Called to make an appointment on a Thursday and they said to come in any time. I was late but they were still able to take me right away. There was a steady flow of people but it wasn't overly crowded around 1:30pm. There's parking in front and around the side. The space is clean and bright. My technician was Lucy and she offered me a drink (soda, water, tea) which was really nice. I got the classic gel pedi ($55) an acrylic fill with gel ($45) + chrome (+$15). The pedi was relaxing - I like the scrub that they use - and massage chairs are solid. Overall she did a good job with everything (if I'm being a little picky, some corners were sharp versus smooth/rounded and the dark color felt like I might have needed a third coat to be more even). The acrylic fill was not bad. With the drill, sometimes it was a little too rough on my cuticles to the point I was wincing or said "ow" a couple of times (this left my fingers a little sore the next day). Some of the acrylic powder didn't make it all the way to the edge of my nail on two fingers. The painting was decent; though some of the nails had too much paint so it was on my cuticle. For the chrome, it was pretty but this being my first time ever, I didn't know until after that I ended up getting more of just a shimmer (versus something like the Hailey Bieber glazed donut/reflective chrome look). All in all, the experience was pleasant and I'd come to this nail spa again! **Update:** it's been just past two weeks post service and many of the edges of the acrylic seem lifted. My one thumb nail, both the acrylic and chrome/paint has chipped off around the tip. Not sure if I'd go back for another acrylic fill here now... Let me just preface that I'm normally super picky when it comes to going to a new salon, but I was in a time crunch, so we came here on a whim based on reviews. My bf and I walked in for pedis and were immediately serviced. I was very impressed with how quickly we were sat/serviced & how clean/beautiful this place is. Nina and Danny were absolutely wonderful! Super friendly/sweet and very meticulous. I was a little nervous about how fast they were with the cuticle cutters and I think I'll ask for them to slow down on that part next time. Thankfully we weren't cut or anything so I didn't mind in the moment. The service itself was great, it felt fast but in a good way, I hate sitting for too long. Our toes came out perfect! I'm really disappointed with my experience here. My nails didn't even last a full week before they started lifting and popping off. As you can see in the photo, one of the nails is noticeably shorter than the others, and the shape/length differences are really obvious. The quality was just not worth what I paid. read more

Had an amazing nail tech (Amy) that moved out of the area. I made an appointment with Christine and arrived before time. Had to wait 30 minutes because she took a walk in just before I arrived (early). This should have been my clue to just leave. She convinced me to try the gel builder stating it was healthier than the SNS I asked for. When I returned for the fill, I wanted to change the color but she explained she would have to do the full nail. Her customer service skills lacked, as she was once again pushy to provide a higher priced service vice providing the service I originally wanted which was SNS. I wont go back. My first time at dazzle was pretty good, I walked in with my friend and they took us immediately. My nail tech did a pretty good job (forgot the name), and Chau did my friends nails and the outcome was beautiful. But the second time I came in, I asked for a soak off and a full new set. Even though I asked for my acrylics to be SOAKED OFF, my nail tech removed them by using nail tips to pop them off. And when it came to doing the new set, the outcome wasn't even good quality even though all i asked was for a solid color no designs. When she was finished she said that she didn't like how they came out, didn't clean up the sides with polish, and didn't cleanup the particles from nail filing. very unprofessional and dissappointing experience last time. read more

Job was done. My nails are painted. But it was rushed, she "ran out of time" to do my finger nails but only cause my toes "took a long time" about an hour 20. Massage was underselling and I left with wax alll over my ankles. What made me decide to write this review is my toenail polish is already chipping, and I only got them done 4 days ago. The salon has a clean and bright interior. There weren't station hooks where I could hang my purse or store my cellphone, other than in my seat. I was able to get service close to closing time, which was nice, until time to pay. Their payment system was having issues and none of my credit cards were working. I contacted my card provider and they said Dazzle Nails payment system wasn't trying to contact them, signaling an issue with Dazzle Nail payment system. I ended up having to Zelle the payment. Quality was terrible. The polish was uneven and you could see straight through to my nail on a few of my finger tips. It took the technician 2 hours for a simple dip manicure. I'd never been to this technician before and other wise liked the salon, but 2 hours??? She kept taking the powder off and starting over with no explanation. It was an ordeal because I had to keep re-soaking in acetone each time. I don't know what was going on with this technician. Originally my great aunt(90) only wanted to get a pedicure so we opted for the deluxe pedicures. Then after some pampering we decided to also get manicures as well. Upon coming in we were greeted immediately & they showed us their large color selection and quickly seated us at our pedicure chairs. A beautiful nail salon. The only hitch was the location, it's tucked away so you have to look for it. The salon was spacious, bright and offered a large selection of color options. I was on a work trip and called to check for availability, Dazzle accommodated me without an appointment. CC was my nail tech and we had a good laugh. I was convinced I wanted acrylic nails ( I routinely get gel) we got as far as glueing the nails on and cutting them down before I asked her to start over and do the gel. As someone who is very picky about her nails, Dazzle Nails is a place I always go to because I know they will do a phenomenal job each time. I've tried a few other popular salons in the area and while they are all good, they all start to get sloppy with their work after some time. I've been coming to here since the early June and I'm blown away by my manicure each time. The nail techs are all very skilled and professional and the salon itself is very clean, modern and inviting. Dazzle nails is my go-to salon and I dont see myself switching anytime soon. The only reason I'm taking off a star is the service is not consistent in my opinion; I always get a dip manicure and sometimes the nail techs will ask me to wash my hands, other times they dont. Some clean under the nails and around the cuticles, others dont. Recently I had a nail tech only use regular top coat instead of gel which I thought was odd. Other times I've been offered a drink but then the next visit I'm not. I wish their service was fair and consistent but even then, it's still a great place to get pampered. This is also the only salon that offers free repairs up to 5 days post service! read more

But the last time I was there, the nail technician whom I had seen in the past was on the phone with her ear pods almost the entire time during the session listening to music or making phone calls.
