I really wanted to like this salon because my nail technician did a beautiful job. She was skilled and professional. Unfortunately, the salon's business practices overshadowed the quality of the service. Appointment scheduling seems to have little meaning. On more than one occasion, I was asked to change my appointment, and even after accommodating the salon, I still experienced long waits because walk-ins or other clients were apparently taken ahead of scheduled appointments. It's frustrating to make the effort to arrive on time only to find your appointment delayed. Another concern is the salon's practice of adding a fee for debit card purchases. When I questioned it, I was not given a satisfactory explanation. except that he was aware that it is against the law (Dobbs Frank). Because of the scheduling issues and payment policies I can't recommend this salon. read more

I call in ahead of time to make sure there is availability for my services, I tell them I will arrive in 10 minutes, and 8 minutes later when I arrive they say they have no availability. I live just 5 minutes from this nail shop and thought I had finally found the technician I wanted to stay with. Unfortunately, every time I called to book with her, the receptionist would leave me in silence without checking or responding. I even had to ask: "May I please make an appointment or talk to her?" just to get any acknowledgment. That is rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I've been going to Lily nails for about a year and a half and I have consistently had a great experience. It's a relaxed salon, everyone is friendly, and the owner is great. I've seen several nail technicians and have always had a good experience. Everyone has been accommodating and kind and I've always left happy. They've offered me tea or wine several times, and did a wonderful job accommodating my wild 5 year old for a pedicure when I brought her along. I find the negative reviews a bit surprising and wouldn't let them sway you. This will be my home salon, and bonus points as it's a short walk down the shopping center to best buns which serves Starbucks and great food to have before or after your visit. read more

My recent visit to this salon for a manicure and pedicure was a complete disappointment. Despite the promising reviews on Yelp, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill. The technician seemed indifferent to my requests and concerns. Not only did I end up with cuts, scrapes, and blood, but the application of polish and sns was sloppy, leaving residue all over my fingers. Despite voicing my discomfort, I was refused a Band-Aid for my cut and told to deal with it and the residue at home. Additionally, the promised matching gel and SNS powder resulted in mismatched colors. During the application process I noticed my cuticles being painted despite expressing concerns. As if that wasn't enough, my toenails appeared uneven with patches and instead of fixing the application before curing the gel, she ended up taking a drill to my cuticles and skin. To top it off, the manager showed no concern and still charged me full price, even after acknowledging that I had issues. It's disappointing and frustrating to receive such subpar service, especially when expecting a top-rated experience. I won't be returning or recommending this salon to anyone based on my unfortunate and unsatisfactory visit. I'm leaving about to burst into tears with pain in my fingers, gel residue all over my hands and three major cuts. read more

This was the absolute worst nail salon I've been to. I submitted a note on their website regarding this issue and there was no reply so I would rather warn someone else than them also be out $80+ on nails. For starters the lady went so hard on the nail drill that my actual nails are still sensitive and brittle, and was cut by the drill at least once on every single finger. She also filed into my skin on the top of my pinky which scabbed over. I know the nail tech noticed because she used cotton swabs in two different spots to stop my finger from bleeding. The nail's themselves look rushed through like they were just trying to get me out the door as quickly as possible. Once my actual nails grow out because I can't even do anything to them with how bad they are now, I will not be back and highly suggest you look elsewhere to get your nails done. read more

3 years later and Lily Nails is still my preferred Nail salon. I've evolved from gel manicures to the dip powder which is pretty durable so I come in once a month to get them done. Kayla and Hannah are my fav Nail technicians. The Owner and customer service is still top tier. This place is terrible. I got an SNS manicure on my natural nails and paid about $65 with tip. Within 3 days, 6/10 of my nails were chipped. I have been getting SNS/dip for YEARS and have never had my nails anywhere else last for less than 2 weeks. So, I thought, maybe the tech was new and inexperienced. I called the salon, and they offered to repair my nails. I was treated rudely when I came in for the repair, almost like I was inconveniencing them. Fast forward three days after I got my nails done there for the second time, 4/10 of my nails are chipped once again. I don't know if it's their product that is terrible, or the technicians just don't know what they're doing. Either way, what a waste. Just what I needed after traveling for over 24 hours from Hawaii. Tony is amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. It's been a hot minute since I got a mani pedi and it was just amazing! I have visited this salon a few times after finding them on Yelp. The establishment is really nice and organized, which is a plus. Everyone is always cordial and helpful explaining the services offered there. I do recommend setting an appointment because they can get pretty busy very quickly. I've had gel pedis here but have brought my niece to get the full set service and she was very pleased with her nails. I plan on returning to get an SNS mani very soon, myself. Got my nails done Oct 18, my flight to Cali was Oct 20th. Natural nails with only dip. Nails looked clumsy and cuticles not even taken care of (refer to pictures). A week later the nails started lifting. I'm on vacation and have not done a single dish, have not lifted a single weight, or done anything that could cause pressure to be applied to my nails. Every single day that goes by my natural nails are getting ruined, breaking and lifting. I land on the 29th and the very next day I go back to have them removed. I am greeted by a very apologetic manager named Tony who stated that maybe the California air was what cause my nails to break and lift. That is ridiculous. He tells me not to worry and that he'll cover the cost for a new set. I go into the salon and he removes my dip. He wrapped my nails in tinfoil and used the alcohol soaked cotton rolls, but after sitting there for what seems like forever he kept having to rewrap them since the dip was not coming off! That was odd so he took the nail drill to my nail beds. I left the salon with stuff still stuck on my nails.. my nails were ruined and in the next few weeks all of them broke... they were so paper thin. Ruined.... so I waited until February to call them back and schedule an appointment. I spoke to Tony and he questioned why I waited for so long. It's kind of a no brainer that I was scared to get them ruined again. After it took me months to regrow... he told me that I had come in with stuff already on my nails and that it was not their fault for not sticking. He said he'd have to call me back after he checked the salon cameras. He pretty much called me a liar. He called me back and went back on his word and told me that the best he could do was take 20% off. No, thank you. I don't want to go to a salon that gaslight their customers and makes them feel bad for such poor quality service. The photos show the time stamps to prove I'M NOT A LIAR. They did not last a week. I absolutely love coming to Lily to get my nails done! I'm still a newbie - only been there 2-3 times but my cuticles have neverrrr looked this good! I was getting gel manicures before and noticed that my cuticles always looked rough and uneven. I tend to pick on my polish alot so the pooling around the cuticles would eventually lift and I would end up unintentially ruining my fresh mani. I recently switched to dip and no longer have an issue with polish around my cuticles. I've seen a different nail tech each time I've gone and all of them have been professional and courteous. They offer drinks during your service but not everyone will remember or ask or offer. Tipping via Venmo is an option but still bring cash! 5% off if you pay in cash as well. read more

Diane did my pedicure and my dip nails. I would not recommend her because she's too rough. I complained about her hurting my big toe during my pedicure and she wanted to continue picking at the skin. I had to tell her several times just to leave it because she was hurting me and I was worried she was going to make me bleed. Then she cut my cuticles on my nails because she got too close with the drill. Also, the design was not even close to what I showed her. I asked if her is was able to replicate this if she wasn't than that would be ok and I would pick something else. She said she could do it. It looks nothing like the a pineapple. Went to Lily's yesterday on a whim for the first time for a spa pedicure and nails with dip. The salon is clean with nice music. With the spa pedicure, they offer beverages, including wine. The pedicure was super relaxing and my toes and feet look great! Sophia took off the old dip, reshaped my nails to an almond shape (which I've never had before and now I'm hooked - bye oval!) She did an amazing job - smooth, even, great apex! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Sophia was friendly and pleasant so added bonus. I can't speak about the price since my boyfriend paid but I would absolutely return to Sophia and Lily's. read more

I was greeted right away and asked what service I wanted. Kim was my nail tech. I already had gel polish on my toes and she took her time taking it all off. She did a great job on my gel pedicure and I enjoyed my experience ! The place was clean and spacious. My only "germ" issue was I did the paraffin wax and I dipped my whole foot into a bucket of it! Technically my feet were clean since she just finished the job but just the thought of everyone dipping their foot in. I have been to places where they put the paraffin already in the plastic bags as opposed to dipping your foot in the community wax. Otherwise, I would visit again!
