The first person that did it messed it up and someone else had to come and fix the polish and finish the pedicure which wasn't done properly at this point they had already closed and they started on my manicure it felt very rush and I didn't get to enjoy the relaxing experience it was supposed to be. (i didn't even mention anything about the cut, she mentioned it herself) and let me go with my toe looking absolutely insane. and just today, not even 2 weeks later, my whole other toe nail just popped off!! never giving this place my money again!! complete waste, awful service, 0/10.

The staff was polite, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. I didn't have to wait long before a nail technician escorted me to the pedicure chair and began the service. In terms of customer service, I have no complaints--everyone was kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the quality of the pedicure itself was extremely disappointing. I opted for the Cosmo Pedicure, which totaled $91 (receipt attached), and I also gave the technician a $20 cash tip. Less than 24 hours later--at 11:06 a.m. the following day--gel polish had already lifted from four of my toenails (photos included). For a premium pedicure costing over $100, I expected a significantly better result. To be clear, I'm not telling anyone to avoid this business altogether. I simply want to share my experience to help set realistic expectations.
