I will never come here ever again. Had thought that I found a good nail tech to treat my nails right. But as you can see with the pictures the inferior old products used just needs to be thrown away. This dip powder base is used for everyone's nail which proved they don't sanitize anything between customers. Gel/dip powder should last at least 2-weeks. But no...at $55 a pop lasting 3-4 days is a hell no anymore. Don't even cut your cuticles or do anything to make sure the nail bed is ready for the application. What happened to getting a real manicure before you start applying any product. Oh yeah that must costs another $20! Smdh Cherish get your game up because I will never set foot in this establishment ever again! My nails were growing at first, but after continuously coming here my nails have gotten weaker and weaker and all have broken off! I would rather pay $100 on BIAB and don't have to worry about my nails for a month. $55 a pop every 2 weeks is a money grab! I had a pedicure and gel polish removal with Lee, who was incredibly sweet and thorough. The parking lot is small, but I had no trouble finding a spot on a Thursday morning. I went to this nail shop today at approximately 430pm. I asked for a pedicure and for my chin to be waxed. Because she was in a rush she didn't realize she put the strip with the hot wax on my bottom lip and then ripped it off. She was gonna continue until I stopped her and told her that she ripped off my skin - that's when we both realized that my lip was bleeding. To make matters worse, she had the nerve to still CHARGE me for the wax! I'm now home and not only is my skin ripped off of my lip from my bottom lip, it's still bleeding and swelling badly! This salon is typically slow, so you'll more than likely see someone without having to wait too long. I usually go the guy (Dan) when I go here. He gives a really good pedicure. If you're looking for a nice ambiance, this isn't your place. They do, however, have free bottle of water and coffee for clients. We went to Cherish Nails today. It has been a few years since I've been in. I saw Kim the only person there that's ever taken care of me. I chose to walk in and make an appointment instead of calling and got a same day appointment which was nice. I didn't take as much time as I should have going through all the color options for coordination. I really wanted pink, purple and blue. I wanted white, black and or grey as accent colors for nail design. I really was looking for painted tips with a design on all 10 fingers. But since my appointment was for 5:30pm and they closed at 7pm I didn't really have the time since I was also getting a basic pedicure and a manicure for my Husband (I was under the impression that the mani pedi would allow for the combined price saving $10 but that wasn't the case). In the end the bill came to $130.00 plus a tips (as the mani my husband received was done by another lady) I don't know exactly how it came to that total as the acrylics that I received are $28 for a full set, and the paint and design are extra (approximately $15 for painted tips aka French, $5 for the design on 2 fingers, $10 to use gel polish instead of regular) although I don't currently have a copy of the prices the pedicure is $25 and a manicure is $15 a combo mani pedi is $30. I do feel I was over charged as I add everything and only come to a total of $108 since I did receive gel polish on my toes as well as my acrylics. Overall I think my nails look nice and Kim still is super sweet. Both my husband and I received a water bottle when we sat down for our appointment and were treated very politely and professionally. I will be sure to make a morning appointment next time and make sure I know what colors are available for designs prior to picking my nail color to be sure I have the best coordination for me. This is a place I would come back to and recommend to family and friends. I love that they are clean and sanitary! The tools used for my pedicure were sterilized much like the tools you see at the dentist. The foot bath has the bacteria killing UV lights and I personally saw the tub cleaned after a guest had finished receiving a pedicure. read more

Absolutely horrible. I had Kim, and she was so rude. My nails turned out horrible and so uneven. Save your money, don't come here.

This was my third visit. The first two I had the same woman and she was pretty good. I only got pedicures each time and can't beat the price. Went this past weekend and had the guy. Asked for a mani/pedi. He didn't put a towel down or anything for my manicure. Just held my hand over the dirty table until I asked for a paper towel to at least be placed on the table. He cut three of my fingernail cuticles so low they bled. One is a bit infected and sore (photo doesn't do it justice). I had to ask him to take the nail polish remover brush over the areas that were clearly still on my skin where he missed my nail. Then came the pedicure. He cut my big toenail so now I'm likely to get an ingrown. You never cut at an angle on the sides! It hurts and is bleeding and I can't wear tennis shoes because of the pressure on it (photo attached). Personally never going back. Beware of the guy! I've been to this nail shop a few times before and have tried every technician the man is very rough and I particularly don't like the way he does my nails he's not careful and cuts you ( not trying to get a staff infection) the other technicians the older short haired lady technician with glasses she is completely rude to customers, I walked in to see if she had an available appointment, she said she had an appointment at 2:30 and that she would take my number and call me to let me know if she could take me after. I waited and waited all day and never heard from her. I walked in the next morning she was with a client, so I asked her if she was available after this client and she said "no" you were supposed to be here at 2:30 yesterday and you didn't come I informed her and reminded her that she took down my number because she said she had a 230 appointment and would call me and let me know if she could take me after and I never received her call ; she insisted that she told me and put me down to come back at 2:30 and I never did.... I told her remember you took my number down in order to let call me back you said; you were going to call me and you never did .....she then said no I can't take you . I then asked the next technician if she was available and she said no she wasn't to come back tomorrow I said no thank you I will never come here again ....horrible rude customer service. I never received a call ,horrible communication or instructions she must be confusing me with the client that may have canceled or something but still no way to treat a customer or client complete unprofessionalism... or is it because I walked in with fresh dreads on I wonder ? read more

She patiently waited for 10 minutes to be helped and not one person in this shop assisted her. As other people from a different race entered, they were assisted without hesitation. Bad, bad, bad! I should have listened to my gut and stayed away when I called about pricing on manicures and she tried to sell me on all kinds of other stuff and asked when I would be there. But I was too impatient to wait until after work to go to my tried-and-true place closer to home. So, I went for a quickie manicure on my lunch break. When I finally found the place, I made the mistake of telling her that I had about 25 minutes until I needed to be back at work. As soon as the words left my mouth I knew she was going to rush my manicure. She immediately looked at my face and feet and asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax and pedicure too, because I needed them, she said. I declined, and the manicure began. Now here I am, staring down at a very disappointing manicure, and being $15 poorer because of it. Everything that shouldn't happen, happened. I bled, I had to ask to have a nail touched up because she slopped 4 layers of paint on them so quickly that she smudged one...there were others with bubbles and stuff stuck in the polish, but I didn't bother mentioning them. Starting over completely would have been quicker than trying to fix all of that. In her hurried frenzy, she completely missed the sides of all my nails so they are bare on all but the tops. Finally, when it was time to dry the goopy mess, she placed my hands in front of two tiny fans, and 2 minutes later when a new customer came in, she sprayed that aerosal quick-dry stuff on my hands and convinced me that all 4 layers of polish were dry (because I obviously needed to move to make way for the new customer). My normal place has a drying table you can sit at for as long as you want until your nails dry. She could have at least moved me to a different table in front of different fans. Worst of all (besides the fact that at the end I noticed the tools didn't appear to be kept very sanitized), I get a longer, better hand massage and gorgeous-looking nails at my usual salon, all for the same price that I paid here. I'm so disappointed it makes me sick. I'll personally never be back. read more

I have coming to this shop for more than 10yrs. with the same tech. Everyone is somewhat pleasant EXCEPT for the elderly guy that has NEVER said hello. I'm a regular who has stayed loyal. On my last visit to the shop once again I got a nasty look..no hello and this time a complete yelling match between him and my technician. He literally stood over me yelling and arguing for more than 10 min. The entire argument was over him wanting to use the same paper towel as the last customer on me. That is nasty!! He's RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and nad for Business..As much as I love my technician KIM..If this happens again I will leave and NEVER come back. I've noticed the decline in business, maybe it's not the economy, maybe it's the increase in prices and bad customer service.My advice is to get rid of the old DISRESPECTFUL man and explain to him to never argue and fight in front of the customer. TERRIBLE!!! I will never go there again!!! I went in with two coupons one was $40 for a pedicure and full set or I could just use the one for a pedicure and manicure for $28. During my pedicure the lady refused to put a design on toe! then when I wanted a full set she insisted on not doing the full set and using my regular nails because they were too pretty and long to need a full set. Then she does them rounded when I wanted them square. She didn't even do them evenly. and then she refused to paint them the color that was on my toes because she said it wouldn't look good on my hands. She suggested two colors so I picked one that was close to the toe nail color. After she paints them they looked awful. They were streaky and and had little hairs stuck in them. Since it was so cheap I just ignored it because they looked so bad I was going to go somewhere and get a full set. My 7 year old niece could have done a better job. When I went to pay I gave her my coupon and she told me $48. I was In shock. I asked why it would cost so much when the coupon is for $28. Apparently the nail polish she picked out was $20!?! After arguing with her about how she wouldn't even give me what I wanted and how awful the paint job was the manager came over and I explained the situation and her response was "She make mistake she no tell you price before she do, you still pay" So I ended up paying $48 for the worst pedicure and manicure I've ever had in my life! read more
