After 3 visits, we are pretty much satisfied with their service options, flexibility, speed of their service, accommodating atmosphere and overall value. We have opted for the basic pedicures each time, $30-40 plus your tip. On this last visit we were attended to by Tam and Danny. Tam did a great job for me. I think Danny did a great job, too, but the Mrs is a harder sell ;) She does say she'll still ask for him on our next visit before passing final judgement...by her saying that I know Danny's must be doing pretty good :) Take your business to these folks. You won't be sorry. But even if you book your appointment online - and they have good system to get that done! - don't skip the sign.in panel when you arrive. I got a gel mani and a sugar scrub pedicure. My appointment was for 2pm, they sat me right away, and I was out by 2:50pm! So a quick turnaround with good quality. I keep my nails short and wanted a super simple/ basic service (really only to clean up my dry winter cuticles), so my service didn't blow me away. I'm happy with the service though and would come back! I've been twice to this shop so far and had a consistent experience. NFT also has a rewards program for return customers! First time here today and it was such an enjoyable, relaxing experience. From the moment I sat down, he could tell I was really stressed especially in my legs and arms and adjusted everything perfectly. The massage was incredible; my back was hurting so bad when I came in, and I felt so much better after. The quality of service was amazing. The set up is large, chaotic and not the most welcoming. I wasn't able to schedule with my normal salon, so called the day prior and scheduled builder gel fill w/manicure and paraffin wax treatment. When I arrived the environment wasn't exactly friendly. Although I made an appt, it was neither acknowledged or remembered. No mention of the treatments I asked for. How much did I pay? $82.5 + $10 (cuticle clean up) and I left a 40 dollar tip. Tracey was great I didn't want to penalize her but I really did not enjoy myself at all. They made me take out cash from their ATM as they do not allow cc tips. Extremely overpriced. There is better out there and not as exorbitant. read more

I spent $65.00 for a pedicure and it was the worst and most expensive. Came with extra massage don't believe it. She didn't even wet my leg before sugar scub that's because after she put it on dry she wets it to immediately remove it. I always have them rub it in until the grit is gone. The lotion massage was the same. She used towel to wipe of lotion instead of rubbing it in. She never even did a foot massage at all. I was looking for a new place to go and I will not go back. I hate when you leave and you know the service you paid for wasn't even close to what you got. Pedicure was done by Mary so you don't get ripped off like I did. Upon arrival I showed Tiffany the image of what I wanted and she did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB, I wish I could take her home with me. It took only an hour and was $143+tip. I've come here a few times, but I'm getting really frustrated. I feel like they keep trying to upcharge me every time. I recently paid $218 for a very basic set just acrylic French tips on my hands and toes with one flower design on my middle finger. That's it. What I originally asked for was quoted at $285, which I didn't go with because of the price. But even the simplified version still felt way too expensive for what I got. It honestly feels like they make up the prices as they go just to get more money. The nails look fine, but I don't feel like I got my money's worth. Debated leaving this review, but something told me to do so, so here we are. I've been going to Tiffany for about four years, and up until recently, when she switched salons, I was always happy with the quality of work. Since her relocation, in which i decided as a loyal client to move with her, making my commute an hour and 15+ mins my experience has unfortunately changed. Pricing is no longer consistent with what we previously agreed upon via text , and appointments often start late. On several occasions, my service was prolonged because other tasks were being done while I was in the chair. What was most disappointing was the shift in professionalism -- when I expressed concerns about something I didn't like, the response felt dismissive and came with an attitude, which made me uncomfortable. Once i tried to address the issue with Tiffany, she did not seem to care and responded with " I think my focus has shifted to a differnet job and business so maybe the enthusiastic and drives for nails is loosening". Im unsure if i am the only client who has or is experencing the treatment but it was inappropriate, unprovoked, and disheartening to see that the time, loyalty, friendship and money I have spent coming to her have been dismissed. I truly valued the years of service before, but the recent experiences just haven't been the same and arent worth the drive to Stafford or frusration leaving the shop. My nails do look good, so if that is all you prioritize, this place is fine. The experience, however, could be seriously improved. The whole vibe of the place is pretty chaotic, everyone was running around and seemed stressed and distracted. For example, my nail tech forgot a couple of steps on my pedicure and used the wrong color, and then on my nails she was so distracted that she cut my fingers in 8 different places -- I got sent home with a bottle of aloe oil to help with the pain. read more

The inside was pretty and chairs were nice. My mom and I got our nails done nd honestly they were done terribly I had Danny, he did a scrub which only scrubbed my leg for less than a minute.. my toes were uneven not straight at all and they polish wasn't put around my whole nail towards the end. Mary did my mom's French tips on her toes and hands and my mom kept asking to for her to fix them they're not straight she insisted they were, they were not.. for 250+ for the both of us??? I usually come here to get my nails done and I must say I never had tim do my pedicures before for the first time today I walked out the salon dissatisfied, I was so vexed I didn't even do my manure. Tim turned me off so bad to the point where I just wanted to get out of there. Imagine going in for a service and not only is he rushing the pedicure and trying to wash your foot in the same tub water your feet have been soaking in he left exfoliating scrub all over you feet and in between your toes and when you asked for him to wash it off he uses a towel to wipe it instead so you had to beg him please use fresh water because you didn't want to come across mean or hard to deal with. Nails for Today was my first choice/step towards adapting to the new "normal" Despite the hiatus, Nails for Today's staff gave me a warm welcome and the service was exactly how it was before. Consistency of great service is an essential part of escaping from reality. This visit included Two pedis (Summer Breeze) and one full set mani. This was my husband first time visiting Nails for Today, but not his first pedi. Another salon gave him a bad experience he declined getting pedis for years. However, all his worries quickly melted away, the staff put him at ease and he was very happy with the results. I may have found a new pedi buddy LOL. Pedicure option: Summer Breeze includes the standard exfoliate and callus removal. It also includes a sugar scrub, heated neck wrap, hot towel wrap and butter cream hot stone massage. Mani- Fullset, dipping powder, Shade #187, Lana did an amazing job shaping medium lengths tips into stiletto style. I switched from gel to dipping powder last year and haven't gone back since. Dipping process last longer and removes the need to use UV light for curing. read more

So I decided to get acrylic instead. He told me they didn't have an appointment for acrylic. And refuse to service me EVEN THOUGH Luna did an awful job with the buildup gel. I've been coming here for over a decade and have seen them change ownership. This place recently doubled in size due to renovations and expansion. I always come here every couple of months to get my eyebrows waxed. No matter who the technician is, they always do an amazing job. It's usually a quick in and out for an eyebrow wax unless they are busy with other customers. If they are busy it is usually only a 10 minute wait. I would definitely recommend coming here for waxing. I can't attest to the manicures and pedicures since I don't get those myself. I went to this amazing place like 30 minutes before closing for my pedicure. I was greeted very warmly by the store owner ( seems like) and was taken directly to the pedicure seat. She handed me over a very cute book of services and I picked deluxe pedicure. My tech was Tammy and she was absolutely sweet person and great to work with. She was kind and she did great job for my pedicure. She gave me bottle of water and can of soda and made sure I was comfortable. My pedicure was great and left store feeling relaxed. I had a pedicure appointment here a couple of months ago (08/15/2022). I was intrigued by this location because of all of the great reviews. My first time at this location was not a good one. My toes are still scarred. I went in only for a pedicure. Everything was okay until it came to the foot peel. I am unsure if it was a bad mix of chemicals or too much. My left foot was the only one badly burned. I mentioned to the tech that it burned/itched and she wiped a little off. I just wanted to get out of there so I didn't make a scene about my foot. Not too sure where the good reviews came from. I just moved here and wanted to establish my go to place for pedicures and nails, and this one had the best reviews for the area. I was impressed by the size of the place when walking in and was greeted immediately so it was good starting off. For my pedicure, they didn't offer much of a massage, was really disappointed by that. Most of the people working there don't speak English, so if you say something they have to call over someone who does. Also, I told the tech what color I wanted, she did not get that color. Instead of making a fuss about it I let it go. People were nice and I liked that and left feeling positive I would return regardless of the massage time. Three days go by, and two toes the paint literally fell off, and another chipped. Needing to get my nails done anyways I went back in for them to fix and get a dip manicure. They fixed it without question, then found out the actual number of the polish she chose, which didn't even sound like my original choice, whatever. For the dip powder, never have I ever had someone dip my finger into the product. Like what??? So disgusting. She didn't even cut my cuticles, so I have a manicure that doesn't look maintained. I have been getting manicures and pedicures for over a decade and the nail polish falling off my toes, and finger dipping has NEVER occurred before. Here I am now repainting my toes in a color I didn't want because I don't want to return and hoping I don't get an infection from the manicure. read more
