My husband and I have received facials from Jenny a couple of times now. The location is in a more residential area - I love the neighborhood and the fact that there is free parking onsite. As there's nothing worse than worrying about if you're going to have a ticket waiting for you after your spa service SMH. Upon entering, we're always personally greeted by Jenny. Now, I'm not the warm and fuzzy type, but there is a certain draw about her. She is so warm and caring, which directly translates into her work. Her products and methods are top notch. At the start of the facial, she always steams your face to open those pores up - then she gets to work with a lovely exfoliating mask and then layers on all the goodies. By the end of my facial, I kinda feel like a princess. And my husband, who is a very easygoing guy, says "that was nice," which is huge for him lol. He approved of the men's skincare products used, and he was absolutely radiant for the following week. So, while spending time with Jenny, I was also introduced to cupping. As I understand/lived it - Jenny has a gun that she attaches a cup to, then she attaches the cup to wherever you're tense. For me, my left shoulder/upper back get really tight, so she attached a few cups to my tense area using the suction gun. Then for a few minutes she left them on and they did their thing... The suction cups lift the skin, allowing more blood and oxygen flow to the tense area, relieving pain and stiffness without medicine. It was a weird sensation, but it did work almost instantly. The only downside is the bruising. It has been seven days and I still have a faint set of circular bruises where my cups were. read more

8/3/21 After reading the reviews on this place, it got me thinking about facials and other treatments like waxing. I saw the website for this business, but upon clicking on it, I am taken to other businesses that have nothing to do with Jenny's business. I don't think this is intentional, but Jenny might want to get her own webpage set up for herself. Right now her webpage is going to other businesses and one can't get the prices for her lists of services. I hope this problem is fixed soon. As for now, I will have to call and find out. Update: After speaking to Jenny, She informed me that there are different types of facials she does. Costs go from $150, $170 and $200 not including tip. Waxing is only for the eyebrows and Jenny only works on the face. Jenny doesn't do body treatments of any kind except the face. Hope this helps. As for going here, the prices I was told about seem a little to step for me. I would also want body work done and Jenny said she doesn't do that. I went in for a deep cleansing facial a few days ago and my skin is STILL glowing! Jenny recently moved back to the area and opened her shop a few months ago and is trying to build her business again. Her many years of extensive beauty experience shows that she's literally a Jill of all trades because she does eyelash extensions, facials, makeup application, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, laser removal (moles, birthmarks, etc.), organic sugar waxing and permanent makeup all in her one-stop shop! I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my experience. Jenny also made great recommendations regarding my skin without being pushy. Her shop is clean and provides a warm, welcoming ambiance. Her prices are also fair for the area and she also accepts credit cards (including AMEX!). Honestly this has been bugging me for a few days now. I came here for a facial earlier this week, and totally agree that the owner is super nice and friendly (asian mom feels). I also have no doubts she is very talented. However I have to in good faith to my yelp integrity, deduct 2 stars. 1) maybe my skin is more sensitive than I thought ( I use acid peels on a regular without issue) but I ended up with contact dermatitis. You know when there's a itchy burning rash on your face Bc you've been manhandling jt? Yah that.. just picked up oral steroids from my doctor to treat it so hopefully that goes away soon.. (not to be mixed up with simple bumps from acne scarring) 2) the quote for the facial (deep cleaning) was 170$. I asked if I can pay in cash and she replied yes. So I took out the cash I had on me and passed it to her as she counted. She got to 160..180...192 and looked at me expectantly ( all I had on me). I asked her to confirm how much again? And she responded with "oh my clients usually tip me 30$". I was like oh....ok I see. After which she informed me that she took Venmo. Now as it turns out she forgot to add on the eyebrow tweezing which according to her site is 20$. But when I asked her how much for Venmo she responded "50$ is fine". Which meant my total was 190 and I tipped 52$. Well over even the average 20%. Don't get me wrong, I bartended half my college life. I understand that tips are a necessary part of going out. But given she wasn't living off only tips, and selling a service as a product (you don't see plastic surgeons demanding 20% on their 10K boob jobs). I felt the behavior was tacky, and left a bad taste in my mouth after. It also made me super uncomfortable, almost like I was trying to not pay my fair share. To top it off, she asked/told me to sit down and write her a review then leave. Given I could have voiced my opinions then, but I'm extremely anti confrontational unless absolutely needed. So I pretty much felt pressured into giving my initial 5 stars as well. Because she has such a bubbly fun personally I feel like she can get away with it, like even now I do feel bad for writing this. But this was gonna bug me during my vacation so I'm getting it out of my system now. Hoping future customers don't run into these issues haha read more

This review is long overdue. I purchased a Groupon for one Microblading session with Touch Up which I had done in April 2018. I've had my eye brows tattooed 2 times and microbladed once over the past 15 years and Jenny was by far the best experience I've ever had. Her clinic is comfortable and very clean. The first time I had microblading done it was a bad experience, so I was a bit apprehensive going the 2nd time. She thoroughly explained the process to me, made me feel at ease and fixed the mistake that the previous technician made. I wanted thicker eyebrows, which she designed beautifully and the strokes look like actual hair. She's an artist! Both of my sessions went very well and I am very happy with my eye brows. Not only is Jenny a consummate professional, she is very personable and didn't do the hard sell to buy products or purchase additional services. I got a gift certificate for a facial for my mother's birthday. She made an appointment for 2:00 today and confirmed it with Jenny. Well today my mother showed up promptly at 2:00, and the door to the clinic was closed and locked. She rang the doorbell and called Jenny numerous times with no answer. My poor mother waited 45 minutes in an empty hallway before giving up and going home. We still haven't heard back from anyone. I'm infuriated that they didn't even let my mother know that they wouldn't be there. They could have at least called her to reschedule if they had something else going on?? Jenny was absolutely amazing! I found her on Groupon and she honored the coupon with no problem. I was able to get an appointment with her same day as well which made me happy because yesterday was my birthday! As soon as I walked in she made me feel comfortable and assured that everything had been disinfected. She had everything very organized and ready for me. She took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer which I loved! She was also wearing double mask and that also made me feel better. Jenny is extremely friendly, professional and knows what she's doing. She cares a lot about healthy skin. I went in to get a deep cleanse (my mom bought me a package so I had 9 visits) and removal of a couple moles on my face. Although the process can be painful, my skin has looked better than it has in a long time. It used to be bumpy with small pimples, but it's much more smoother thanks to her careful procedures. I've fallen asleep from feeling so relaxed before and after the cleansing (she does special facials and massaging before and after). Eyelash Tinting, Eyebrow tinting, and a Facial= PURE HEAVEN! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Jenny is amazing. Not only is she a pleasure to talk to, but she also really listens and knows how to make you look and feel amazing! I went in this afternoon for a facial and to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped. I am blonde and have light colored eyebrows that resembled a fuzzy caterpillar. I asked Jenny to shape them because I want them to look good for my upcoming wedding. She suggested I tint them to make them stand out. After talking with Jenny and listening to her suggestions, I decided to go for the eyebrow tinting AND the eyelash tinting. I am terrified of people touching my eyes, and I wasn't sure I was going to be able to handle the eyelash tinting, but it was a breeze and Jenny's sweet personality makes the time fly by! My deep facial w/ extraction with Jenny was the best experience I have ever had with an esthetician. My skin was sensitive for a day, and had some superficial whiteheads next day, but it is all gone and it's only 3rd day.She knows what she is doing and has the perfect balance of energy for a relaxing yet informative experience. She used at least 15 different products that not only cleaned my skin before procedure , but I think also made recovery much shorter. I have had extractions before and My skin was looking horrible for at least a week. I left feeling refreshed and like I understood my skin type and how to work best with it. Jenny informed me about the products she was using and why they were best suited for my dry skin. She said she used organic products and they smelled delicious. I was little skeptical about organic stuff, because I have had organic deep cleaning before in Aveda saloon and I had very painful acmes weeks after. But this time I haven't had anything. She was not pushy about purchasing products and I did not feel pressured to purchase (as has often happened to me in the past and turns me off to the spa and purchasing products from them). She also has very gentle touch, because extractions we're always painful for me. And I know for sure that she extracted a lot, one because she showed me and two because I know my skin and if you start extraction and leave something in I get horrible acne .Jenny's top priority was making sure I had a great experience and helping me understand how to treat my skin.
