Its been 4 years since I wrote a review about this place. Since 2012, I have been going to Aislinn Spa. However, lately their service has not been what it used to be. So when my friend recommended EuroSpa, I wasn't very sure after my last experience in 2012. Now, the ambiance is not spa like. Its a small place. But the service has been exceptional - especially if you choose Linda or Kip (the male specialist). They spend so much time cleaning the nails, massaging, paying extra attention to detail, that I just don't care about the spa experience. I get my money's worth. You can tell that they really care about doing a good job, and not just finishing up and moving to the next client. I have been going to EuroSpa for 4 months now, and have not regretted it so far. If there is a wait, you can always go shop at Marshalls which is right next door :) read more

I went here as a more relaxing way to kill time and avoid some really bad Friday rush hour traffic in the heart of Tysons. The prices are reasonable. For $15 you can walk in and get a regular polish manicure so I figured why not? Probably not a great idea to decline gel nails as my manicure looked good for less than 3 days. Their little shop is about as no frills as they come which is a nice way to put it, with somewhat questionable tool cleanliness, but the service is nice. One of my nails somehow got messed up before it even dried and the manicurist "fixed it" for me but still looked far from perfect, she didn't give me any grief about it fortunately. I did find it relaxing so if its the experience you are after, for a lower cost than other more high end salons, this is not bad, overall. read more

I frequent this place often (every 2/3 weeks) as I work fairly close. Now this is place is not your average "Spa" so lets get that vision out of our heads first off lol. I always get a eyebrow wax , and from time to time a manicure/pedicure The decor could use some updating as well as the furniture , hence why I made the spa comment . The Staff are very friendly , Zoe does an excellent job on my eyebrows ! I have thick eyebrows and she always takes her time and make me feel relaxed . On my first couple of visits I had other staff do my eyebrows who did just an ok job. The prices are your average prices which is shocking for this area. NO its not the most elegant spa but I am sure if they wanted to they could jack those prices up but they don't .....and I appreciate that . On my first couple of visits I did notice they seemed a little pushy for a tip . I don't mind tipping but what I wont don't do is be forced to tip . All in All if you are in this area I recommend you stop by for a mani pedi or eyebrow wax. Not a place you need to drive across town to come or set a special appointment to visit. read more

I usually get my nails done when I'm home ( Dallas, TX ) but I desperately needed them done. I get gels and I'm very particular. The salon was clean and it wasn't busy at all when I walked in yesterday around 3pm. The guy who did my nails chatted nicely with me and asked me lots of questions. I'm pretty satisfied with how they turned out especially for the spur of the moment nail fix. There's only two things: I had to file my own nails after I got done because the tips were a little too sharp/ ragged around the edges. And some of the gel got a tad built up in places. Also, I thought it was odd that none of their nail techs had their license displayed by any of the stations. Over all this is a nice and fast place to stop in when you are in a hurry. read more

I just started coming here after I got a new job in McLean. I was trying to find a place that was nearby that I could go to on my lunch break or right afterwork. The name might be misleading so if you are looking for some chi-chi spa with immaculate facilities, then this is not the right place for you. The last time I went there I had Christie do my nails. She did a decent job, but the nail art she did on my big toes left something to be desired (the daisies she did kind of looked like grade school art). I had another woman before her (I forgot her name) but she did a terrific job as my mani stayed in tact for nearly 2 weeks! Waxing is a different story. I am no stranger to brazilians and I must say the brazilians here are not so good. The waxer's technique was terrible and with every pull of a strip I was left wondering how many times she would have to pull at an area. A brazilian should be quick and as painless as possible and my experience was neither. Legs were no better. Although she got all my leg hair removed, there was a ton of wax still left on my legs. Altogether, the nail part was okay, but I'm going to look for my wax services elsewhere. read more

my daughter showed the lady a picture and she gave a price for nails. when she was about to cut the nails my dd advised her not to make them too short.she advised its will be $5 more for long nails. at this point she got so furious and rang me ,and i spoke to the lady asking that why did she not say before starting the work.i told her to let my daughter go because she wont be paying the extra .this cheap tactic doesnt work anymore. the asian woman had the audacity to say to my dd go back to your country,she further shocked her by saying never come back to my shop.i know your mom she is so rude if i knew who you are i would never have done your work. wait what????? she got angry because we refused to give her $5 and asked her to stop right away because we wont pay her a dime more. cheeky vile woman speaking like that to a 17 year old.telling her everyone in america is polite .and she flipped when my dd told her well you are not.stay away and get your nails done from professional people who show respect to their customers. i donot recommend this shop.she did this before as well ; add extra $5 saying its taking too much time.the women inside is extremely rude and unprofessional. still cant get over the fact she asked us to go back to your country.she is the one who needs to go with that attitude.disgraceful twat!!! read more

That was the worst ever!! The nail lady cut/burned me numerous times with the sanding machine!i told her several times to be careful but she would do it again. I will never let someone do that to me again. I was trying to be polite but now I have fingers that look bad and burns. I hope it doesn't get infected! I will not come here again. read more

Been going here for years. This past visit was worse pedicure i have ever had anywhere. I feel like I was throwing money out the window.

I'm not super picky about eyebrow threading so I figured I'd give this place a shot while my boyfriend was getting his hair cut next door. It looked fine there, but they didn't offer me a hand mirror. The option was the mirror on the wall. I only gave it a cursory look - my mistake. I looked today and the job wasn't done well at all. I had a random long hair in the middle of empty space. The hairs were unwieldy, and I had to do a major clean up job. She was trying to sell me lip hair removal by telling me I have a lot of hair on my upper lip. I had declined once already. Not to mention this was $13. Save yourself the dollar and go to perfect eyebrow in the mall. It's 12 bucks and the quality is on point. read more

I just relocated and having to find all my amenities can be trial and error. I came here unexpectedly after a pop into Sports Authority and desperate need of a fill-in. I have pink and white, but only needed the pink done. I went to Anna on a walk in basis. It was quick and she is lovely. Not overly chatty, as most times I like to just be in my thoughts when getting my nails done. Anna was attentive to my requests and very picky as to her work. When I asked her to correct some thing, she immediately fixed that one nail as well as check the others for the same thing. I really hate complaining, and try to see the best in everything. I don't like correcting people, and don't like telling people they have done a terrible job. With all that said this was Literally the worst gel manicure and experience I have ever had. I couldn't get an appointment at my usual and stopped here. I had originally scheduled and manicure and pedicure, but I only ended up with the manicure. They place was empty, but for some reason they had me do my manicure first which isn't typical, but I didn't mind at all. The woman who was filing my nails ensured me all of the equipment was new, or sterilized and repackaged before use, however she pulled everything she used out of a drawer, loose, and dusty from old nail filings. It made my skin crawl. The technician who started did soak my nails, but did not put any cuticle solution on my cuticles, and so as she tugged at them my skin ripped away and literally bled. When I asked her if she could perhaps soak them longer, or use cuticle solution she told me my skin was too thin, and I needed to use more lotion before I come in for manicures. I have never had this problem in the probably 100+ manicures I have had in my adult life. Not only did she tug my cuticles so much that they bled...she filed my nails down to literally nothing when I asked to keep the length and just have them shaped. This would have been fine as I usually keep my nails very short, but this time around I wanted some length for a party I was attending. Moving on...I had originally picked a red color, and then was told they didn't have the color anymore. Then I picked another similar color, and was again told that one was not available either. I ended up with a different shade I wasn't all that crazy about. The polish seemed old as if it had been dried up, and so the technician added some nail polish remover to loosen the polish up. Gel nail polish (and regular nail polish for that matter) does not work that way, and all the acetone only made the polish clump up on the nail, and disperse unevenly. I even asked if she could perhaps let me change the color again for a bottle that was not in such condition, but she said "no this is a nice color, I will make it work". If that wasn't enough my polish was separating from the nail as I was walking out, but I was honestly too irritated and exhausted to try and have it corrected. I would never go back, or let a friend go there. read more

I have been going to Linda at Eurospa for years for mani/pedi and waxing. Recently I have also had her facials! She does an outstanding job on all services. She takes pride in her work and and all the services reflect that pride. She takes her time doing the basics and far beyond. You feel very pampered and look great when you leave. The shop is basic, but clean and very friendly and the pricing is incredible reasonable. They appreciate your business and that is a nice feeling. Came in here for an emergency fix after one of my fake nails broke off. The lady who greeted me was nice the lady who did my nails didn't talk much. I needed 2 nails repaired one was good the other was a completely different shape than the rest. The technician kept filing to try and fix it but it only got worse. Finally the lady who greeted my try to fix it and the more they filed the worse it got. Finally she resorted to the good old "your finger is shaped funny" statement. My finger is not shaped funny the nail was shaped funny! Moving on to the color, I got shellac and it began peeling off the next day. 4 days later they have all peeled off. This was a big waste of money and I'm not very happy about it. I'm giving 2 stars because the owner (I think) was friendly. read more

I just went to EuroSpa for the first and last time. Beware, they don't know how to do powder manicures properly nor do they know how to take off powder from a previous manicure! I had a powder manicure and spa pedicure, and for some reason, they did my manicure first, which is weird because the technician didn't wrap my nails to help with removing my previous powder. Also, my pedicure didn't have a lot of time to dry and was messed up within an hour of me leaving. Instead of wrapping my nails with foil and cotton balls soaked in polish remover, the technician just used the rotating tool to remove the previous powder. It took forever, and she cut me with the rotating tool the first time she put the thing on my nail! She didn't even do anything about it - just let it bleed and then stick my whole hand (including the cut) into a bowl of nail polish remover. Talk about painful!! Then, she messed up a nail midway through and, instead of correcting it properly, just layered over it with an extra coat. My skin is still stuck to my nails in many places, and there are jagged edges on some spots. I cannot recommend this place and certainly do not plan to return! read more

So yesterday I had a business event to attend after work and I need a fresh manicure before it, I called EuroSpa and said I need to come in for a manicure. I was told sure no problem they were able to see me with in the next 30mins. I get there parking was easy big ol' parking lot. Get inside its a small little nail salon, nothing near a "spa" though. Only three people working and I was the only customer at that moment. I pick my color and head to work station. My nails are super short so I wasn't looking for anything fancy just clean them up and have them looking nice and clean. The woman doing my nails wasn't up for much chit-chat which is fine cause I was there on my lunch break anyways. Once my nails were painted and I asked if I should sit at her station to dry my hands with the little fan or go to the big drying station up front she told me "no sit here". Not with in 2 mins she told me "you can go now, your nails are dry". O_o I'm not a newbie on getting manicures there's no way after 2 mins that my nails are dry. So I politely said no ma'am they aren't. She tells me "ok 2 more mins". Again I gave her a weird look and continued drying my nails. 2 mins later she stands up from her chair and she says again "your nails are dry. you go". Ive never ever been pushed out of chair so quick in my entire life. She constantly kept telling me my nails were dry and that I needed to leave. I looked around and still no customers in the nail salon, why was she rushing me out? By the third time she told me that I needed to leave and that my nails were dry I told her if I messed them up that I am coming back for her to fix it. She said no I promise they are dry you just need to be careful and told me that I needed to go. I was so frustrated with the lack of customer service, her pushiness, and rudeness that I got up. She said ok thank you. As I walked out the manager or who ever he was was sitting at the front desk and just said thank you come again I just shook my head in disgust. This is a review for waxing/threading only! (I have never had nails or other spa services). Although this place is a whole in the wall, they have a hidden gem: Zozo is the absolute best. She is the cutest, nicest middle-aged Iranian woman who is an expert at her craft for 20+ years. I go to her every few weeks for waxing and eyebrow threading. Let me tell you, I always walk out satisfied. She is very meticulous, even using a esthetician magnifying lamp after threading to refine the brows with tweezers. Her part of the salon is very clean and hygienic. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the outside appeal and inside is not the most appealing, but it's worth it. read more

Finally a nail salon with really friendly positive staff!!! I picked this place because they had decent prices compared to other nail salons in the tysons area. It is a smallish nail salon but they did a FANTASTIC job with my pedicure and full set of acrylic nails ESPECIALLY for the price. I had two different women and they both spent detailed amounts of time on my nails and were very kind and friendly. I left feeling really happy not only with my nails but at the conversations I had with the ladies and their great positive attitudes. Zohrah can do anything that expensive spas can do and for a lot less. Her microdermabrasion is so much more than what I've paid double for in other McLean spots. I wish they'd fix up the spa rooms a bit but if you're looking for results and not frills, I highly recommend this place. The mani pedis are also a great deal.
