I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. I went in for a routine pedicure and left with a cut on my skin because the technician was aggressive and not paying attention. Getting cut with salon tools is not just painful, it's a major health and safety risk. I have no idea if that tool was even properly sanitized, which is incredibly alarming. To make matters worse, the staff acted like it was no big deal and barely apologized. Without any explanation, the technician just applied an unknown liquid to the cut. Total lack of professionalism and basic safety protocols. The owner must train their staff to prioritize client safety. read more

I try to call ahead and make an appointment, however my schedule can be all over the place so when I need a mani/pedi, I call to see if they have time. I am greeted so nicely and the service by the nail techs is really great. I come here because they are attentive, it's a peaceful and relaxing environment and they have a nail club. Came in here to get a mani for my upcoming trip. I've heard mixed reviews but my neighbor really likes this place and it's close to home. My technician did a great job, she was a little slow but I didn't mind. It gave me time to relax. We did make an appointment before we came so we didn't have to wait. I love my nails! This is the O.P.I. brand love this lavender color not sure the name. But the boss lady did an amazing job. I have came here on and off over the years. Sometimes the work is great other times it's alright. I usually get a full acrylic set however I have finally been able to grow my nails out and no longer need to. I tried gel builder for the first time. I am terrible with names but I believe she's the owner. She was precise and meticulous. I haven't stopped looking at my nail since I had them done. I will definitely be back to see her. read more

I got a pedicure here a year ago and I got the WORST fungus infection from their tools. I'm still recovering from it because I have sensitive skin. They DID NOT disinfect their tools and the inside of the place itself was musty. and fyi, the owner did my pedicure. It also looked like there were some mold there as well. The service was pretty good, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The reason why I'd give it only 2 stars is because the aesthetic and vibe are not at all cohesive. There's a big 'French' style clock, then a picture of a waterfall in the rainforest, and on the walls were tacky looking wall decals. When the nail technicians were working, I couldn't really see any sort of disinfectant used on the tools they used on us. And the place looked sort of....in need of cleaning. Long review short: amazing customer service, patient nail tech, clean interior, lots of options for colors and service, and beautiful nails as a result. The interior is very cute with calligraphy on the walls with quotes such as "it's all fun and games until someone breaks a nail" which i thought was a very nice relatable touch. The salon was kind of empty at first but filled up as I got my set done. Everything inside was clean and put away no mess or exposed wires. The outside of the shop is under some kind of renovation for the entire strip but the signs for the shop were still very visible. The ladies working inside were all very nice, talking to each other, interacting with all the clients, and were helpful explaining services as I overheard another tech explaining to two ladies the difference between dipping and acrylic sets. The price was pretty reasonable in my opinion especially for the area, 35$ for a gel acrylic refill. I ended up getting my old set removed and a new set so it did cost a bit more for me but I really don't mind. Trang did my nails and was so polite and sweet from when I called to ask about pricing to when I walked in to when I said goodbye. I came in with a deteriorating set that you can see below- they were popping off and the tips were breaking. Trang filed them down and actually asked me if it hurt when she was filing them down and to let her know. The set came off with no ripping tearing or pain. The professionalism was on 100% and I got a lot of good tips regarding acrylics, how to soak them off at home, and Trang told me even if I don't come back to their shop to make sure at the next salon I go to, that the acrylic tips that get glued on cover the edges of the nails as that is what if often ignored and leads to them popping off quicker. Trang not only did a beautiful like green set, but she was very patient while I chose the color even though I was comparing colors, nail shapes, and styles for about 40 minutes with no exaggeration on the time. This is my very first review anywhere as I am an optimist and believe when things don't go right putting a business down is never a solution and moving on is best. However as a man I treat myself to a manicure and pedicure once a month as it is so much better than when I do it myself. I've been to this place several times and always enjoyed their service. However, these last two times, this same lady absolutely turned me off from going back. She was rude, disgruntled and completely indifferent of my needs and well being. I normally get a short lotion foot rub at the end (best part!) but she obviously thinks it's not necessary or is too lazy to perform. When I asked she laughed at me. She was mad the whole time she took care of me. Not sure why but I certainly didn't do anything to her and was polite the whole time. I pride myself in treating people right even when they have a bad day. She was awful and helped make my mind up to never go back. I will spend my $50 bucks plus $10 bucks tip somewhere else!!! The fact that I called ahead of time to book a gel pedicure and manicure and walked out with NOTHING due to the lack of professionalism, was told to wait 5 minutes because employee had to pick up her child .. 5 minutes turned to 25 minutes, and due to that issue lady was rushing leaving the shape uneven. I was frustrated with having to wait for my service. I CAME OUT OF THERE CRYING!! To start I had an appointment at 6:30 and when I got there at 6:30pm they told me to sit down and wait I WAITED FOR 52 MINUTES!!! Keep in mind I only waited that long because my mom loved this place (before this incident happened) and we were on a Mother's Day date. When I sat down the lady didn't even talk to me she just started filing my nails. Everything that I would tell her that I would want in my nails she would seem so bothered to do it and every single time I would tell her if she could fix something she would look so mad even one time I asked her if she could fix my nail because it didn't look right she stopped and looked at me with a mad face for like five seconds and then started doing it. She would start talking to her coworkers look at me and start laughing at me and that made me really uncomfortable. At the end She wasn't done with my nails and she send me to the dryer to dry my nails so she can put the top coat. I thought after there were dry I would go back to her chair and she would put the top coat and put lotion in my hands and give me a little massage like they usually do but no, she grabbed my hands aggressively and did it right there and then put my hands back in the dryer really hard and that's where I couldn't no more and started crying but before that I show them the corner of my nail that she didn't paint it and asked if she could do it and she said they don't do that there looks at each other and started laughing. I am not the only one this has happened to I posted what happened on my Instagram story and Alot of people told me how they had the same or worse experience at this salon worst experience ever. read more

I am still in pain on my foot and both hands from skin being pulled off and being filed on after literally jerking my hands back and telling the lady to please stop filing because she wasn't filing my nails but my actual skin! And she also had a attitude and being rough the whole time because I was constantly in pain and moving ! I can't even wash my hands without wanting to cry from pain . Here is a picture of my hand and trust it looks worse in person! Same with my foot . Keep in mind I was bleeding on my hand and foot . I should have left after the FIRST cut! Then on top of that had the nerve to ask for a tip. One you don't ask for a tip you allow the customer to give you the tip . She fixed my eyebrows after another salon f$/@ up . It took a year going to her to fix it up.! I'm happier with my brows. She is dedicated to her clients. The owner is sweet and does the best job with dipping nails. Overall I highly recommend this place!! Mitchell Trang and Minh are the best! They know what they are doing. My daughter and I were so excited to try this salon today as it is right in our neighborhood and we had read some great reviews. The shop is clean and nicely set up. It's obvious that the owner of the shop cares about her business. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Michelle was my tech and couldn't have been more cold and unfriendly. She roughly pushed my feet and hands into position several times. At one point she bent my toe so hard I jumped. This evening I discovered a raw spot on the back of my heal where she over did it with the file. She was downright hostile and I have no idea why. She didn't apply hand lotion or ask if I wanted any. She acted like she couldn't wait to be rid of me. My daughter's tech was unfriendly as well and cut her while doing her cuticles. We will not be returning to this salon. read more

I have been coming to Bubble Nail Spa probably since they opened last year and I have not been disappointed. They are so kind and welcoming. As a Deaf individual who replies on facial expression and lip reading, I was extremely nervous trying to communicate with them with the masks on but they have been amazing in accommodating me using their hand gesture and texting back and forth. I just recently move out of the area but keep coming back because I'm all for a business who wants to make their customers happy. I've always gotten a regular pedicure and I go back and forth between gel manicure and Acrylic (without the tips) and I have not been disappointed. Trang has been phenomenal in making sure I'm a happy customer walking out. If you ever have any issues with anything, go to Trang, she'll take care of you! I just had an issue recently and I shared with her how I was definitely bummed it didn't work out the way I wanted it to and she asked me to come back and get it fixed, sure enough, I walked out with a smile on my face because for someone who works in customer services everyday, THAT is customer service. This is MY SALON. This is a 5 star nail salon. I've been coming here for years, always quality work. Always so welcoming. They work extremely hard, 10 hour days and they still are very gracious. They charge less than anyone in the area for the same services of better quality. This is a nail salon, they do pedicures, with a short massage. If you want a foot massage pay extra or go to a spa. If you don't like your nails simply say that and they will happily make any adjustments you want. They want their customers to be happy, it shows in their work and in their professionalism. read more

2 stars is being generous. My girlfriend comes here expecting to get her cutesie nails done. What does she get, everything she didn't want. She was so excited to get her nails done and to be met with a bad result(AFTER spending 50$) she was left dissapointed. To add a cherry on top her nails broke within the FIRST WEEK!
