Her technician didn't even arrive until after 4:00 PM. When we politely asked what was going on, the staff casually responded, "Oh don't worry, she's parking." Good to know punctuality is optional here. Unfortunately, timing was not the only issue. During my pedicure, the technician cut my right big toe with cuticle scissors badly enough that she had to stop and apply Neosporin. Not content with one casualty, she then took the grater to my second toe and shaved skin off there too. When I said "ouch" for the second time, my friend's technician gave me a scathing look as though I was somehow being unreasonable... right up until she saw the blood. But the grand finale? My technician forgot to turn off the foot tub, which overflowed directly into my Chanel shoes. I ultimately had to leave wearing the disposable flip-flops because my shoes were completely soaked. To management's credit, they did offer to "make it right" by finishing the service for free, which was a bold proposal considering the service itself was the problem. Respectfully, after the scissor injuries, involuntary toe sanding, and near drowning of my designer shoes, I declined. Unless your idea of relaxation is serving as an extra in a low-budget Saw sequel, I would strongly encourage you to learn from my experience and book literally anywhere else. The entire experience was the exact opposite of luxe. One star because Yelp won't allow zero.

You are not offered any drinks however, which other salons do offer. For the pedicure, there was a massage included which helped my legs and feet feel soft. For nails, the lady who did them was very nice and named Kim. I really liked her and she provided good service, however, my nails did chip in 6-7 days which was unfortunate. They looked great but I wish they'd lasted longer as I look for gel nails to last at least 2 weeks. I'd maybe come back here but I am a little wary given how quick my nails chipped. For toes, I think I'd come back as these have held on for over 2 weeks now. Overall, the parking was easy but the parking lot is tighter. This is located right off of 495 and Lee highway.
