This was my second time here. I went for a pedicure. I wasn't asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. The lady who was working on me was in such a hurry to get to another customer she spent maybe 20 mins on my entire pedicure. She cut my nails so short! She cut every bit of the white off my nails down to the nail bed. Since there was no nail left she ended up filing my skin until it was almost raw. My feet hurt for two days afterwards. When I asked her to please stop digging into my feet she said she wasn't going to argue about it and that she had to cut them down so short because I had gel polish. I said I've been getting gel polish for years and never had an issue. She then said she wasn't going to talk about it anymore. BUT not before she charged me $40 for the WORST experience ever! My 3rd visit in 10 years. The first visit didn't go well. The owner's husband was on the phone so much, I asked him if I could get my nails completed, he said i needed to have patience while he answers the phone. Didn't go back for 10 years. Decided to give it a try (it's walking distance from my house), I walked in no appt. The wife Mimi started removing my nails without asking me anything, I quickly advised her I needed a fill only. She said I don't do fills for powder gels. I said okay, I didn't know it was the first time I got them. She never spoke to me about what I wanted. I tried to tell her, she was busy talking over me, so I stopped talking. Meanwhile her male employee is repeating 100 times over we are the professionals, we know what you need. I was like who asked him? As Mimi continued to work on my nails, I asked her to please clean her tools as i could see they had dust on them from the previous customer. She said if you don't like it bring your own tools, because I cleaned them last night. I said you should clean them after each customer. SMH. In the end, she did not match the powder color on my nails and my hands did not match. A hot mess. I will never step in her establishment again. They are not hygenic, and disrepectul. I had my translator on my phone on. They talked about me being picky and too clean. Who doesn't want a clean experience? Never again. I'll just do my own nails. Invest in myself not them. I have been coming here off and on for about 7 years now. Everyone who works there is always so nice! Especially Mimi, she is so sweet! Even when they are busy, the wait is never long and they always do a wonderful job. Pedicures and manicures are reasonably priced. I have acrylics, and fills always last long and look great. I went in and saw Jack with an appt to have my old set taken off and my new set put on. I told Jack that I was a diabetic and really needed him to be careful as I tell any nail tech. Jack was the most detail oriented Nail technician I've literally ever had. I wasn't cut or nicked even once and that for me was enough. To make matters even better for the first time ever my picture was matched perfectly. I just had a really great experience. Great place to get your eyebrows done but other than that... SHORT STAFFED. I've been sitting in the waiting area for almost half an hour even longer just to get my acrylic nails off. Jack and his girls are wonderful. They have excellent customer service. Offer manicures, pedicures, waxing, and paraffin treatments. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall && they accept credit cards (just have cash for tipping). I opted for the spa pedicure, which was $45 , not bad -- the massage and scrubbing were just average, relaxing non the less. Weird, I know, but I've only ever had 2 pedicures, and I'm pleased to say, both times were with Jack at the Nail Spa. I've always done my own pedis, in part because I don't especially enjoy having my feet handled, and because I don't relish the idea of someone other than me wielding sharp objects around my toes. I had a large back surgery last year, which now limits my ability to reach said toes, so, my friend Terri recently talked me into going with her for a much-needed pedicure. Jack is patient and gentle and indulgent. After learning that nerve issues make my feet and lower spine very sensitive Jack goes to significant effort to ensure that both the chair and the water temp are comfortable for me. Everyone I've met in the Spa is cordial and kind. I am a convert! I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Jack, whenever this COVID-19 thing allows. read more

Don't recommend to anyone! Gel polish should have lasted 2 weeks and mine was chipped in less than 2 days. The process was rushed and my nails were not allowed to sit in the uv dryer for enough time. I went to get S&S done with my sister and they did an awful job. both of the nail techs we had left bubbles and lint on our nails not to mention my sister's nails were left rough. it was a horror show, my nail tech put so many coats on my nails they look like balls. we told both of our nail techs we wanted them as thin and natural looking as possible but they did not do what we asked. instead, they insisted that we would like them in a couple days and proceeded to tell us they were "fine." they made us pay prior to the work being done. i am never going to this place again & i strongly recommend against it. if i could give negative stars, i would. read more

NANCY!! I love this woman! Consistently the BEST mani and pedi that I've ever had. She never rushes with my hands and feet. When she is done, my hands and feet are always excellent. Both lasting 3 weeks and would last longer if my nails didn't grow. The polish has never once chipped! I don't know how she does it, but.... She recently waxed my eyebrows for me. I was nervous about it because I don't have a bunch. Yep, she nailed it! They were perfect!! Just know that the place isn't fabulous and they don't they don't give you snacks and beverages which, if it's that important to you, you may want to venture on. I do NOT recommend this place. I was there with my daughter & told a tech what we wanted done. While I was getting my nails down across the room the tech added services for additional charges that I didn't approve for my 13 year old. When I voiced my displeasure, the tech was rude & said that she knows customers like me don't like to pay. Mimi, the owner said nothing while her tech proceeded to yell at me. Mimi then threatened to remove the gel nail polish. When that did not get a reaction from me, Mimi got the message that I was NOT paying for services I didn't ask for. The girl that did my mani/pedi was very rude (as if I was interrupting her day). She never made eye contact with me and seemed annoyed that I only wanted the regular pedi and not all the stuff that was "only five dollars more". Long story short... this was on a Thursday afternoon, I went back the next day on my lunch break and spoke with the owner, who said he would have her fix the issues. when the same girl that did the terrible job came over to "fix" the issues; she started blaming everything on me. She said I wore shoes and messed the polish up... I had on flip flops, so..no. After a few of her comments; I walked out and said I would not ever be back to their establishment. After work I took a written letter to the owner explaining exactly what happened and requested a refund. A week later I went in and asked the owner if he read my letter and he casually said "its in the back and I haven't had time to read it". He then said "what do you want us to do?" I told him I would like a refund because the girl did a terrible job and her customer service was horrible. He smiled and said "we don't work for free and we provided a service so I cant give your money back". In my letter I told him that I would be back because I thought he was a nice guy and his employee was the problem. I can assure you;I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I give my business to just about every shop in my community, and this one will never happen again!! He could care less about his customers. Wife just back from "Nail Spa" and was not happy. She asked for the acrylic nails that go for $25, she has short nails and wanted to have a look of long nails. The women in the third booth on the left told her that they are terrible and that she would take care of her. She ended up doing a gel fill and put a quick cheap polish job on. My wife hated the way they looked since she explained she wanted longer nails, she was even more upset when she found out the lady gave her the most expensive procedure on their menu. My wife should have been more assertive, but who expects to deal with a greedy, dishonest used car dealer type person at a nail shop. Avoid this place at all costs and spread the word to all your friends to do the same, I sure will. They may have made an extra $20 tonight, but I'm going out of my way to make sure they lose a lot more. Owner should be more careful who they rent booths to, unless they are cool with it.
