk-in, cool about using my tools. Nice chairs. Wish I was smaller so I could use the hello kitty chair for the kids. Greeted me at the door, gave me a menu to select service and didn't push the up sell pressure. P.S. Don't think it's ever funny or cute to tell your tech that you're ticklish and you may kick them. It's not and you deserve to have your cuticle cut. read more

I have been to Natural Nails several times since it opened not too long ago. I have gotten a couple pedicures, a couple gel manicures, and I have gotten my eyebrows waxed three times. I do not have any complaints at all. The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly and accommodating. I have always been offered a drink when I go in. They take their time when doing nails and eyebrows and they do an awesome job!! read more

Went there couple times, kim did my pedi and she did good. I stop by today to make an appointment for mani/ pedi and the guy steve (her husband) said she did not do pedis!? She only does hands, I told him I want to request her for both services and he yell: " I have plenty of peoples to do your feet" I was in shock that he has to yell to me. I feel I didn't anything wrong I just ask for a service, I don't see why he has to be rude. I will never come back seem they don't need business no more. read more

I usually get my nails done in Warrenton but I received a gift certificate for this place so obviously went for a mani/pedi. I don't think I've ever had better service anywhere. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Stephen (Steven?) who did my mani and pedi, he did a fantastic job with my nails and was a delight to converse with. Despite the fact this is not in my neighborhood I will make the trip to get my nails and eyebrows done here again. read more

First time ever going to this salon. I have never been made so uncomfortable by the girl doing my nails. Before sitting down you could tell she had some sort of attitude. And even though I tried to make small talk, throughout my manicure was very short & bossy. My manicure turned out "ok"....didn't shorten my nails as I had asked...the color is uneven, and I can feel "burn marks" from where the filing was too harsh. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!! Never again. read more

It is now over a year and I am still going. My daughter and I are regulars and for the first time in my life, my feet look pretty on a regular basis. They are like family and I've come to know these folks. In September I had a pedi at a fancy hotel in another state. Cost more than twice as much and wasn't half as nice as their pedicures. I love their gel polishes also. And - if by some reason you have a problem with it, they fix it no charge. I got home last night from a pedi to find a spot where I must have bumped something before the polish was fully dry. Five minutes later tonight and it was fixed and somehow they managed to remember the exact polish I used the night before! read more

I have been going to Kim & Steve for over 10 years. The first time I ever got my nails done was at their shop and have never trusted anyone else. I love the new place and new spa pedicures. They are so sweet and caring and take the time to make sure every customer is happy and satisfied! read more

This place is amazing! They take such good care of you and make sure you're relaxed and enjoying yourself. They did a really good job on my nails too, and we're very careful to do it well instead of rushing through. Even as it got close to closing time they didn't hurry. I'm very impressed with the quality of service here. read more

I preface this this review as a walk-in…read more My mother decided to take me out for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing as a birthday present before we go on vacation. I came in and let them know that I was seeking the above. I was told there would be a 10minute wait prior to the pedicure which was no problem as it gave me time to pick out my nail color. Shortly after a lady had me come back and got started on my pedicure which I thought was great and relaxing especially with the massage chair. Upon completion I thought it was a little weird they did not take me to the table to dry my nails but instead used a box fan to dry them (i know it has been years since I had a pedicure but didn't think that much changed in that time). However, I didn't complain. Now! Once they were done with the pedicure I reminded them I needed my eyebrows waxed. They said it would be another short wait which again was fine as I knew I was a walk in. Mind you, I assume there was only one person this day that could do it but during my pedicures I saw her stop doing nail extensions and take other walk-ins to do waxing. Over 30 minutes later I inquire with the pedicurist and she said she would be with my shortly so I continued to wait. In the meantime another nail appointment came in as she was finishing her current client and was still picking out nail colors. My pedicurist and this technician were talking with each other before the pedicurist came over to me and said she would not be able to get to me anytime soon. What? I understand you had another client come in however, anyone who has ever been to a nail salon knows that they accept walk-ins and will have to step away from you to help someone else. The icing on the cake was when I got home I was sitting cross legged on the couch and went to look at my nails and noticed that some of the nails weren't completely done to the end of the nail and one even had a section that looked like a 2nd coat wasn't completely done on it as it was lighter than the other part. I have been hear many times growing up in the area which is why I selected this one over the other 2 in the area. However, after this they have lost my business.

There was a lot of smack from most of the techs when I came into the salon for a gel mani/basic pedi, but nothing worse than customers with ugly feet, spoiled tweens (this annoyed me the most, who cares how parents spend their money on their kids if it's not your own money?), and judgement on your life. I did ask for a different color for my mani! The other tech has a lot to say about everyone but nothing worse than your typical annoying auntie. My tech tried to defend my color choice (all while assuming I don't understand) but did say my skin is dry as heck. Once she realized I can speak and understand Viet, she was so happy and trashed my dry skin to my face LOL gotta love the honesty and she backtracked once she realized I'm in my 40's so my dry skin wasn't that bad for an old lady I guess! My basic pedi was great compared to the other place I went to and my tech did a good job. Their basic pedi is a lot better than Envy Nails overall and felt more luxurious even without the extra spending. She didn't talk smack about me picking their basic pedi and didn't try to upsell. She did a great job shaping my short, natural nails that I'm trying to grow and was weak from getting acrylics over a year ago. She suggested almond shape, which is what I want but had asked for round assuming they're too short. Overall, gel mani and basic pedi is $75, which I understand isn't a huge amount to spend on your nails, but it's not a small amount! Original rating would have been 3 out of 5 stars for this place, but compared to the other place I went to, I added a star.

I had my nails done for the first time here yesterday, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the results. I came in with a specific design in mind, and while the first person wasn't confident in recreating it, I appreciated his honesty and willingness to pass me to someone else. Sophia took over, and her professionalism and expertise truly shone through, as you can see in the picture.
