We've been coming here for a few months. My mom and I went for pedicures, my toe is still throbbing. My mom's tech didn't clean well under her toes and was rushing to get it done. The tech that worked on my feet didn't cut down my toenails enough and while cleaning around my big toe caused bleeding. She hurried to put something on it, it's still hurting. Won't be back, waste of money. Removal of my gel was rough at best. I asked for them to be a different shape than what I previously had and they ended up crooked and uneven so I requested them to be cut short square/round. That was fine until the application of the color and it's uneven and splotchy. Just a no. Went in for a basic pedicure with an appointment. I got there and was treated like I'd walked in out of nowhere, with zero warmth or greeting. The technician was not skilled. Cut me several times, and did a messy job with the polish. There is a serious need for customer service training along with skills in the nail care trade. I should have asked for a total refund. I have been going to this salon for months and I haven't been anywhere else bc I loved it so much! Last night, myself and a friend went for what we thought were our apts at 5:15pm, but we weren't on the books. They graciously allowed us to be seen anyways and we were so thankful! That pedi felt great but looks the worst it ever has. The paint is not well-done (all over cuticles and skin) and the cut / shape is terrible. I would definitely get ingrown toenails if I didn't fix them myself. One of my big toe corners was actually bleeding. I'm not sure what went wrong last night, but I'm very disappointed. Horrible experience - no customer service . The lady who did my nails on June 3rd had a horrible attitude and did a terrible job on just a basic manicure . I walked in and they did not look busy . Several techs on their cell phones ... the lady at the front desk seemed annoyed that I walked in but said she would do my nails . After a badly done manicure , she painted over my cuticles and badly shaped nails . I called and they told me to come back . The lady who tried to "fix "my nails was nicer but really made it worse by painting over the nails and cleaning up the edges which made them look really bad . I ended up going somewhere else 3 days later for a proper manicure and now they will have a return customer and my business . I will purposely travel out of my way to go elsewhere ...this place is unprofessional, a rip off , and a complete waste of time . *** Update - very disappointed -the owner has a lot to learn about customer service and attention to detail . read more

Went here on a Saturday afternoon, no appointment. I was attended pretty quickly! The customer service was very good. Peggy did my gel full set, she did a good job! One thing I did notice was they do not reuse their tools! They use brand new ones on you everytime, which is great. Although, I do feel like the pricing is up there a bit but nothing too extreme. Finally bit the bullet and went to get a pedi and so glad I did. I chose one of the spa packages and also glad I did. Felt great, and was very thorough (Cindy was my nail tech). Nails look amazing and was one of the most relaxing pedis I've had in a long time. They are also very COVID conscious. Plexiglass between you and tech as well as mask and gloves. Appointment only so folks not sitting around waiting. I will be coming back. So glad to find a new place close to home. read more

Nice variety of spa pedicure scents and lotions. Pedicure stations are spacious and perfect for conversations if you go with friends. Today I went back. Tracey not only fixed the nail that needed to be redone, but decided to fix another that did not meet her high standard. Three days ago, I had insufficient funds to leave a proper tip. Today I realized I'd not yet been to the bank and I still had no cash for a tip. She sincerely assured me not to worry. The place is clean and Hannah was nice but the quality of my nails did not match the environment at all.
