She was attended to by the manager, who was incredibly careless, distracted by multitasking, and entirely unapologetic throughout the service. My wife left with seven distinct cuts on her cuticles. To make matters worse, the manager painted directly over the open wounds, causing a severe and painful burning sensation. This was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. We will absolutely not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.

I keep giving it another chance hoping things will improve, but every visit ends the same way. The work is slhe polish application is uneven, messy around the edges, and honestly looks like it was done by someone with very little experience. It shouldn't feel like I'm paying for a professional service and leaving with results that look like a beginner did my nails. It's frustrating because I've invested years into this place, but at this point I can't ignore the lack of consistency and care. I really wanted to keep supporting them, but the quality just hasn't matched the price or expectations for a long time. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve, because loyal customers shouldn't feel like they have to keep settling.

Tbh the wax didn't feel hot at all nor was it painful at most it feels like when grandma use to pinch our cheeks as kids, for all the dudes/gym bros/Sasquatch kings I highly recommend it . This location is super clean, took maybe 20 minutes or less. Are you ready for your world to change?…read more The only reason why I thought of not posting what I will say, is because I know this will get Magdalen more busy and man what will I do if I ever lose her? I don't know. But let me tell you a little bit more about the decision you are about to make. My first ever waxer relocated to a whole another state and I was lost for sometime. I tried to become a regular for European Wax but their service and work did not mix well with me. I am currently located at #AspenHills #Rockville and I started looking for waxers. Wanting to find a place that feels like home and a safe space to be reborn every other 4-6 weeks. When I found Magdalen's page, the reviews automatically got my attention and decided to book being that she was 13-15 min away. The BEST decision I've made all year. When you enter, this particular smell that its so deliciously delicate welcomes you. Warning, in the beginning you will be confused and nervous because her method is so different from what everyone else is doing. But trust me when I say that it's less painful and more effective. I have thick hair and it grows really fast but after my first visit with Magdalen I noticed about only 60% of my hair growing back. Which is crazy for the amount of hair I used to grow with the other waxer. She warned me about growing less hair and less pain but you just have to book for the experience and for finding a home. She cleans THROUGHLY... life changing. Her wisdom definitely outshines her years of experience and yes, you will look forward to seeing her every visit.
