My new favorite shop for a gel pedicure! I actually enjoy how quaint it is with not a lot of bustle. I usually call 20-30 minutes beforehand to gauge the wait and it's perfect because Costco is nearby. Great pedicure with no intrusive digging and at a reasonable price to include gel removal. read more

Just like the other reviewer recently stated. They used to be so good and nice as you can see in my original review, now it's like every time you come they have MAJOR ATTITUDE especially Tammy. Last time I did my nails they messed up and she didn't care to fix it she had attitude was rude and wanted me to leave. Plus their prices went way up. Find yourself another place as this one is going down the dumps. read more

I tried this place on a whim today. The salon itself isn't super fancy but I had the best pedicure I've had in a long time here. Very relaxing and comfortable and my nails looked beautiful in the end. It was just what I needed to give myself a little treat! Update: This is not my go to place. Lina and Tammy never fail to amaze me with what they can achieve based on a picture I show them. Honestly, Lucky Nail is the best nail shop for at least 10-15 miles. The facility is clean and the people are friendly, but the real attraction is the service. Attention to detail is the name of the game here. Every out of line cuticle is put in its place. Every hangnail removed. All crusty heels go away with the Dodo Bird...with a smile. It saddens me Lucky Nail is no longer my go to shop. I was really satisfied in the caliber of service. Tammy typically did my nails, but honestly, I've been serviced by everyone in the shop and every time was incredible. The foot bathed are clean and there is always a bottle of water waiting. SO GOOD I got a full set with Tammy today after reading all of the reviews and I am IN LOVE. They were extremely accommodating to me and my nails look amazing. Afterwards, I got a pedicure done with the older gentleman and it was fabulous. For $30 you get a GOOD foot scrub, hot towel, scrub massage, and lotion massage. The scrub has my legs and feet feeling LUCIOUS and sooooo soft. The massage was great, my cuticles look fresh, and the paint job was perfect. Everyone was so sweet, accommodating, and perfectionists. The salon itself was also very clean and organized. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

This place is truly a Gem. The prices are VERY good especially for the amount of talent and precision they put into their work. Tammy did my nails and oh boy- she did awesome! Not only did she deliver awesome nails, she also gave me the best service I've ever had. She gave me the best experience ever, she put in so much detail and effort. I've been to many salons and they've never cared that much. I truly felt spoiled. She even gave me a manicure with my acrylics! (Most places don't and charge a lot of $$). TAMMY YOURE AWESOME! This is my new favorite salon and I will defin be returning. UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 2019 I return to this place with my mother as I love the results! Experience was absolutely phenomenal again this time. The only reason as to why I am lowering my rating from five stars to three is due to the lack of solid prices. When I went in June 2019 my acrylic nails were $65, and now that I went in December I was charge $70. I asked her why I was being charge 70 and she told me because it was acrylic gel and designs. Because I had to leave quickly, I did not question the price even though I knew I paid less last time. In June and now in December, I got the same exact nail, design, color and style. As a consumer, it can be stressful going somewhere and paying for services that do not have stable prices. Besides that, service and cleanliness was impeccable and excellent. Today was my first visit to Lucky Nails and I'm definitely coming back! I came in without a appointment and was helped right away. Lina help me first with my acrylic fill and then a young gentleman finished my nails with the nail polish. He also ended up doing my pedicure and I believe he was in training. Needless to say he did a great job on my pedicure and Lina did great with my nails. They took their time and were gentle my nails/feet. What they didn't know that this was my first professional pedicure EVER! Everybody was nice and I'll definitely recommend this nail salon to my friends No more searching for a new nail salon for me. Very lengthy and summarized report, don't read unless you like long and honest reviews: Came for my very first time with one of my girlfriends, who has been coming to this salon for a while. Now after my last incident with my regular salon and the way they treated my nails (real badly) I thought this might have been an opportunity for me to come to another one. Everything was perfect and consistent the only thing is I wanted something certain/perfect (a glittery silver nail polish (instead of pink) when I told one of the employees more than twice I wanted sliver on my index finger versus pink. Guess she thought otherwise. Also had an appointment with Tammy; however ended up with another nail stylist that I understood was new, but took considerably long for me and my girlfriend. We were there til the salon closed. I did like the experience and the way they treated me, including complimentary water I'm still considering whether I should come back or not, in the future. read more

Finally found my go to place. I had gone to a place at the mall and they were absolutely horrible! So, I decided to come to yelp to find a place and decided to try Lucky Nails. I made an appointment for my mom with Tammy. I went with her with my two little ones. Long story short Tammy did not disappoint. I LOVE this place. It was recommended by a friend who knows how unhappy I've been at all the other salons in the area. I get liquid gel sets, apparently it's a difficult service for many people to master but Tammy does an AMAZING job! My daughter gets her nails done by Lena and she loves the way she does her nails too. I'm sure everyone here is great. Everyone is always smiling and making you feel so welcome. To top everything off, the selection of polishes is insane. Everything you've seen in the latest magazines are available there. This place is MONEY. I saw the reviews and this place was a reasonable drive from where I was so I decided to go. It was a little hard to find but it is a shopping center with a subway and beauty supply off of 95 I think. I went in for a gel manicure and I saw they had chrome on yelp. Well they got holographic gel in so many colors. The color selection is on point. Super happy I decided to come here because the manicure was perfect! I will be back to aesthetically please my hands. LOL also! I didn't know you need a cash tip but they were nice to let it slide. Great service!!! Can't wait to return. read more

Fantastic! I have taken my 84 y/o dad to a number of places for a simple mani/pedi throughout the Burke and Springfield area since he's gotten up in age, but this place beats them all! He said they were very gentle with his cuticles and this was the first time he wasn't in pain. They are very clean, highly professional, and everything is super updated and modern. I loved that they made sure he was comfortable and took the best care of him! read more

Best lower leg massage ever!!! Great service and no crowds (if you go in the morning on a weekday). The staff are friendly and will get you a complimentary water as you sit back and relax. The leg massage with sea salt scrub was the best! And smelled of oranges. Made me wish I had a frozen concoction and was on the beach. I found this place on yelp but JUST KEEP LOOKING.... this place is not lucky at all. Check out my pic. The two middle nails on my hand were "fixed" today...no top coat. Just a piss poor job. My experience: This nail shop is on the smaller side, which I can appreciate most of the time but it doesn't seem like many people do nails...at least not enough to support business needs. I've only seen one person do nails and that the lady who did mine. I got mirror gel polish, and when it was finished, it looked like my niece did it. It was all over my cuticles (which she cut off, like a second manicure) and the polish had bubbles in it. She said come back next week to fix it. I came back three days the next week, with the polish rubbed off at the tips of my nails. Ended up finally getting in 10 days after my first polish. Nails were horrible. She said it is supposed to be like that. HA! My gel polish lasts at least 2 1/2 weeks and I get them done because they've grown out, not because they literally look like trash. After waiting 30 mins for my appointment, she started. Offered to call paint my nails different colors, which would've looked foolish, and then just did a finished with a shitty job since I declined. Left polish around my nails, smh. Never again. read more

Amazing, the customer service was really nice. I had to wait a few minutes with an appt, but they made sure to see that I was comfortable and always apologized. They gave me some water and did my nails so nicely! I am always afraid of getting nicked but they did a splendid job :) I would recommend to anyone getting their nails done. My service cost me around $95 without tip. Robert(also the owner) was the technician who did my manicure. He was pleasant. It had been over a month since I went for a manicure. He didn't clean around my nails or spend a lot of time filing them. He immediately went in to buffing them down and applying polish. He nicked my skin on multiple fingers with the drill buffer. He never made a comment or apology about that, though it was obvious. It pinches and hurts now. The color came out beautiful, but I didn't receive any lotion or a massage at the end. You should not come out of a mani with dry looking and nicked fingers. For a similar or less price I have received a better manicure at other establishments. Ana did my pedicure and I have no complaints. She did a great job and I was very comfortable. My toes look great!

I love Lucky Nail! I got married 10/19 and took two of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my MIL there two days before the wedding to get mani/pedis for the big day. Centzy has the operating hours wrong (they close at 7), and due to work schedules, we couldn't get there until 5:30. When I called for appointments, I asked if that would be okay, and they said sure, we'll get you done. Well, when I was sitting relaxing in the best massage chair I've ever used, and it was 5 minutes to 7, and they hadn't started on my fingers or one of my bridesmaid's feet yet, I asked if it would be okay, and they just smiled and said, don't worry, we're here as long as you need us, we knew when we took the appointment. They didn't rush through us, they did a great job on everyone's nails, the shop was so clean and the ladies were so friendly. I don't get mani/pedis regularly, but I think I'm going to start, just to keep going back. Don't let the outside fool you, you'll be lucky to discover Lucky Nail! read more

I've been going to Lena for my pink and white nails for over six years now. She is wonderful. She's very caring and always goes the extra little bit to make my appointments an amazing experience. Lena takes great pride in her work and it shows. Lena at Lucky Nails has scheduled appointments, as well as walk-ins, on Saturdays and Sundays and weekdays, except Wednesdays. The product she uses is of the highest quality and it shows. Oftentimes, the day before my next scheduled appointment (3 weeks later!) I am still getting compliments about my nails. I have been going to Lucky Nails for many years. Not once have I been disappointed. Tammy does an amazing job. She is a perfectionist! The salon is always clean and relaxing. I've been using the dipping powder since it was first offered. I have not had a chipped nail - ever. The prices are comparable to other salons but the service is above and beyond. There are also a couple of rows of mani stations. When you walk in, you can select from an array of regular or gel polish. Christina was my technician and she was SO nice. Their pedi prices range from basic($25) to full spa with add-ons ($55). I splurged. It was so nice to get a clay mask and hot stone with my pedi. Lee worked on my 4th of July designs and she was precise. There was no rushing a pedi here. The prices are comparable to my old location. This place is 3-5 minutes from my home.
