I have been on the hunt for a nail shop I can be loyal to & I thought I found it. I almost made the year mark here but they refused to file my nails for a gel polish change. REFUSED! I've gotten $25 polish changes for a while, my nails are always short (bc of work). I couldn't even let her finish bc she knew she was going to do my nails exactly like this, raggedy. She didn't even finish taking off all the polish. Usually that wouldn't be a problem bc I've seen nail techs remove the left over polish with a nail file. Not this nail tech. She said if she files it's a manicure and the cost goes up. I felt like I was pressured into getting an up charge. I left. She charged me 10 just for the polish removal which she didn't even do right. I don't like leaving reviews but I really gave this place a try & their business practices disappointed. Will never return again. Let me start off by saying this is one of the most unsanitary salons I've seen. None of the tools used for a pedicure came in packaging- the soft sponge toe spacers are reused... in fact, the toe spacers used on my toes were taking off from another customer and put on me. I guess rent must be too expensive so they cut corners and put their customers at risk. The pedicure I got looked like a 6 year old painted my nails. Application of the regular polish was goopy and the second layer was applied seconds after the first- LEAVING MY TOENAILS THICK AND CLUMPY. No base coat was ever applied. They took 2 hours to dry. Also, prepare to have cuticle oil rubbed on your legs as "lotion". Don't go here. You will be rushed. You will be disappointed with sloppy work. Yikes. read more

I went here to get a gel polish and it wasn't BAD. But worth the price I paid. I went back for a full set and I'm so incredibly unhappy with my nails. They're thick, flat and NOT the shape I wanted. I told her I want them square. Not squoval not coffin shaped. SQUARE. I may not have had a full set on at the time but I've been getting acrylic nails since I was 15 yo. I know what looks good on my hands. She didn't listen. Which resulted in her filing down my pinky finger into a coffin shape because and the rest of my nails being squoval. They have no color selection for regular polishes. And I'm not paying an up charge to get gel when the polish lasts for acrylics. If you're looking for a quick gel mani may as well try it out. This place looks wonderful after it's renovation! All new chairs and tables! Even has two TVs, which is great for Sunday football or for relaxing and watching the travel channel. The pedicure chairs are relaxing... And best of all they are new, and are so clean!!! Coming in a nail salon, one of the biggest factor is the service. Honestly, I don't know of any other business that tries to keep their customer this happy. They are such hard workers and it's sad to see that someone would say that they are lazy. The store normally closes at 8 on weekdays and they sometime stay pass this time because some customers show up at 8:30 wanting a mani and pedi, and they take the customer because they want the customer to be happy... Now that's excellent service! Super hard working and honest. Just tell them what you want, and they will try their best to fulfill your request. I know of customers that have been coming here for almost 12 years! I think that speaks volume to the quality of this place. Just check the place out. Let them know what you need, you may have to explain to them as there might be a language barrier with some workers, but they honestly have the interest of the customers at heart. If there were anything LESS than one star, it would be the rating for this establishment. I have given them several tries because they were convenient. They lack in protocol for powder dip services. The nail tech told me as I was getting the dip that when I come back she wouldn't take it off, that she would just file down the top layer...what? Tonight I was planning to use an AMEx card of which I had used there before. They told me that they couldn't take it. I only had that particular card and checks with me. They finally told me I could pay with a check for my pedicure which was complete. But could do the rest of my services (gel manicure and brow waxing). They asked me to go back home and get another card before I could get rest of services. Mind you it is closing time, about 745. Decided to leave with pedicure (which was not that impressive) and will never return again. read more

I walked and asked for a regular manicure. There's a price list at the front desk on the wall listing services and prices. Didn't get a chance to take a picture of it. It reads that a manicure is $15. I even asked the guy who walked over to me as I walked in and he said yes. Have no idea why the older wonan was rushing. I told her to take her time. She proceeded to stick me twice with a cuticle pusher tool. Used a dirty nail file to shape my nails. The Essie polish made small bubbles on the nail. When I asked her to fix it she never said a word only paint over it with clear coat. When she was done said it was $17. I pointed out the price on the board says $15 the older guy agreed. I handed her $20 in cash she didn't ask if I wanted change back just pocketed the money. No surprise this place was empty. I do not suggest getting your nails done here. read more

DO NOT COME HERE- THE OWNERS AND TECHS ARE DISHONEST & LAZY!!!! I am currently wearing uv gel nails. I'd only had them done once prior to my visit to Season Nail; however, my first experience went as expected- liquid gel, not as damaging to the nail because there is less drill work. I decided to come to Season because it's closer to my house. BIG, BIG MISTAKE!! The tech that did my pedi was horrible- she half did everything, left the shape of my nails a mess (uneven, curvy shape) and the polish job...might as well have been done by a 5 year old. Now for the "gel" experience. The tech that did my "gels" began by pulling out a pot of powder, purple liquid and a wide brush. Before she proceeded I asked her 3x if it was acryllic...wouldn't even give her my hand. She insisted that it was powder gel. I'd never heard of it and have spa experience; however, I've been gone for awhile, so I thought maybe it's something new. She proceeds through the experience just as you would acryllic, never pulling out the pot of gel nor a uv lamp. Not until the end when she painted one coat of uv gel polish on my nail and completed the job. I was LIVID!! I insisted she had used acryllic and that's what I would pay for. The owner comes out and insists there are two types of gel- powder and liquid. I ended up paying for a gel overlay, because three of them banded together to argue my assertion that I received acryllic. It's been 2 weeks, I went to a new place this weekend. The techs at my new salon recognized the ACRYLLIC on my nails immediately. They had to dissolve the acryllic off my nails prior to correctly performing a gel overlay- with the pot of gel, small brush and uv lamp. Thank you NT Salon for helping to confirm the bait and switch :-) Buyer beware!!! Never stepping foot in Season Hell again. read more

Initially when I walked in I thought the customer service was good. I was greeted and helped right away. I picked out my color from a dismal collection to choose from. It went downhill from there. I was initially going for a spa pedi and a mani. Well after starting my pedi I quickly downgraded it to a regular pedi. Which consisted of cut, wash, a partial cuticle trim, as my tech forgot to do an entire foot. After conveying that she has missed a foot she told me no I was mistaken and went back and did "touch up" work. Then for the calus whatever, that was a whole ten seconds total. I still have a gross amount of dead skin on my foot. The highlight was the 30 second massage. My nail polish looks like a 6 year old did it. As for the manicure....my nails are unevenly shaped. Now for the tools...I didn't think about it until now and I'm not even sure if its a rule here but it tools were not pulled from a sanitized bag, tray etc. I'm used to them always opening the package with the tools in it. Anyways that wasn't the case here and I'm not sure that's sanitary enough for my liking. I will not be going back there. The price for the product rendered is not worth it. The owners and other technicians are honest professionals with the highest possible work ethic. And above all else, they are committed to making their customers happy. They will cheerfully take customers even after their normal closing time and are more than pleased to work with you if you have a time problem. One thing that I have always noticed and admired is their genuine friendliness toward not only their repeat customers, but their first time customers, as well. There have been many occasions when I have had a physical impairment -- like a broken foot or a replaced hip -- and everyone has bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable and accommodate me. And I truly appreciated their kindness. They know their business and are helpful in recommending a particular service to you. For a real treat, try their facial. I usually do my own mani/pedis, but will visit a salon before a longer trip where I don't want my nails to chip and need a good foot rub. This spot has a good polish selection, as well as a decent spread of Shellac-type gel polish brands. The salon is fairly dated, but has a lot of chairs for both manicures and pedicures. My pedicure lasted quite a while, so was very happy about that. It seems like they do a majority of appointments and kept a pretty full book. Not sure how they generally handle walk ins. The gel manicure, however, was not so great. I'm not a perfectionist and don't usually notice little knicks and things, however there was color polish down in my cuticle bed, separate from where she brushed away for the natural line. There was also the hard gel cover on the side of my nail, which I know often leads to the whole gel nail to break away or stab you. Either way, it ain't good. I pointed these things out and she looked, quickly ran acetone and brush over the areas but didn't fix the problems. I pointed to it again but was told "it'll wash away". Hm. Not the point of gel, but that was all I was getting. So yes, the nail with overflowed gel did pull away and the polish color in my cuticle beds just looked sloppy. At least it lasted through my business trip. Also as she was packing up the equipment, I noticed that the tools she used were from someone's box. Sorry "Shelley", whoever you are. I visited Season Nails b/c I'm always on the lookout for a reliable nail salon. I was immediately seated for a pedicure when I walked in. Only a few things bothered me during my visit: 1) The bottom of the footbath seems to be discolored and permenantly looks dirty. 2) There isn't a UV curing light for feet. Instead, they direct fans on your feet to dry the polish. If I wasn't paying attention, I would easily bump the fans with my wet nails. 3) No place to set a drink while getting your pedicure. 4) Polish started wearing off the tips of my big toe nails after a week. I have to say that the pedicure I received was detailed and my ingrown nail was pried out with minimal discomfort. I've never had polish wear off the tips of my nails in a week, so based on that I probably won't make this a regular stop. read more

I've been going to Season Nails for a while. I am a big fan of their spa pedicure. In the past, I had silk nails but have since had them removed and have manicures, which are very nice. The nail techs are friendly and they remember you by name if you go in regularly. I am not the kind of person who likes to talk a lot when having services like this and they respect that. They do try to upsale additional services but are very respectful when you say no. I had tried a number of other different nail salons and overall they have been the best except those in very high end spas. I normally go without an appointment. If you find someone you really like, you might consider setting an appointment as they can get busy sometimes, especially on weekends. read more

The lady tried to up sale me on everything her pedi was the worst I had ever had. Just to massage my feet $10 more dollars. Her pricing is off and way too high and once I got my toe nails dried I went to McDonald's to buy a drink came back because I forgotten something and she took her flip flops back to reuse!!!!! Terrible. Went here many many years ago and tried again with my Mom today. I got the regular pedicure. I believe it was all of a 12 minute start to finish session and with that being said maybe a 30 second massage. Then we went to the drying area and was rushed out of our seats. One experience was five stars, and one was zero, so I'll give it a 3. First, the good. I had a full pink and white set done and the tech was gentle and thorough. She cleaned up my cuticles and did a great job. The nail art was very cute. Then I came back for a pedicure. In an effort to save money, this place is not shy about reusing tools. If you are a returning customer, they will reuse tools from your last visit. They will keep them in your own box. However, it's up to you to remember the box number, so there doesn't seem to be any guarantee that your first box is actually new. Super off putting, but okay, fine, I'll try to trust their system. I took a picture of my box so I remember the number. I think the grossest part was when the man got out the purple, well-worn pumice stone clearly used by hundreds of feet before mine. When the man was done he simply rubbed it off in the water from my pedi and put it back in his drawer. It was not sanitized in the least. I considered walking out but it had been so long since I had a pedi, I stayed. If he hadn't brought out the dreaded unsanitary pumice, I would have not had the 1000% ick factor. Another tech used a metal foot buffer on someone else and at least sprayed it with sanitizer before putting it back. I will not be returning until I can ensure I get an appointment with the first tech I had, and I'm not sure if I can stomach another pedi with unsanitized tools. read more

She would not let me use my original color because she would have to do "too many coats" - well why have the color on display then? Then so she made me choose another color - even that polish job was thick and bumpy. I asked her to retouch. Then they started mumbling about me to another costumer who kept looking back at me. The whole experience was not a good one. They're not really great nail techs either. They came from Vietnam in their 20's and raised two daughters who have both gone on to college and professional jobs. They are very kind, humble and sincere people. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They offer a variety of services including facials (facials not available right now due to COVID). I have been a client of theirs for 15 years. I never feel rushed or as if they aren't listening to my requests. I just got my nails done and a much needed wax. Anna is so gentle and careful when she waxes. I love getting a gel nails French manicure done. It lasts for weeks. When facials are available, Anna uses Dermologica Skin Care products. I have had numerous facials. I prefer to start with the good. This location was super close to me. I was a walk in appointment with my sisters and mom took us all in at the same time. The customer service was good but other than that not much to brag about. Before taking a seat I was selecting a color and truly just picked the one that looked less dry. When I took my seat in the chairs I noticed no plastic wrap in the foot baths (GROSS) I continued on with a smile because it was a girls night but I couldn't help notice all the little gross things going on. Besides using cuticle oil as lotion me and someone in my party uses the same pair of nail dividers and using some random old plastic flip flops we turned back in when they insisted my nails where dry with less that 5 mins under the table. My color turned out okay and my nails are clipped so that's a plus. My advice try out another place :). read more

For my mani half of my nails didn't have any nail polish and when the person was working on my nails started putting the top coat, I politely asked if she is going to put a second coat of the nail color as there was barely anything there. She was surprised as to why I want a second coat as it already looked great?!!! At that point I knew I am not going to have good looking nails so I let it be.. I've been coming here for a few years, and it's great. Everyone is so friendly and accomodating. If you're a regular customer, you can have your own set of tools (nail files and other things) that they'll use for you and only you...it stays at the shop, and you identify it by number every time you go. I've been going to Maria, and she is fantastic!! I get the shellac manicure. From other places, it would normally last about a week and a half for me...when Maria does it, it lasts almost 3 full weeks, and always looks fresh. I highly recommend this place! read more

It is a bit of a drive from where I live now but well worth it!! There is NO comparison elsewhere. Anna and her team of competent, professional technicians do a fabulous job! My family and I have had many services here, from eyebrows to pedicures, and been extremely satisfied with all services. I have sons that need eyebrow maintenance periodically, and they will ONLY go to Season Nails. They have tried other places and been embarrassed with the results.
