I have been a loyal client of Divine Nails for 21 years. I continue to patronize this business because of several reasons. First and foremost, this is a clean nail salon. The equipment is sterilized and the actual foot baths are cleaned between clients. Secondly, the team is attentive and well-skilled. Many of the employees today were employees who worked under the original owner, Thu. Even though Divine Nails is under different ownership, you can tell that the current owners care just as deeply as the original owners, thus preserving the integrity of this Locust Grove staple. Not only do I feel welcome in this salon, I feel confident that the employees care about my experience and more importantly, my foot health. I am writing this long-awaited review because I was shocked to see how empty the salon was on a Sunday afternoon. This company deserves support and love! Please book with any of the technicians; they are all exceptional in their own ways. P.S. Tip the employees well. I frequently see $5 and $10 tips or worse zero tips at all. read more

Cindy at divine nails seriously injured my foot using a pumice stone on the TOP of my foot and still charged me full price after seriously cutting the entire top of my foot and toes. Management offered to talk to her. I have submitted this salon to the dpor for review read more

The place is decently renovated so it makes you think they'll have good service, but as I frequently get gel manicures, I noticed they charge $33 for one which is overpriced compared to every other salon I've been to. (Normally $25-$27)I thought, whatever it's fine. My mistake because it hasn't even been 4 days and my polish is already peeling from the bottom and two of my nails have chipped. Extremely unhappy because again, they're charging as if they were a 5 star salon, and rush the entire process and sloppily clean it up at the end because they can't simply paint without getting it all over my skin and cuticles. I wanted a fake nail on my big toe and a design.. said this twice to the lady.. a guy did the pedicure and did NOT do a design or the fake nail.. Disappointing. Distracted service provider. Used files. Uneven and irregularly filed nails. All aspects were half-done.

I'll start off by saying my mom loves this place! Yesterday I sat down for my 2:00 pedicure appointment. There were already two ladies waiting for their 1:30 pedicures and the lady I scheduled with was forced to stop my pedicure half way through to start their pedicures. (I completely understood since they were there first and had been waiting a while) The ladies were going to be helped by one employee but refused her because they've had problems with her in the past. the employee that started my pedicure was very kind, patient, and thorough. Then, the employee the ladies refused did my pedicure and she was rude, aggravated, and rushed. She tried to start someone else's pedicure before mine and when she was told to do mine first she said "Does it matter?!" And aggressively pushed her cart of tools to my seat. She didn't acknowledge me at all and didn't say a single word to me. The only thing she did was lotion my legs and paint my toes when I scheduled for a full message/pedicure. Apparently, this employee has had several issues with other clients, my mother included. I made it a point to tipped the initial employee who started my nails and not the rude employee who finished them. I'd love to give this place another shot but I'll never let JESSICA touch my nails again. read more

Walked in... lady wasn't very friendly. Then after waiting for 15 minutes, I ask for an ombré in a blue gel color. She's says, "I don't do ombré here". I asked her if she's did design and what kind? She replied, "I only do line and flower". So then I asked her if she had chrome? No, we don't have that either. Me: Okay.... I think I might go elsewhere. You have 20 colors maybe...! Not great ones. I went in to have my gel nail polish remove also a manicure, the table I was seated at was very dirty, I had my gel nail polish removed after that I was asked to wash my hands, I noticed that there was some nail polish still on three of my fingers, I asked her to remove the nail polish from my nails, as part of the service she had an attitude problem the service cost $26. 00. I handed her my credit card in her hand. she charged my credit card then she threw my credit card on the counter I was going to give her a tip $100. I had the $100. in my hand I put the money back into my purse and left the store, I thought she was having a very bad day but that was it for me, Very poor service I will not be returning back to that nail store, I had my nails done by Jessica. read more

Always a treat to have a moment of pampering here! I have had acrylic nails, pedicures, eye brow waxing and regular manicures - all have been great! Love the staff and clients are always super friendly too. Even my children love to get pampered here. I recently was able to go with my mom on her first pedicure. I went down there at 2pm in the afternoon thinking it wasn't busy... boy was I wrong!!! The receptionist asked me what I wanted and I specifically told here a mani and pedi... she directs me to get my pedicure done... all well and good! The lady that did it was awesome!!! She then asked me if you want a manicure... I say yes... the receptionist told me, " you didn't say a manicure! I don't have an opening for you!" I said "ok, I'll go somewhere else"... then they charge me $85! $85 for a simple pedicure! not impressed at all! as soon as we walked in everyone just stared at us. until finally one nail tech greeted us. it took about 15 minutes for my sister to be seated ,when there was only a three people in the salon. with 7 workers sitting at there desks. when we were seated my nail tech was very rude and my sisters nail tech rushed. my friend had told me about this salon and she had paid $25 dollars for her nails. i got the same nails just they were shorter and they charged me $37 dollars for them. my sisters nails weren't the color she asked for either. Yesterday I went to see them at 5:30 and they were busy, but very unprofessional when I asked for a mani and pedi....said there was a long wait maybe come back tomorrow..... Understood, but then I came back and asked for the same...not busy...and were told there was no hot water! But 1/2 of the customers were getting pedis... I have gone there a couple time i really liked it at first then it started to get bad. often when i would go the nail tech that was helping you would also be helping another client at the same time. That i normally don't have a problem with unless i am on a time crunch and then that get aggravating. They do awesome designs and have good ideas too! That is the reason i went there so many times. Then they got a new girl or someone i hadn't seen in there and she was very inappropriate either with her outfits that she was wearing or just her attitude. I don't want to see someones butt cheeks, thong or any other types of panties when i am getting my nails done.... your young, cute yea i get that but you are at a nail salon not the club, and past couple of times i have been there she was too and just... i don't know just not what i expect to see. that's just my opinion. maybe the other people like to see her vagina i don't know. again just my opinion. Attitude it wasn't just her that would argue with me cause i would want gel on top of not gel polish. It can be done it wont crack just kept on and on telling me i couldn't do it till i got to the point that i said well if you don't want to do it then i can go somewhere else and have it done then she was "no no i will do it for you". It never cracked been doing it for years. but other than those things its a good place my nails always looked nice after i got them done there. i would go there again if i didn't have to argue with what i want done and didn't have to see that girls panties/butt. but again someone may like that so its just my opinion. read more
