I thought this was going to be my nail salon after my neighbor recommended it. But the last time I was there, the nail technician whom I had seen in the past was on the phone with her ear pods almost the entire time during the session listening to music or making phone calls. I found this place by accident and they did an amazing job! They were able to give me an appointment within an hour, and Sam did a great job! The gentleman that sat next to him, greeted me, professionally, assisted me with my polish selections and I could not ask for more. As someone who is very picky about her nails, Dazzle Nails is a place I always go to because I know they will do a phenomenal job each time. I've tried a few other popular salons in the area and while they are all good, they all start to get sloppy with their work after some time. I've been coming to here since the early June and I'm blown away by my manicure each time. The nail techs are all very skilled and professional and the salon itself is very clean, modern and inviting. Dazzle nails is my go-to salon and I dont see myself switching anytime soon. The only reason I'm taking off a star is the service is not consistent in my opinion; I always get a dip manicure and sometimes the nail techs will ask me to wash my hands, other times they dont. Some clean under the nails and around the cuticles, others dont. Recently I had a nail tech only use regular top coat instead of gel which I thought was odd. Other times I've been offered a drink but then the next visit I'm not. I wish their service was fair and consistent but even then, it's still a great place to get pampered. This is also the only salon that offers free repairs up to 5 days post service! read more

After a long search I have found my new go to nail location. I had heard great things about Dazzles but never had tried them. Recently I have been looking for a new salon. I have tried a number of places around the Springfield area but was not impressed by any of them. Ken was AMAZING! It was the best gel manicure I have had in a long time. He is efficient and meticulous and my nails have not looked this good in a while. I had awful cuticles and my nails were broken and cracked. Ken somehow made them look healthy something I haven't seen in such a long time. He also was so patient. I'm not the easiest because my fingers tend to lock. Other places I've gone alway made me feel bad about it but not Ken. He just readjusted my hand position so I was comfortable. He was so incredible patient with me and never me feel like it was a bother. I was also very impressed at the level of professionalism he had. He not only introduced himself but took the time to get to know me. I haven't had this at other salons and often feel like just another customer. Ken made me feel welcomed and valued even though I was new. Dazzles far exceeded all my expectations. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere is by far the best in the Springfield area. Dazzles is my new go to salon and Ken my new technician. read more

We were waiting for our car to get serviced and did a random walk in and were so happy with the service, quality of our pedicures , and cleanliness and brightness of the spa! I had an obscene amount of blisters on my feet too which is so odd but she took extra time to make my feet extra smooth and take care of the blisters and callouses. The front desk staff was also amazing and helpful when picking out nail colors. I can't recommend this place enough! I've never been to nail salon with a better environment than this one! Came to this place because of the such good ratings. Asked for a gel manicure with a design. Showed my reference picture thought it was simple. Picked out an exact color match to the reference picture, but somehow got something more pinky purple not grey purple. She did my design so lazily I was in a out in 30 min. The reason for the one star is the price, this is not what $50 nails should look like, AND because when we were all done and she was filing my nails in the end she took my finger with the design on it to show the worker next to her and started laughing. I was running late because I had to stop at a store (busy work life) and also just found out a family member passed away and so they called me because I wasn't there yet and they even said it's ok if I come now or in 15 minutes. I walked in on a Saturday morning, with no appointment, picked my color, and was immediately seated for a pedicure. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. As you can see in the photos, the interior of the salon is bright and clean. It's like the Mac store of nail salons. They have been open for about a month now, so everything is brand new -- the massage chairs, the equipment, the furniture -- and business is starting to pick up. Although that wasn't the best part, the service was superb! I had an SNS manicure by Andy and just WOW.
