Called to make an appointment on a Thursday and they said to come in any time. I was late but they were still able to take me right away. There was a steady flow of people but it wasn't overly crowded around 1:30pm. There's parking in front and around the side. The space is clean and bright. My technician was Lucy and she offered me a drink (soda, water, tea) which was really nice. I got the classic gel pedi ($55) an acrylic fill with gel ($45) + chrome (+$15). The pedi was relaxing - I like the scrub that they use - and massage chairs are solid. Overall she did a good job with everything (if I'm being a little picky, some corners were sharp versus smooth/rounded and the dark color felt like I might have needed a third coat to be more even). The acrylic fill was not bad. With the drill, sometimes it was a little too rough on my cuticles to the point I was wincing or said "ow" a couple of times (this left my fingers a little sore the next day). Some of the acrylic powder didn't make it all the way to the edge of my nail on two fingers. The painting was decent; though some of the nails had too much paint so it was on my cuticle. For the chrome, it was pretty but this being my first time ever, I didn't know until after that I ended up getting more of just a shimmer (versus something like the Hailey Bieber glazed donut/reflective chrome look). All in all, the experience was pleasant and I'd come to this nail spa again! **Update:** it's been just past two weeks post service and many of the edges of the acrylic seem lifted. My one thumb nail, both the acrylic and chrome/paint has chipped off around the tip. Not sure if I'd go back for another acrylic fill here now... Let me just preface that I'm normally super picky when it comes to going to a new salon, but I was in a time crunch, so we came here on a whim based on reviews. My bf and I walked in for pedis and were immediately serviced. I was very impressed with how quickly we were sat/serviced & how clean/beautiful this place is. Nina and Danny were absolutely wonderful! Super friendly/sweet and very meticulous. I was a little nervous about how fast they were with the cuticle cutters and I think I'll ask for them to slow down on that part next time. Thankfully we weren't cut or anything so I didn't mind in the moment. The service itself was great, it felt fast but in a good way, I hate sitting for too long. Our toes came out perfect! Reasonable prices, great service, sweet employees, and nice atmosphere. This was honestly a 10/10 and we will be coming back again read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. My nails didn't even last a full week before they started lifting and popping off. As you can see in the photo, one of the nails is noticeably shorter than the others, and the shape/length differences are really obvious. The quality was just not worth what I paid. read more

I had an awful experience here!!! This is my second time going and they can not do nails!!!! I really tried to trust the process but I couldn't. The lady i had didn't understand what i wanted even though I just wanted the same as the photo. Me n my friend also booked an appointment at 11:15 just for them to tell us they need more time which is fine. We come back over an hour later just for them to start on my friend and i was still waiting another 20 minutes there. I'm truly disappointed in this place. read more

I love Dazzle! My first time was for a last minute mani/pedi before a trip and Anna was amazing! She made sure I was okay the whole time and did a beautiful job. My mother in law went the next day and loved her nails. My gel mani lasted 4 weeks which never happens for me! I made another appointment with her and got the same service. Had an amazing nail tech (Amy) that moved out of the area. I made an appointment with Christine and arrived before time. Had to wait 30 minutes because she took a walk in just before I arrived (early). This should have been my clue to just leave. She convinced me to try the gel builder stating it was healthier than the SNS I asked for. When I returned for the fill, I wanted to change the color but she explained she would have to do the full nail. Her customer service skills lacked, as she was once again pushy to provide a higher priced service vice providing the service I originally wanted which was SNS. I wont go back. My nails are now very weak from the gel builder. read more

My first time at dazzle was pretty good, I walked in with my friend and they took us immediately. My nail tech did a pretty good job (forgot the name), and Chau did my friends nails and the outcome was beautiful. But the second time I came in, I asked for a soak off and a full new set. Even though I asked for my acrylics to be SOAKED OFF, my nail tech removed them by using nail tips to pop them off. And when it came to doing the new set, the outcome wasn't even good quality even though all i asked was for a solid color no designs. When she was finished she said that she didn't like how they came out, didn't clean up the sides with polish, and didn't cleanup the particles from nail filing. very unprofessional and dissappointing experience last time. read more

Job was done. My nails are painted. But it was rushed, she "ran out of time" to do my finger nails but only cause my toes "took a long time" about an hour 20. Massage was underselling and I left with wax alll over my ankles. What made me decide to write this review is my toenail polish is already chipping, and I only got them done 4 days ago. Sadly I would not recommend the nail tech CiCi she was cold, slow, messy, the list goes on and on. read more

The salon has a clean and bright interior. There weren't station hooks where I could hang my purse or store my cellphone, other than in my seat. I was able to get service close to closing time, which was nice, until time to pay. Their payment system was having issues and none of my credit cards were working. I contacted my card provider and they said Dazzle Nails payment system wasn't trying to contact them, signaling an issue with Dazzle Nail payment system. I ended up having to Zelle the payment. As a First time client, I'm not sure if I'll go back, bc of that issue. The nails are ok, hopefully they'll hold up, gel white tip french manicure, time till tell. read more

Quality was terrible. The polish was uneven and you could see straight through to my nail on a few of my finger tips. It took the technician 2 hours for a simple dip manicure. I'd never been to this technician before and other wise liked the salon, but 2 hours??? She kept taking the powder off and starting over with no explanation. It was an ordeal because I had to keep re-soaking in acetone each time. I don't know what was going on with this technician. Maybe it was her first time, but I really should have just gotten up and left. read more

was getting a oil change next door and decided to kill time by getting a pedicure. the service was great i love how my toes look and i love the fact that i didn't feel like my nail tech rushed through the foot massage portion like most places. only thing that triggered me was french tip being a extra $10 and the fact that a gel pedicure is $55...wild...but all in all clean shop, good work. read more

Was visiting from NY to see my great aunt who lives down here. Wanted to take her out for a little pampering and was drawn to Dazzle because of the great reviews. Originally my great aunt(90) only wanted to get a pedicure so we opted for the deluxe pedicures. Then after some pampering we decided to also get manicures as well. Upon coming in we were greeted immediately & they showed us their large color selection and quickly seated us at our pedicure chairs. Angie was so sweet and amazing, her foot/leg massage was awesome & we had a great conversation. My aunt enjoyed herself as well and was thankful she was informed of the location for her to come back. My friend comes often so figured I'd tag along one day.... immediately upon leaving, I noticed that the lady had painted on my cuticles, meaning I knew my gel manicure was going to lift but I had errands so didn't go to back into fix it on the day, then I was flying abroad so didn't go back at all. A beautiful nail salon. The only hitch was the location, it's tucked away so you have to look for it. The salon was spacious, bright and offered a large selection of color options. I was on a work trip and called to check for availability, Dazzle accommodated me without an appointment. CC was my nail tech and we had a good laugh. I was convinced I wanted acrylic nails ( I routinely get gel) we got as far as glueing the nails on and cutting them down before I asked her to start over and do the gel. She was so accommodating and not upset about the change. We laughed about my indecisiveness and I'll stick with my gel. read more

Glad I found Dazzle Nails! This is my new go-to place for some pampering. Amy is a fantastic, she listens to my requests and makes it happen! She takes good care of my feet, I've had some painful experiences in the past and Amy ensures she doesn't file too short, doesn't dig too far, and the leg massages are just the right amount of pressure. Decided to get a gel mani and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out like the picture. Looking forward to experimenting with more designs. I found this place about two years ago, and when they had a gentleman there by the name of Andy, they were amazing, and I gave them a glowing review. He's been gone for about a year now and I just recently found out that the owner (Christine) has been doing my nails. She was OK at first. About six months ago, I wanted to get chrome nails and was not happy with the colors she had, so I actually purchased my own and brought it in for her to use on me. I was a little disappointed that she then charged me extra for it since I was the one that purchased it, but I let it go. I went in last week to get my nails done before my twins graduated college. I asked for the chrome that I've used the last 20 times that I've been there. She messed up and used the wrong color base and then blamed me. She continued to get more and more flustered, and kept making one mistake after another, circling back to make sure that I knew it was my fault that she was flustered - even though she's the one that used the wrong base color and I pointed it out at the time. Not only did she blame me, she yelled at me in front of a salon full of people, both customers and employees, in English as well as in Vietnamese. I was absolutely mortified. I defended myself many times, but she was not having it. She was bound to determined to blame me for her mistake. I decided to just sit there in silence and continue her rant, just so I could get out of there. She then had the audacity to ask me to purchase more chrome for her and bring it the next time I came in! Yeah, I'll get right on that. I will never set foot in there again. And unless you like spending nearly $100 to get publicly ridiculed for someone else's mistake, I suggest you don't either. there are way too many options out there to be treated like that. PS: the chrome didn't even work, and then she also looked at me and asked me why? Lady, if I could do my own nails, I would be doing them. I have no idea what you did. And my nails looked awful for graduation! read more

I have gone to several nail salons around the Springfield area, and none have the wonderful customer service that Dazzle Nails provides. I go once a month to get a Mani/Pedi from them and they are consistent with the great service. My nails always look nice. I had a problem once with a nail, but they fixed it right away. I was told to choose a color and wait for the next available nail technician. Once I was seated, I explained the services I wanted, and my nail technician began my pedicure. Not even halfway through my service, the manager came over and asked my nail technician what I was getting. After she explained, the manager turned to me and asked me to pay for my services before they had even been completed. When I asked why I was being required to pay before my service was finished, she told me it was because they were closing and she needed to complete the accounting for the night. Frankly, I don't understand how that became my responsibility. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another customer receiving a pedicure was not asked to pay in advance. When I pointed this out, the manager claimed it was because I had requested gel polish, which would take longer. That explanation didn't make sense, especially since my service had already started. To make matters worse, I offered my American Express card, which the manager refused, stating that their credit card machine no longer accepted American Express. I have successfully used my American Express card at this salon on multiple previous visits. Since I didn't have another physical card with me, I asked if she could bring the card reader so I could tap to pay. She then told me the machine wasn't wireless. As a result, I was forced to Zelle payment before my service was even complete. Even worse, I never received the full pedicure I paid for because the staff rushed to leave for the night. I've been a customer before, but this experience was unprofessional, inconsistent, and left me feeling singled out and inconvenienced. If your business cannot complete services that begin before closing or has policies requiring customers to prepay mid-service, those expectations should be communicated before the service starts--not while a customer is already in the chair. I cannot recommend this salon based on the way I was treated, and I will not be returning.

Honestly, it was the kind of pedicure I could have done myself at home. What bothered me most was the nail shaping. My toenails were cut crooked, and the technician didn't ask what shape I wanted before trimming them. By the time I noticed, they had already been cut too short and rounded, leaving no opportunity to correct them. Overall, this salon charges premium prices for very basic service. Between the excessive cost, mediocre results, lack of attention to detail, and disappointing final appearance, I will not be returning. There are far better places that provide higher quality service and better value for the money.
