Literally the worst nail shop in town!!!!! I walked in with a photo of what I wanted on my nails the lady gave me peach nails when the color was light pink with white dot flowers ! I asked her to fix my nails she said it wasn't her problem! I asked to talk to the owner and she came out saying it was my fault I picked hard nails to do. This is the only nail shop I've ever visited in Fredericksburg. I can honestly say I really enjoyed going to this nail salon though. I am really picky when it comes to getting my nails done. Very disappointed- I got the powder dip nails and I think they must have put the wrong topcoat on. There were some random bubbles in the finished polish, which I could live with but now less than a week into this polish, the topcoat is coming off!!! I get powder dip nails regularly and this has never happened to me before. Now I'm going to have to go somewhere else to fix this huge mistake less than a week after getting my nails done. I was looking for a regular nail salon to go to and this place is the best! Great friendly atmosphere, huge color selection, reasonably priced, and the reward program is great. I usually get the gel manicure and it lasts the longest, I can easily go 2-3 weeks without getting them done. I will say, sometimes the polish is applied really thick and can make my nails look uneven. Overall I love this place, and the fact that the polish is sometimes thick doesn't stop me from going because of the longevity of the manicure. read more

If I could give this 'salon' a negative number, I would. I came in for a pedicure. I am diabetic and have rough skin on my feet. The technician made fun of the condition of my fee, even after finding out about my medical condition. She also did not do a good job AT ALL. She did a third of a good job, at most. The entire time she acted as though she was very rushed and I was wasting her time. The salon was empty other then myself, and then one woman who came in fifteen minutes after I did. I got up at one point to get a drink of water, and when I returned the nail polish I had carefully chosen was gone. Back on the shelf with the other colors. When I asked about where the polish was, she said, 'you don't really want polish, do you?; When I answered that I did she just kept smiling and repeating, 'nooo, you don't want nail polish. No...' I finally gave up. Also, the huge television right beside me was showing a show on an Asian speaking station which featured the slaughter of pigs and then the butchering of the newly bloody, slaughtered animals. Then the dead animals were carried through the streets, then taken to a butcher who summarily dismembered them. I politely asked that the channel be changed or the television turned off. She just looked at the screen, then at me, then laughed. The TV stayed on. I cannot stress strongly enough that this place is HORRIFIC. And on the way out when I told her there were cockroaches (I saw three) around the pedicure chair and she might want to spray, she actually SUSHED ME. Steer clear of this place. Worst pedicure ever! The lady doing my nails barely massaged my legs. When I asked her to use more pressure-she looked at me as if I had 2 heads. She continued to apply the same pressure (like air). The main reason I get pedicures regularly is because I love the relaxing massages and the way they shape my nails... The massage was short and mediocre & the nail tech put glitter polish over top of the color I asked for, making my toes look like gum balls...
