Services I received were overall very good! The salon is clean and very quiet with 6 pedicure stations and 6 manicure stations. The technician was nice but very quiet (not so personable I didn't even get her name). My party arrived at 1140 for just Pedicures and finished by around 2:30 pm. When we arrived, we're we're immediately given seats. We waited about 25 minutes before services actually began. If they were to busy to start us when we arrived, I wish they would have been forth coming with that information rather than making us sit and wait not knowing how long it would take. I'm giving this establishment 3 stars for a few reasons which I'll list below. The services I requested was the Deluxe Spa Pedicure. I think the massage was lacking a bit of substance and could have been a bit longer. Timed was less than 3 minutes per leg. Gel polish is an additional $18 charge which I believe is far to expensive. The water was luke warm. I had issues with getting the water the right temperature and it was luke warm while I sat and waited. When I informed the staff they took action to try and make it warmer however this was a dissatisfying way to start my pedicure. The nail technician clipped my cuticle to low causing me to bleed right at the beginning of the session so my toe was burning the entirety of the pedicure. I requested my nails to be filed as a square shape and the technician chose round for me. The lotions they use during the service are kept in the warmer! Every time she lathered up my legs it was so nice because they were warm! They clean and sanitize their stations after each client! I recommend scheduling an appointment before coming here. At one point the salon was extremely full (no social distancing) and they had to turn people away. I would come here again if I can't find anywhere better that's local. read more

Had a pedicure here a month ago, and then came back for a fill with Lana. Both experiences were excellent

Nice salon, small area because it's in a business plaza. I went to get my nails dipped because my nails are long but always chip or crack and my polish doesn't last more than 4 days if I'm lucky. The owner suggested which dipping to do to protect my nails and explained the different methods, which I found helpful because most salons just do something without explaining. I chose my color and waited about 20 minutes before I was worked on, the other stylist went through the details again and made recommendations as well. I chose the gel dip to keep the natural color and added a gel powder color which was summery and neutral. $45 later and I'm content, she was very thorough on my cuticles which suffer a lot because I work with my hands a lot. read more

I come here every so often and usually bounce between here and another place. For my birthday, they sent me a text for 10% off so I decided to go here this particular time. I got a fill done as well as a deluxe/spa pedicure. I was one of the last persons there this day and they were starting to clean up as I'm sure they were ready to close up and go home, as was I - so much so that when I was rung up by the lady at the register and given my prices for the services I had , I didn't even catch that the math was wrong and I was overcharged. Pretty significantly too. I left the shop and went to my car where I was catching up on some text messages and missed calls when a young woman tapped on my car window and asked me if I just left the nail shop and received such and such services. I said yes (thinking she was a disgruntled ex employee about to tell me something negative about them) and she told me the pricing given to me was correct but when the lady added it for my total, she didn't add it correctly and I was over charged and asked me if I could come back in real quick so they can void my card and charge me the correct price. I was shocked by their honesty and integrity because I honestly had so much going on that I probably wouldn't have even ever noticed the honest mistake. Not only did they do this but they even walked around the parking lot trying to find me bc I was parked kind of far. They could have given up and said "oh well, we tried .... Let her contact us" but they actually showed effort in making sure the right thing was done. This may not seem like much - but in today's society... I truly appreciate the good morale shown here. The prices are all laid out for you so you know exactly what service you are receiving and paying for. The service was excellent! Went on a weekend morning and they fit us all three in together. They may have even stayed late, which was generously marked upon. I'll be getting the Winter Warm even though it's spring! My Hawaii adjusted legs and feet are so cold. They even made the water warmer for me which was amazing. I like that they offer "men's" and "women's" pricing which is not varied too greatly as I am non binary and some of the men's services I've wanted to try as well. Although they were super friendly, I was very disappointed. I made an appointment for a fill-in with dipping and a pedicure. Before finishing my pedicure, they told me that it took too long to take my previous nails off and that I would have to come back. Again very friendly but it's not a good look to make an appointment and then be told after my nails look like trash that they can't finish. read more

So upon the recommendation of a sales clerk at a local shop, my daughter stopped in today to get a a full set and pedicure. Unfortunately, she was met with pure rudeness and ended up going elsewhere. Arriving well before closing, was told there were no appointments available. My daughter told them she could wait because they say they take walk ins but was rudely told NOONE CAN TAKE YOU! Booked an appointment for myself and my 2 daughters as a pre-wedding girls day. I specifically asked that we get done together and asked if that could be done. I was told it was no problem. Our appointment was set for 2:00 pm. We were all seated and then sat and waited. They stared my nails at 2:20 then my other daughters at 2:45 and finally my second daughter at nearly 3:00! There were walk in clients that were taken care of ahead us. The person who finally took care of my second daughter was in such a hurry that she nicked her skin several times. Our nails did look nice but it was not the fun relaxing experience I wanted it to be as part of the pre-wedding mother/daughter/sister day I had planned. One of the best salons I've been to! The girl who worked on my nails did an excellent job. My nails were in really bad shape and she took her time to make sure that she put on the acrylic so that they would be very strong. She paid a lot of attention to detail, and I was very satisfied with the job that she did; she was also very nice and kind. I felt compelled to write a review because I went here for a pedicure and a manicure. I always prefer a salon that uses liners in their foot beds and uses sanitized tools. I chose this salon based on good reviews, despite not seeing anything about the cleanliness practices of the salon. I will not go back simply because my tech was using a tool to smooth my toenails and then then another tech (I think might have been the owner) reached over and took it from her and used it on another ladies toes without cleaning it at all. My tech actually tried to stop her but they exchanged words and then the other lady continued to use the tool on he customer. It is an older salon, but proper sanitation procedures were followed and the technician was very gentle. First time experience here and I wasn't a fan.. I asked for a simple cheetah design on my nails and they had no clue how to do it.. They made their own design which I didn't like and so I got it changed to regular polish. They do all fancy designs but a cheetah one is too difficult. Wouldn't recommend. read more

My daughter and I stopped by on Friday July27th around 5:00 pm we walked in was greeted and ask what we wanted we said 2 pedicures told us to pick out our colors while they get the tubs ready for us , my technician was Katherine very nice and talkative which I like , took her time and she did a outstanding job , made a appointment to go back to her at the end of August for a pedi/ mani. Did see one of the girls there spray down the tubs with a disaffected that she had in her spray bottle after they were used before a next client used them and no they didn't use tub liners ..
