I would say it's worth coming again for the price, friendliness of the staff, and location.

When I was seated the person doing my pedicure said "65, 75, 85". I asked her what she meant. All she told me was 85 meant hot stone. So I told her no hot stone, and she replied "75". Already a super expensive pedicure, but I was getting gel too. The pedicure itself was very nice and relaxing. My toes look very good. When I got up to pay, the pay screen said $95. I asked why it was that much when she told me $75 before. She said that gel was an additional $20! I have never paid $95 for a gel pedicure anywhere. I told her that she didn't tell me that gel wasn't included in that original price, and she said "gel is always $20 more". So I paid, but I will not be returning. They do not keep track of any of their own appointments and have hidden charges that they jump on you as you're putting your card in.

She brought me hot green tea and fresh fruit to enjoy during my service, which was such a thoughtful touch. When it came time to pay, I assumed they would provide some type of compensation. That didn't happen so I asked. Even if they would have offered to deduct $5, I would have appreciated the gesture. We even called ahead to confirm availability and were told they were ready for us. When we arrived, they seated us in the pedicure area right away, but only started working on one of my daughters. The rest of us waited over an hour, and they didn't begin our services until 12:40 PM. Once they finally started, all three technicians were speaking to each other, looking at us, and laughing, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. Instead of doing our manicures at the manicure stations, they insisted on doing them in the pedicure chairs with our hands resting awkwardly on our legs. They claimed this was "normal," but it was far from comfortable or professional. After three hours and $90 each, we walked out with the worst mani/pedis we've ever had. By day 2, my polish was already peeling. Our cuticles weren't properly done, and several toenails weren't even fully covered with polish. Totally disappointed and will not return.

Each time I tell them to get a little closer to cut and they don't, while other places do. I asked the attendant to cut closer and she completely ignored me. I even bent in to show and ask and she just pushed my foot away and continued on. She also didn't round out the cuts on my toenails so they currently look like the pentagon with sharp edges. They put no effort in rubbing in the treatments and the treatments pale in comparison to other salons in the area for the price you pay. This was my third time because I want to ensure one bad time isn't indicative of all people there but it was. I will not be attending again and my wife also was not happy either and we will be going elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years and this is one of the very FEW places where I can come in and go to any nail tech if my go-to people are booked up, and I leave with a fantastic set of nails every time! Services I have tried: mani/pedi, gel mani/regular pedi, full set, fills, gel, designs, French tip, and the various levels of pedicures (I highly recommend the one where they do the scrub and the paraffin - forgot what it's called)! On top of the actual nail services being great, the salon is clean, adorably decorated, and well lit. The prices are reasonable and the staff are always so friendly and pleasant! My only wish is that they had some spa music playing to complete the spa/salon experience, but earbuds and Pandora suffice :) Highly recommended!!
