Again, Thu continues to be a highly professional and talented manicurist! I always schedule my sessions with her and if for any reason she is unavailable I will wait and reschedule!

Lyly was great! I am so pleased. I will be returning. I asked for a natural look and I am happy with the results.

I've gone here a few times, I recently went back for a gel mani and had a horrible experience. The service itself was fine but the next day my nails started chipping on the sides and I went back, the tech "glued" the chips but very well knowing that's not going to fix the issue. And of course next day my nails completely broke. Needless to say I went to a different nail salon and had them completely redone. What a waste of money. I contacted the salon and no response.

I hadn't done anything to my nails for over 6 months, I came here last minute before a trip because my usual nail tech was booked up. I asked for powder dip, because to my knowledge this was supposed to be a healthier alternative for my nails. The person who did my nails immediately went in with the electric nail file...which was annoying in itself. To make it worse, the speed and intensity was so strong that she was hurting me. I let her know and she changed the tip but still went at the same intensity and speed, literally pressing into my nails. She also didn't do any cuticle care at all. I went somewhere else to get them soaked off after two weeks and just get a regular mani. The nail tech who was doing my nails told me in all honesty that my nails are in such bad shape and so thin and cracked from the nail filing at THIS place, that she wouldn't even recommend REGULAR nail polish on my nails. Now I have to wait for all the damage to grow out. Thanks. Attached is a photo of my nails AFTER I got the powder dip soaked off and nails cleaned/moisturized...the damage is still obvious

Henry is my go to nail technician. His work is consistently beautiful. My nails last up to three weeks, provided I wear gloves when washing dishes ;) My gel nails and gel pedicure - No chipping or peeling ever! MNB's décor is sleek, modern, and refreshing. And parking is easy! Go see Henry and tell him that Dani referred.

After coming to this location for over a year, I've decided to leave…read more The main reason is the decline in customer service. The new front desk associate was consistently rude, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. On multiple occasions, my appointments were not booked correctly, and if my requested time wasn't available, there was often little to no communication. Instead, I would later discover that I had been scheduled for a different time without being informed. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that after several negative interactions at the front desk, I would still be approached and encouraged to purchase products. Because the interactions felt awkward and unwelcome I was able to figure out how to try and just avoid her. At one point, after I showed no interest, a comment was made under her breath implying that I must think the product was bad. Unfortunately, I also did not have a positive experience with my waxer. I found our interactions to be unprofessional and at times uncomfortable. There were several comments and interactions that felt rude and unnecessary jabs, leaving me feeling more like I was an inconvenience even though you can tell she wanted your business versus a valued client. I was also disappointed with the waxing service itself. The overall process did not feel as professional or polished as I had come to expect. The service lacked the level of care, and professionalism that I experienced with previous waxers at this location. It is uncomfortable for both parties however you would except a certain level of professionalism coming from waxers from European Wax Center. It seems like this company is trying to promote safety, trust, and professionalism that this waxer struggled to do. I understand that staff changes happen, and I know several waxers have recently left and been replaced. This location only has a small team, and because of the poor experiences I encountered, I had no desire to continue trying different waxers in hopes of finding a better fit. It's disappointing because I was a loyal customer for over a year and previously had positive experiences here. However, the combination of poor customer service and unprofessional interactions ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as they significantly impacted what was once a place I enjoyed visiting.

My husband and I have received facials from Jenny a couple of times now…read more The location is in a more residential area - I love the neighborhood and the fact that there is free parking onsite. As there's nothing worse than worrying about if you're going to have a ticket waiting for you after your spa service SMH. Upon entering, we're always personally greeted by Jenny. Now, I'm not the warm and fuzzy type, but there is a certain draw about her. She is so warm and caring, which directly translates into her work. Her products and methods are top notch. At the start of the facial, she always steams your face to open those pores up - then she gets to work with a lovely exfoliating mask and then layers on all the goodies. By the end of my facial, I kinda feel like a princess. And my husband, who is a very easygoing guy, says "that was nice," which is huge for him lol. He approved of the men's skincare products used, and he was absolutely radiant for the following week. So, while spending time with Jenny, I was also introduced to cupping. As I understand/lived it - Jenny has a gun that she attaches a cup to, then she attaches the cup to wherever you're tense. For me, my left shoulder/upper back get really tight, so she attached a few cups to my tense area using the suction gun. Then for a few minutes she left them on and they did their thing... The suction cups lift the skin, allowing more blood and oxygen flow to the tense area, relieving pain and stiffness without medicine. It was a weird sensation, but it did work almost instantly. The only downside is the bruising. It has been seven days and I still have a faint set of circular bruises where my cups were.

I saw the website for this business, but upon clicking on it, I am taken to other businesses that have nothing to do with Jenny's business. I don't think this is intentional, but Jenny might want to get her own webpage set up for herself. Right now her webpage is going to other businesses and one can't get the prices for her lists of services. I hope this problem is fixed soon. As for now, I will have to call and find out. Update: After speaking to Jenny, She informed me that there are different types of facials she does. Costs go from $150, $170 and $200 not including tip. Waxing is only for the eyebrows and Jenny only works on the face. Jenny doesn't do body treatments of any kind except the face. Hope this helps. As for going here, the prices I was told about seem a little to step for me. I would also want body work done and Jenny said she doesn't do that. I might make an appointment, but until that day..."C'est la vie", say the old folks, it goes to show you never can tell..."

The business is Nepalese owned and I'm so glad I found them. They're highly rated on Google reviews and on Yelp so I decided to trust them since I needed to get my brows done for an important event. I got an appointment online but I checked in when I arrived and there was only one other person who was almost done so I was seen almost immediately after arrival. The artist wanted to do threading but understood I wanted to get a wax and get the strays removed by threading. The process was gentle, pain free and not rushed. The web address doesn't work either. I wanted to make use of the 50% off Brazilian Sugaring. The manager of Spring Home Stuido spoke with the owner/manager of Sue Skin Care and got the same thing. Evidently this place went bye bye, or there was a name change. I would have been fine with that, but the manger on the phone for Sue Skin Care said this was name of her business...so I am lead to believe this is bullshit...Nevertheless, "the game is afoot." My brows look natural, clean, and balanced again. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just "do" my brows she restored them. She gave me a plan to maintain them and was honest about what would help them grow back healthier. If your brows need saving, trust Kiren. She has the vision and the skill. She was talking but I couldn't hear her over the loud music. Which is fine, the music was good. But I yelled that I couldn't hear her over the music. Then she stayed where she is and pointed at her face and eye brows while talking. I say loudly again, I can't hear you, music too loud. But I motion to my face and say loudly, face threading please. This happens AGAIN, she makes gestures to her face and talks... at this point she knows I'm here for a threading and full face as I indicated through gesture and speaking loudly to her, because of the level of the music. In my opinion if a customer is coming in and needs to communicate ... go up to them and talk professionally to them. I get my face threaded all the time and I will try this business again at another time. But for now it's a 1 star review.
