I've been going to collage spa for 2-3 years. I will not go anywhere else. Here are my recommendations; Rhiannon takes care of my facials, waxing and pedís she does a wonderful job and is the sweetest and most approachable person I've ever met. If I need a deep treatment on my face Amanda is my go to she's amazing and my face looks wonderful. Brooke takes care of massage and when I'm done my aches are better and I'm so relaxed. She's such a kind caring person. I've also been doing the gel builders with Jacqueline. My nails are strong and so pretty she does a fantastic job. Hands down the best spa experience I have ever had. Went in to treat myself to a much needed mani pedi and brow wax. First impression, easy to make an appointment and very pleasant over the phone experience. Walked in and greeted before I was even in the door by two people, and not in a fake way, in a genuine way that made me feel immediately welcome. Policies about cancellation fees are very upfront and both texted and in writing, the clear communication of all policies is so appreciated. . My brow wax with Rhiannon was perfect - she really listened to what I was looking for, stopped several times during the appointment to check in to make sure the style and shape were what I was looking for and really nailed it. She was pleasant and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Next was the express mani pedi with Paige. The best I have ever had, hands down. You can tell Paige really cares about what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and perfect, even adding some products to smooth my feet. The shape of my nails is perfect. She was the perfect blend of really polite and respectful while also being friendly and sweet, a consummate professional.. My favorite thing about this super clean salon is how proud the staff are to work there. Each person I encountered clearly loves their job, their coworkers and the owner of the establishment. It was so nice to hear the pride they exude and the excitement about some of the other services they provide. I'll definitely be back to enjoy the Hydrofacial that Rhiannon discussed with me and I have absolutely found my new monthly go to for waxing and nail care. I really wanted to like this place. But sadly it did not live up to my expectations. I'd probably give the massage a 1 star, but it was partly my fault for not speaking up. It might have as well been a body rub. The masseuse didn't ask if the pressure was enough. I have chronic lower back pain and my back actually hurts worse after the massage. I think the face rest might be too high causing my body to bow. She didn't touch my legs or my feet and focused on my shoulder blades for 75% of the hour. Which is not one of the places I mentioned having issues with. read more

Good enough. I was cold almost the entire time. I know I should have said something but i just wanted to close my eyes and relax. My masseuse was good but it felt more of a rub down with lotion than a massage. The worst part was the checkout. We purchased the yelp deal but than the checkout wouldn't accept the codes that we purchased right in front of the check out girl. I love this spa! Employees are wonderful. I've had many spa days here. I've done: -deep tissue massage -facial -couple massage -hot stones -cupping The hot stones were definitely my favorite! They were so toasty and warmed up my body and relaxed my muscles on a cold cold day. The culpeper location is definitely my go to place for when I want a spa day. I found myself heading to Culpeper, VA with a friend for a mom's weekend away from our kiddos and was looking for a way to pamper ourselves. I found Skin + Touch through Yelp! and called to book massage & nail services. The staff was very friendly and the manager Michelle called me the night before to review what we wanted & suggested how to get the best pricing when she noticed the appointment was entered in their system strangely. She went above & beyond to be sure that we were taken care of. I had Chelsea for my massage therapist and she was wonderful! She listened to what I like and gave a great relaxing service. My only complaint is that I did not notice the sign that offered free aromatherapy until after my massage was over & I would have liked it added if I had known about it. My nail tech Tiffany was super cute & friendly and gave a great pedicure. She recommended a product to help with a skin issue on my pinky toe and I'm excited to try it at home. Overall this spa is charming and giving great service, I only wish I lived closer so I could be a regular customer. read more

Skin+Touch is one of me and my husband's favorite places to treat ourselves and each other! I wanted to schedule a couples massage for Valentine's Day but the Fredericksburg location was full (as expected, cause it's that good) but Brooke the front desk associate was so accommodating and advised me that there was an opening at the Culpeper location which is about an hour away from us but turned out to be absolutely worth the trip and fun to see the second location. It is decorated so beautifully and the vibes are so relaxing and uplifting. The front desk associate at the Culpeper location, Erika was very nice and helpful with checking us in and out. Lauren and Meghan are who did our massages and they were amazing!! They not only were incredible at what they do, but the knowledge/recommendations that they shared with us at the end were super educational. They even gave us a little gift bag with a red rose at the end (so sweet and thoughtful).
