You are not offered any drinks however, which other salons do offer. For the pedicure, there was a massage included which helped my legs and feet feel soft. For nails, the lady who did them was very nice and named Kim. I really liked her and she provided good service, however, my nails did chip in 6-7 days which was unfortunate. They looked great but I wish they'd lasted longer as I look for gel nails to last at least 2 weeks. I'd maybe come back here but I am a little wary given how quick my nails chipped. Let's get right into it. The last time I was here, it happened to be on 9/1/2019 before the events of Covid-19. Tina was my Technician and she did a fantastic job except for the one mishap due to not listening to my request not to wax the genitals with soft honey wax. Nevertheless, more than enough time has passed and I figured I do what Mark Morrison sang about in one of his songs. The Return Of The Mac...oh wait? He didn't just say what I think he said did he? Nope? I guess I didn't, because this bother had about as much success as the Devil who went down to Georgia. I walked into the shop and it was like being in the Doldrums of The Phantom Tollbooth. The energy levels were less exciting than Milli Vanilli in their prime...."Girl you know it's true." Upon signing in, I was greeted by a woman in a white top shirt. Her greeting was half hearted, but not hostile. I was asked what would I like done today and I explained I would like a Mani/Pedi along with Full Legs and Arms Waxed. Ms. White (for name purposes) showed me to the Pedicure Spa Chair. The plastic barrier for the Spa Pedicure was put on before warm water was turned on. The water felt nice on my feet, but that was as much joy as I was going to get. Ms. White stood up and left the spa for a while as my feet were soaking. I did not know it, but obviously something was on her mind and I only realized this after I left this business. A woman dressed in all black walked over to me and said she would be taking over for Ms. White. Umm...okay?! Ms. Black sat down and started the preparations for my pedicure. Before my pedicure treatment comanced, Ms. White return to ask me several times what I wanted waxed. A woman sitting across from me heard Ms. White ask me this question several times. I can only imagine what thoughts were running through her head. Full legs and full arms is what I repeated yet again. It really isn't that hard, but evidently, it was for them. Ms. White then walked away again and another woman showed up. This new woman was dressed in all black too. I would come to know her as Ms. Volatile. Ms. Volatile. politely informed me she would be doing my waxing and that I should come with her. I was a little confused, because I was in the process of getting a pedicure. Then Ms. Volatile explained that products used for the pedicure would interfere with the wax. It was also explained the cost of full legs and arms would cost $200 for men.
