I usually go to this location as they do good nails (especially Tina). However today would be the last time. Made an appt for 4:30. Was there exactly at 4:30. No one acknowledged me. I sat down and waited as all technicians were busy. 20 min go by, I ask how much wait time? They just spoke to each other and then ignored me. 10 more minutes and I ask and the lady had the nerve to be like you have somewhere to be? Yes but even if I didn't, I don't want to be sitting and waiting all day when I have an appointment. They still didn't give me a wait time. Called another location nearby that is usually great too and was sitting and getting my nails done in less than 2 minutes. This place service continues to decline. Do better! My step mom called 2 days in advance to make an appointment for 3 people. My step mom wanted dip nails, I wanted acrylics and my aunt wanted a pedicure. When we got there it took them half an hour to get started, despite making the appointment ahead of time. We wanted an earlier appointment but they asked if we could do 12pm instead of 11am, we agreed and showed up on time. When we got there they were very understaffed and asked if they could do our services one at a time which is ridiculous, especially on a time crunch. Defeats the point of making an appointment in the first place. The lady doing my acrylics is named Lynn, avoid her if you want simple French tips because she absolutely botched and rushed the hell out of mine. I won't be giving them any more of my money and I will be telling my friends to stay away. read more

I walked in and immediately got seen by Lynn. She was amazing! All I needed was to get my dip taken off and she left me with amazing nails. She actually took her time to make them look nice. I got dip taken off elsewhere before and it took me over a month to get my nails back to a healthy look and not bumpy. But Lynn has them looking perfect. I absolutely love this salon. I have gone many times but over Easter weekend, I also took my sister and my two nieces with my. My sister and I had the spa pedicure, and my two nieces had a kids mani pedi. The spa pedicure is my absolute favorite. And I think it is hands down my favorite pedicure that I've ever had. The kids mani pedi was also amazing. The ladies were so incredibly kind to my nieces and did not rush at all. They just truly went above and beyond and made the girls feel so special. The first time I got my nails done here they lasted for weeks and were beautiful. The second time, I Had to come in three additional times to get my gel/acrylic nails fixed (they were chipping within a couple of days and kept chipping) and was treated like garbage. The man that "helped" me blamed me for cutting them too short (he was the one that cut them) and then he told me I would have to pay half to get them fixed. I told him he should refund me or redo them because it was 55 dollars to get gel/acrylic and the purpose was so that they would last. He said he would fix them one more time but then "don't come back here complaining". Very uncomfortable. Also they were clearly speaking about me in another language so that was really rude. Just not how you expect to be treated when you're paying for a service. read more

I started going to Fusion out of necessity and convenience (I can literally roll out of bed and be there in two minutes) but after getting my first BZ wax there I'm now a dedicated customer. I've had my nails done there countless times--with varying results--but on the whole have been happy when I walk out. It really depends on who you get (like any salon) and if they're in a rush. Fusion is Vietnamese owned-and-run, very clean, spacious and reasonably priced. A mani-pedi will set you back a meager $35, bikini waxes range from $15 to $50. If you go for a waxing anywhere near your holy regions, ask for Kim. She's good, funny and careful. read more

Approximately one week after getting my nails done here, I got a pretty nasty infection around my nail. I had to end up going to the doctor to get the pus drained and get antibiotics. I came here for a mani ($15) and I forget the lady's name who did my nails. The decor of the place is ok...somewhat modern. Though it doesn't give you that "spa" atmosphere/feeling. Anyways, I will not return to this place for any of their services because of a few things: 1. They don't have a wide selection of colors so I was taking a bit of time to pick a color. The lady came up to me twice asking me to pick a color...I felt rushed so I just went with a standard red polish. 2. The lady would not stop trying to sell me other services...she kept asking/telling me to do a gel manicure...after I told her very sternly " I am here ONLY for a regular manicure" she tried to push me to get a pedicure! I told her again NO I just want a MANICURE. Then she told me "Ok, next time you come, get mani/pedi ok?". 3. She didn't do a good job on my nails- it was rushed. She didn't take time to file down each nail so they are even with the rest. Oh and there was only 2 other customers in there...so it's not as if they were really busy...just lazy. My advice for this nail salon: Stop up-selling your customers...they will not return if they feel as if your workers are salesmen...we're not there to buy a car...we're there to get our nails done... read more

Well that lump got bigger and I found it was a wart. I have never gotten a wart before so I was freaking out and I remember that the guy who did my pedicure wasn't wearing gloves. As much as I wanted to love this place because it's walking distance from my house, I just kept leaving here disappointed. I've come here 3 separate times and each one of those times I've had issues. Two of those times the technician was unnecessarily tough and left me bleeding - but all of those times they haven't done a good job on my cuticles. The last time I was there was 2 days ago and although the technician was sweet, my nails ended up being crooked and unevenly shaped. One of my nails already broke 2 days after having them done - a common thing since I'm now convinced they use extremely cheap acrylic materials. Came here after I got off early to get a pedicure and a full gel set. The lady put my feet in the water and then apparently I was invisible for 25 minutes. The water turned ice cold, especially since they had the door open and it was windy and cold out! The lady that did my pedicure did a lackluster half hearted job. She barely rubbed any salt scrub on my legs so she was just "massaging" (in quotes because it was NOT a massage but her running her hands up and down my legs) my dry legs. She kept "massaging" all the way up until she was pushing my knee caps up which was very uncomfortable. By the time she got done I had been there over an hour and I'm NOT letting them do my nails. I will NOT return to this place...EVER. read more

I got a mani pedi ($40 total for both) here with my little sisters. It was relaxing, clean, and friendly! We were also all walk-ins but did not experience the poor customer service like a reviewer beneath me. The pedi was relaxing and included a foot massage, perfect. The manicure was nice, too; surprisingly, none of it was particularly painful. Some down-sides: there is a somewhat limited polish color selection. They also don't have a dedicated front staff, so you might be waiting a bit to check in or leave. They also don't take tips on credit or debit, so please bring cash if you plan to tip! I have gone here several times over the past year and it is always great. The salon is very beautiful and well kept. There are no TVs blaring, which I appreciate. They do have a radio playing (which is slightly fuzzy sounding, but not irritating.) I love how they have you sign in, so that you are taken in the proper order and not forgotten about. I've driven past this salon several times while frequenting other businesses in the shopping complex and have always wanted to stop in & try their services. I was looking for another location, I could go to when I wasn't able to get to the nail salon near my home, that provided the same quality service. I pass by this location on my way to work and from work most days so it's convenient for me. The salon has a nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. I had no problem getting in for an appointment the same day I called and I didn't have to wait once I arrived. My nail tech, Julie, was very sweet & funny and paid a lot of attention to detail. My appointment (full gel set) was scheduled for one hour before closing but I wasn't turned away or rushed. Julie did a great job on my nails & even suggested a design and eyebrow wax! The price I paid was right about where I thought is would be and a little less than my other salon! I'm going back today for my fill and new design to coordinate with my Black Doll Affair event for the SATC II opening! I'm looking forward to seeing what design Julie can come up with this time! I usually do not write reviews but this place is just not acceptable. I went to fusion a week ago and when I came in I told the lady I wanted gel nails and a regular pedicure. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done (candy cane like) and she said she could do it, no problem. She did a very good job on my toes and hands cleaning them. Then came time for her to do my gel hands. She did good applying the red background for the candy cane but when it came time to do the diagonal white stripes she did an awful job and then said she couldn't do it. She was arguing with me that I should just leave my nails red. She then tried doing snowflakes and they just looked like a cluster blob on my nails. I had to repeatedly tell her I don't like red and if she couldn't do my nails to change the color. She finally got another person to come and he kept saying I can try but you shouldn't do all your nails like a candy cane. Needless to say, I was in there for about 2-1/2 hours and they still did a shitty job. Not only are the lines not even but most of my nails don't even look like the white is diagonal. I was embarrassed to try and show off my pretty nails for Christmas. And they're growing out too quickly which my nails usually don't. They shouldn't be in business telling people they can do something and then they can't and do a horrible job read more

I have passed this business on several different occasions, but never had the time to stop in. Today, I finally decided to pay them a visit. When I entered, no one was at the desk. One of the techs came over and asked what I would like, no smile or pleasant greeting whatsoever. I decided to go ahead with the service anyway to see what their work was like. The tech didn't have a name tag, so I have no idea who she was:). Anyway, I asked for the basic mani/pedi and she was able to take me right away. That was the most painful pedicure I think I've ever had! My toes are still very sore! She was cutting away the cuticles and regardless of the discomfort I expressed, there was never a "sorry" or any appearance of emotions from this young lady. I also received a manicure which was not at all painful. In fact, she did it so fast, that I felt a bit shortchanged:(. I am not a picky or demanding person and am generally easy to satisfy, as long as the job is done well and the techs are nice. Overall, although the final product looked okay, I won't go back because of the lack of a pleasant atmosphere there. The place was very nice looking, but the employees need to learn how to say "please" and "thank you", and also smile occasionally. As I looked around at the other techs as they were providing services to others, I found the same general nonchalant stone-faced attitude. The atmosphere plays a major role in the overall experience. Two weeks ago they would have received 5 stars. I was a walk in and asked for a basic manicure without polish. This was $12. Tammy did a fantastic job on both my nails and my cuticles which were a nightmare so I booked another appt for a mani/pedi. Arrived this week and again asked for no polish. The girl who ran the water in the tub almost scalded me. But that's beside the point. About halfway through the pedicure Tammy lifts my foot and tells me callous removal will be another $5. Seriously? $30 pedicure with no polish doesn't include that? Nope, not for anyone. I was so upset, I didn't stay for the manicure. She lost a twice a month customer for being cheap and greedy. read more

Have been a long term client of one of the nail techs..she is moving to another shop. She, nor the shop cultivate long term repeat clients and this is truly disappointing in a world where service is important. They claim they will set an appointment but screen and decide who they will service..really? They also speak amongst themselves in Vietnamese about customers in the shop... If you go just don't go to Vivian for a full set or gel. It's not worth it. She rushes, the gel is sloppy & she didn't put it on well. Also with the acrylic she made them so thick. Usually when you get fake nails you don't want them to look fake but they look so fake. I can't wait for two weeks so I can get my nails done somewhere else. read more
