We looked through all the colors together, and I showed her the design I wanted. She executed it perfectly, and I was honestly so impressed with how they turned out! The craziest part is that it's been 7 weeks since I got the set, and my nails STILL haven't lifted! Yes, I definitely need to get a new set or a fill at this point, but I'm genuinely shocked. I've been to other salons where my nails usually start lifting around 4-5 weeks, so I have no idea what Laneva did differently, but whatever it was, it worked! I've gotten so many compliments on my nails, even now that they've grown out. I absolutely love them and would definitely recommend Laneva! If I'm in Virginia again, I'll definitely be back!

She is an incredibly talented nail stylist who truly listens to what I want--whether it's a simple, clean look or something more detailed and creative. She always delivers (and often exceeds!) my expectations. One of the things I appreciate most is that when I request intricate designs, Anna hand-paints them beautifully instead of using stickers or shortcuts. Her dip manicures are flawless and long-lasting--mine lasted four full weeks! Anna's color selection is stunning and continues to grow, and her prices are more than fair for the high-quality service she provides. On top of that, she has the sweetest personality and makes every appointment feel like a relaxing treat. I also love the privacy of her suite at Sola Salons. It's quiet and comfortable, while still having the energy of nearby stylists working in their own spaces. If you're looking for a talented, professional, and kind nail stylist, I can't recommend Anna enough!

I've never had design nails done before, but I'm taking my daughter to Disney and thought it would be fun to get Minnie Mouse nails. As a single mom, I can only schedule appointments while my daughter is in daycare, so I planned this as a rare "me day", my first one in almost 20 months. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance for 10:00 AM and received written confirmation stating, "See you at 10:00 AM." On the morning of my appointment, while I was dropping my daughter off at daycare 30 minutes away, the salon called and told me my appointment was actually at 9:00 AM. Despite me having confirmation that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, the response was essentially, "We called the other appointments and they can't move, so we can't do your nails. You can come sit here and we'll see if we can work you in." So because of an error on their end, I was the one who lost my appointment. As a new customer, I was apparently the easiest person to bump. What was most disappointing was not the scheduling mistake itself, mistakes happen, but the complete lack of effort to make things right. No accommodation, no attempt to prioritize me, no solution. I took time off work, arranged my entire day around this appointment, and left feeling completely dismissed. Customer service matters, especially when the business is at fault. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I won't be returning.

She also did an eye brow wax for me. That too was very quick. I wish she would have cleaned up my brows a little more. Additionally it seemed a little expensive, but I know everything is expensive these days. I had a basic spa $46, gel $20 extra, and eyebrow wax $13.
